We went through the drive thru. The cashier was very friendly and personable. She was patient and provided great suggestions when asked. The quality of everything was outstanding!

Placing a mobile order in the app is so much faster than waiting in the drive-thru. Its ready to grab & go when you walk in the door.

Not the best... latte was not hot enough and service was slow.

Zero stars. They have a problem managing orders. I ordered at the store because there was no line. But ten minutes passed, online orders came out and were left unclaimed. 5 minutes later, my order still hadnt come out so I got a refund because I was going to be late. I asked the cashier if they were working on it, she said, •what?” So I said, “please give me a refund”. The refund took even longer because the cashier couldnt figure out what to do on the register. Well my order finally came out while waiting for the cashier and manager to cancel my order and The manager made sure I didnt get my order ( i didnt because I didnt even have time to enjoy that drink). If the manager had any customer service knowledge, they would have just given that drink for free for goodwill like Target does when their order takes so long. Badly done, Starbucks Cullman. Go to business school and manage your operation systems better. In store customers should get priority.

Great service, just wish the drinks were more consistent..sometimes great, sometimes awful..just not consistent from person to person.

I would give them 0 stars if it was a viable option. I sat at the window for more than 20 minutes while watching the girl do other jobs, along with the other person who was preparing a drink. NOONE even took my order. I sat in line at the speaker forever prior to the lady in front of me being served...then I never got my order taken, never even received acknowledgment from the staff.

Was there today and the service was great. However the girl who helped me either was sick or had been crying... I hope she is okay.

Spectacular service!!! The girls last night were amazing. I had no clue what I wanted and asked if they could just make me something and HOLY COW, they created my new favorite drink.

Worst service ever! I had a mobile app order. When I arrived in store food was ready immediately. I had also ordered a black coffee. Waited 20 minutes and did not receive the coffee. The employees were extremely rude. Three other patrons canceled their order while I was waiting for mine. To the owner of this business- the employees were more then happy to cancel orders. Will never go to that Starbucks again. Not worth it! Has to be the worst Starbucks in the country!

Was out of every single refresher, a good third of all the food items they offer, out of venti cups, and out simple strawberries and vanilla bean flavors. Also was out of iced lemon loafs and didn’t tell us until after we had paid. Guy at the window was very nice, but the store is not.

Trash. They didnt have sausage sandwiches and I asked for any other sandwich with meat in it, only to get a sandwich with undercooked bacon. Comon maaaaaaan

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Honestly the worst Starbucks experience.

The only negative thing I could say is their popularity can increase wait times in the morning but well worth the wait. The staff is always professional and coffees are usually consistent.

Super clean and great staff

We were craving some coffee before we headed to the park to take our Goldie for a walk. We found out that there is a thing called a Puppuccino.We had to check it out. Upon our order, the awesome Barista offered water for our pup in a container with a lid! That is some true next level customer service.Our little big pup had the best walk that day. We simply feel that its the small things that matter the most, and that is why this location is the best, bar none.

Coffee is of the Starbucks norm. Staff is polite enough. The thing that kills is the looooooong lines and the order ahead feature on the app seems to always be unavailable for this location.

Im a Seattle native so Im partial to Starbucks, buy the drive-thru line is insanely long, and SLOW. Going inside is slower. And now the hours have been cut to 10-4?! Im sorry I dont get it. If youre gonna cut the hours, why would you cut the morning hours when people are looking for their pre-work fix? Thats absurd. Ive been cutting down my visits and as soon as I get better at pulling shots from my Breville, Im calling it quits. Sorry Starbucks...I used to work for your former CFO and she wouldnt have been impressed. She had higher standards.

Talk about the rude people working their . Came here on 10/24/20 at 1:15 pm . People denied me service because my truck is too loud when I have been coming here every day for the past three months and were very rude about how they handled it. I’ve had better experience at the Starbucks on Hollywood blvd .

I love the mocha cookie crumble with almond milk . The associates work at a fast but effective pace just wish it wasnt so expensive.

We go to by every morning and they are always out of the refresher and also they will ignore you at the speaker hoping u will just drive off and when we kept saying hello we were told to hold on! We were the only car in the drive through the service has gotten terrible

They didnt hand me back my credit card. When I realized it at my next stop, I tried calling 3 times. They wouldnt answer the phone. When I went to get it back, no apologies. Now I have to keep a watch on my credit cards activities for the next week. Terrible customer service. Wont be ordering from this location again ever!

Have had to drive 45 minutes to get my coffee when Cullman store closed for the virus. So HAPPY when my home starbucks reopened. They are the most friendly and fix my coffee like it is suppose to taste. They all know their drinks and how to fix them right. LOVE this Starbucks.

I go to this Starbucks all the time. I found that the best time to get coffee made to perfection, is in the morning. For some reason the night shift seems to mess it up. But they are always polite about having to fix my coffee.

Staff seems solid. Coffee is good. Rating down because the management leaves a lot to be desired. Good for a quick stop, but if youre looking to become a regular I would find another shop. Karmas and Berkeley Bobs are close, theres another Starbucks at the Regional Hospital on 157.

Bob Johnson is an idiot. The coffee from here is amazing. The staff at this Starbucks is very personable and friendly. I would highly recommend for everyone. Ive been to this location during all hours of the day to get the same top notch customer service.

The drive thru line was wrapped all the way around so i went inside. It was maybe 5 minutes before I got my drink. Clean establishment, nice staff. I hate that they changed the way they do the iced caramel macchiato. I still havent been able to find a replacement for it. So my times at Starbucks have been dwindling here recently.....

If I could give this Starbucks zero stars I would. I walked in carrying my 4lb little Yorkie, and before I can even order they get on to me for bringing in a dog that isnt a service dog. There was no greeting of any kind, just straight to rudeness. I do not recommend this Starbucks and will never come here again.

This is a new Starbucks with good space and a relaxing atmosphere. The service was stale. An employee got my girlfriends order wrong and became annoyed that my girlfriend wanted the employee to fix it.
