I love that this location has gotten new friendlier staff. I used to come in here and feel a little awkward but now I feel like my shopping experience is a lot better now. They also used to not have in stock what I needed sometimes but they always have what I need now. Not sure if management changed or what but you guys are doing a great job!

Very organized and clean. No one asked if I needed help. I bought 3 different curl defying gels. Priced from $8-24.00 per product, in which did NOT help my curls in no way. Ill stick to my $3.00 aussie gel. I bought 2 different brand of foundation. Ive only tried one of them and it felt lite but really enchanced my wrinkles! Also bought 2 different brands of lipstick, both in which I enjoy.

Worker Brandi could not wait to get me out the door at 6:05. I wouldve spent a lot more money but she wanted to close.

I always love shopping here but they were out of a lot of products today.

I dont usually have issues with going in and greeted. I came in this afternoon after I got off work and was in my work clothes. Jeans and a t shirt from a local plant, no make up on, and I had my hair up. I wore my mask as required. There were 3 ladies at the register and 1 customer besides me in the place. No one greeted me or asked if I needed any help. I was looking for a mascara that they had advertised on sale. I got an email earlier that day. I didnt find it. The customer that came in was greeted and assisted. And every other person behind me. I left walked right bu the associates and still they didnt say a word. Cullman Ulta was where I spent lots of money. But not anymore. Im very disappointed.

My family and I are here all the time. Nikki does all our hair in the salon and we buy lots of skin and hair care products here.

The sales lady was a bit pushy and used some trickery to lead me to the product she wanted to sell me even after I asked her for a specific product line and told her I wasnt interested in anything else at the time.

I love ULTA and i always manage to spend 200$ or more every time I go in too ulta ...Even if im only going for one or two thing, i always find lots of other fun products!!!💜

It had a lot of different cosmetics, perfumes, skin cleaners hair products. Just about everything you need. I like Ulta Beauty and so does my daughter. Wouldnt you know it? Us feminine ladys.

Very good selection

The cashier I talked to was super sweet and understanding that I have never tried to contour or do makeup before and gave me tips on what type of contouring I should do. The building in of itself is nice and comfy. Its kind of uncomfortable and confusing when you first enter but once you walk around the shop and examine where everythings at then its easy to find what youre looking for. Its organized by brand so if you want E.L.F or NYC then you go to that location and find the item youre searching for. Its a nice place!

Super friendly and answered all my questions well! I was asked at least twice if I needed anything and even though it is a smaller Ulta they tried their best to give me options to get the products I wanted.

I’ve shopped here before and had a decent experience but the most recent time was horrible. There were employees all over the store and not one person spoke to me or even acknowledged my presence when I was visibly searching all over the store for certain items. Normally I would not have minded but this time I felt like I was in their way and I’m not used to this kind of customer service from Ulta stores. And there was only one other customer in the place so it wasn’t because they were busy helping other people.

I came twice during my trip to Cullman. Both times the store was clean and well stocked. Music wasnt too loud. Each time the staff approached me to ask if I needed help finding anything. The first time I was just browsing, but the second time I visited the Benefit Brow Bar. Amy did a great job on my brows. She was friendly and efficient. I will be back.

Love this Ulta! The Benefit Brow Bar here is one of the only places I go to get my brows done and they always look great! I like that they use brow mapping so I always know what to expect and my brow shape stats consistent. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and well organized.

Came in on 4/7/19 around 1pm and made my rounds. I found everything I was looking for, but most importantly I was greeted, assisted, and never harassed by the women that were working. I will only shop the Cullman Ulta location for my beauty needs going forward!

I like the fact they have so many different name brand of products under one roof. But unless Im just completely out of a product I rather buy online. I can get the same products a lot cheaper online... Might take 2 days to get it to me (Amazon Prime member right here... for life), but if Im saving money, I can wait 2 days, ya know?!

Associates are helpful if needed. Can usually find everything you need/want and stuff you did t know you wanted. 🙄😁

Love the make-up, skin care and salon

Went in looking for a fragrance I like. They dont carry it, but they were extremely patient and helped me find something I like even better! They also had a small bottle of a hair serum I love but hate to risk carrying my full size bottle in the car.

The girls were very friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be back!

I love all of the different products that you can find at Ulta Beauty and I actually prefer most of Ultas brand in makeup. The only complaint I have is that I always get ignored by the people that work there. I have to hunt someone down to get help.

Very frustrating experience at this store. I bought products, believing them to be on sale as they had several signs up saying they were. Didnt realize till after I left that I had not received the discount. When I came back, even went over and pulled a sign to show them, a different cashier said they were out of date and so they wouldnt honor it. I took a picture and told her Id be calling customer service. She told me to go ahead because theyd say the same thing. When I called, customer service basically told me that was a ridiculous lie and to go back in. The cashier that had previously denied me basically stalled as much as she could after I came back in. I then had to speak to the manager, and give her my phone so she could speak to customer service to get my discount. And no one in the store ever apologized. They acted like I was just wasting their time. So glad I dont live here so I dont have to deal with these people ever again. Definitely not up to usual Ulta standards.

Hands down the BEST place to have your eyebrows waxed! They shape and tint them perfectly! Staff is very helpful!

My wife and daughter like to go to Ulta when we visit Cullman. This time was a little different than the other times I have visited. The staff was not helpful and while they were not helpful, they seemed to stare at us. They werent even friendly at check out. Maybe theft is an issue in their store, but that does not excuse how they acted.

Me and my mom went to ulta and the sales associate was really rude and told us she couldnt help us because if our skin types and she walked away to help another customer. We had more questions to ask, so we just walked out of the store. We will not.go back to that store

The sales lady was superrrrrr pushy we could barely even enjoy our shopping experience due to the non stop annoyance to go try a bunch of different sprays or getting facials etc...we found some clearance products that said clearly they were on sale but as we were checking out the lady tells us it was wrong and actually way more expensive then what we had initiated. The sales lady had no clue what she was doing, she wouldn’t ask any of the customers checking out if they had an ulta rewards card. Was a frequent customer but the whole experience was a RIP OFF so personally will not be returning for quite awhile. (Btw the sales woman’s name was Erin)

Terrible customer service! Got a coupon for today, went in early and tried to use the coupon, she first told me they didn’t have them at that store, then proceeded to tell me the girl who sorts that stuff out wasn’t there. So which was it? I called to complain and the manager is the lady that told me that. So then on the phone she tells me it’s first come first serve and they didn’t have any. So why didn’t she say that at the counter? EVERY SINGLE time I go to that store, if you’re supposed to get something for free with a purchase you NEVER get it. And it’s not about a freebie, it’s about being a platinum member with ulta and never getting any of the perks for being one! Tha manager there is a joke and was super rude. I was explaining to her that she told me three different things and I didn’t appreciate it and I wanted what should have been offered. Her only response was “is that all I you needed today ma’am” and kept saying it until I hung up. So unprofessional and very unhelpful. It’s seriously best to just shop online than at this store!

I love the salon in ulta. Dana is amazing and was very patient with my 4 year old when I took her with me for her 2nd cut! Will definitely be going back to her! Only reason I gave 4 stars instead 5 is because of the price of a childs cut I think is to much.

My favorite Beauty Supply Store in town!

This is the very first Ulta store that my sisters, my mama and I were all ignored. We caught eye contact with the girls standing by the cash register, talking, gossiping, laughing, looking right at us (we were spread over the store looking for different things) but never an offer to help or to walk from the corner to the opposite side of the store on a Saturday night (this last Saturday night 5/19/18.) It wasnt even close to time to close. If you already know what you are searching for, then this is the perfect Ulta to visit because an afternoon at Cullmans store is not a friendly place to be. Lets add, were out of bags so you can put your things into your bag followed by handing me my receipt and moving to the next person in line before Ive gotten my things actually in my purse. Did I mention that it was my best friends night for her birthday and she did not get any assistance for what she was looking for so she left empty handed. Ive never had an experience like it before.
