Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I have an exemption from the mask order. I keep it printed off in my purse. I was told by this store they did not care if I was exempt or not, and exemptions did not matter to them. Every other store has always honored my written and printed exemption. The manager at Kay’s would not even look at it. After rudely kicking me out of their store in front of other customers, they have kept my engagement ring for almost a month. Each time they give us a date that it is “due at the store” they come up with an excuse of why it hasn’t come in yet. This time it is because they lost several of my stones while cleaning the ring. I will NEVER do business the Kay Jewelers again. By far the rudest store manager I have ever met in my life!

This place has the worst customer service I have experienced by far. Terrible quality jewelry as well. After the third week of waiting for my fiancées ring to come in, they told me the stones had fallen out from polishing the ring and they were lost so they had to fix it. Stones should not just fall out when polishing a ring. The store manager was SO rude to me and my fiancée when we would call or go up there to check on the status of the ring that I had already paid for. After a month of waiting for the engagement ring I finally had to get my money back since the manager made it clear she did not want our business. I will definitely never be back to Kay Jewelers. Do not go here unless you want to catch a bad attitude from the manager and get some bad quality jewelry.

The two ladies in the store were incredibly knowledgeable, and only wanted to help. Instead of pushing for higher sales or certain products they went out of their way to make sure I found products that best matched what I wanted, and where I was lacking the information they quickly supplemented and informed! Awesome place, awesome people, highly recommend and will be back!

I love this place, ask for the Dana Augustine show. Great jewelry diamonds and you can bring your own, plus all the work is in front of you and in the day of the event.

Terrible for testing diamonds. They purely rely on the diamond testing kit that they have. Horrible customer service!!!
