Unfriendly. Stopped to look at garden statues but were over priced for things that they had outside for years. Didnt look at doors.

Thumbs up from me! Friendly owners & great customer service. Dont know who the people were talking about in the negative reviews but the owners are good people. Try asking for help.. maybe the person is involved in a difficult call on hold or any number of things that might not be obvious that distracts them from immediately greeting someone . When you have a small business, I imagine several things are happening at once.. Love to browse in the store & alway find something I like for myself or a gift. I believe in supporting small businesses. It gives competition to the big box stores and helps control prices!!

Went to Martin door there was a lady talking to a man behind the counter I waited for her to finish talking .When she left and walked to the back the older man behind the counter wouldnt even look a me or my wife he even went so far as to turn his back to us as if we werent even there .I had planned to purchase Windows for my whole house but since they didnt want to acknowledge us at all I will buy from someone else that wants my money.
