If I could leave zero stars I would. Nick Douglas was the builder of my sister’s home and there are so many catastrophic flaws. They did not route the housing drains properly (they had to spend 20k to get that fixed) the septic literally back flow into their house on the first night they moved in!!! Making them re dig up the yard to turn the pump on, not even replacing or fixing there yard. The crawl space was filled with water, and the washer drains are having to be redone because they drain back up into the crawl space. They had a written contract with my sister that they would place shutters on the house and repaint spots in the house, and that has yet to happen. He is garbage. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HE LAYS IN HANDS ON.
