Im posting this almost a year after we got our home. (I really thought I had already done so.) But anyway, BLAKE. I can NOT say enough about Blake. If it werent for him, I do believe we would be homeless right now. We had been in a rental home for over 5 years and they decided to sell, but it was too small for us to buy.A salesman from a dealer in Tennessee gave me Blakes name and told me I would love him. He wasnt wrong! I dont know that I can say that I have ever seen an employee go above and beyond like Blake did for us. Our home was supposed to be finished towards the end of July, but we didnt get it delivered until the end of September (through no fault of their own).I know he was so tired of seeing my number show up on his caller ID, haha. But, he was so genuine and caring. It honestly felt like he became part of our family.Everyone in there was absolutely amazing!! I felt like I was calling multiple times a day there for a while (again, not their fault. The cabinets were backordered).Getting it delivered was a nightmare, but when I called and was upset about it (apparently I wasnt the only one), they fired that crew to get another one that was up to their standards.My fiance and I found one on the lot that somewhat met our needs but we needed to change a few things. Not a problem, per Blake. He got it all handled and everything just the way we wanted it.I have referred so many people that way. It is an hour and a half drive from us, but so worth it.The pics that are posted are of our house we chose. We are just as in love with it now as the day we moved in.

I just moved into my home this month and I am overjoyed by the hardwork they put in. Blake was my salesman and everything he said he was going to do he did. Our first visit to their store. Was pleased the staff were friendly and they acted more as educators than salesman in our consideration of their homes. No high pressure selling tactics was refreshing. Were not ready to make a buying decision yet as were not sure what is the best home for us, but when we are ready we will be back.

Still waiting for our houses to be completed correctly. Started in October was supposed to take 2 weeks and they still havent been finished. we had to have the first group fixing the inside removed now someone will come out and start a job and I call about every 2 weeks and its a different excuse. We purchased 2homes at the same time.

I purchased a new Modular home from Star Homes and LOVE our new home. The staff is top notch. They have the best homes to view and easy to access them from the sidewalk. They helped me with financing options and I would recommend them highly.

Very great to work with and the homes are incredible. I wasnt able to buy, but I sent my brother and another family member. They both purchased homes and have been very happy with Blake and the whole team!

My wife and I visited a lot of places for manufactured homes but Star Homes had a great selection and the best customer service and experience of anyplace we visited by far. Blake and the entire staff were incredibly helpful throughout the entire home buying process and were always just a call or email away. Blake helped us out with customizing the house exactly how we wanted it and now that the house is on our property we are very satisfied with how it turned out. Star Homes deserves 5/5 for the quality home we are now living in, great staff, and for the good price we got for the home.

I can’t think of enough words to express how amazed we are with our new home! We looked at several stick built houses and manufacturered homes over the course of 6 months, and the sunshine homes at Star Homes were by far the most impressive. Their staff (the owner, Blake, Wendy, etc) and the crews they hire to set up the homes are some of the nicest people I have ever encountered. Everything was done correctly and in a timely manner. If you’re interested in getting more bang for your buck when it comes to a home, I highly suggest Star Homes!

There is no one in the industry like Star Homes. They provide the best customer service as well as quality homes. From the time we walked into their door we knew we wanted to purchase our home from them. The salesmen are very knowledgeable of what their manufacturers can and cannot do as far as customization and they will gladly go the extra mile to get the job done. There was nothing on my list of wants that I did not get. The closing process was made very easy and convenient to us. We literally walked in the door and signed the papers. We have now been in our home almost a year and still receive the same customer service as we did when we were just looking at the homes on their lot. Their customer service is impeccable and very hard to beat!

For forever home

My parents purchased a home from Blake. Very friendly and helpful....until he gets your money. After that, consider yourself done. My parents had to have their home rebuilt because everything they did to the first one was entirely wrong. They started the process in February of 2016 and just got in their home in December of 2016. They had already put the majority of their belongings in a storage building so they paid for that for almost a year. Not to mention, once they had their previous home moved and they moved out and had to stay with my family and myself, they were told it would be 4 weeks and 4 days until the SECOND home was complete and it turned out to be almost 11 weeks. To me, thats completely unacceptable. The people who came to lay the pad down destroyed my parents concrete driveway after being told not to drive over it with their trucks. Then, once my parents FINALLY got moved in, there were so many things wrong with the home it was ridiculous. From cracks in the sheet rock to the doors not shutting completely and nail holes being visible in the crown molding. My parents made a list front and back of what was wrong with the home. When they tried to talk to Blake about the situation, all he wanted to talk about was how much money he had lost. Never once apologized for the things he put my family through. No follow up phone call was made to see how my parents were doing or to ask if they needed anything. Nevermind that all this took place around Christmas. Complete and total nightmare. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Before we came to him we went through a horrible experience with Regional Homes and when we come to Adam everything was so much better. As everybody knows it rained everyday for like 2 months. During this time he worked with us. Called us. Kept us informed on every step. For anybody looking for a mobile home don’t shop around. Go to StarHomes.
