Was stopped next door at Amish outdoor furniture and saw some off road vehicles in front of R& P and walked over to take a look. Nice units but out of my price scale so left.
They did not mind answering all of my dumb questions even though I only bought an air filter. Mechanics seemed knowledgeable and honest.
Service was amazing! Literally called placed a deposit and picked up bike and out the door. Also hooked me up on helmets, googles, and a sweet gas can too! 5 star service 😃
Love my Kawasaki, I have been dealing with this shop for over 20 years. Great service as well as fair price.
Great Business! The owners have helped me in more ways than I can say! I have bought many motorcycles and four wheelers from D&H. Great on warranty work! Good aftermarket ordering! Just a Great local place!
Been doing business with Gerald and Renee for years. I have bought multiple four wheelers from them and just purchased a motorcycle. Best price around here and I shopped everywhere. Stick around long enough to get Gerald to tell you some of his military experiences.People on here pissing and moaning about Geralds attitude and one even said something about Renees. Really? If you cant get along with Renee, you probably cant stand yourself. Love these two. They have been here for as long as I can remember and they didnt stay around this long by having a poor attitude. That is found at the local Honda shop
Bought parts for my Kawasaki Mule. Good help.
I called to see if they have a mower engine tune up kit in stock and the person answering the phone just flipped out on me and kept yelling at me for no reason. They will not get my business if you get treated like that on the phone already.
Awesome folks to deal with. Very Knowledgeable.
Terrible customer service. Was ready to pay cash for a brand new KLX 140 and was pretty much told that he was too busy to help me. Sales prevention department.
Awesome customer service
Friendly and knowledgeable folks. I would highly recommend them!
I cant understand the bad reviews. I bought my first bike from them in 2003 (not my 1st motorcycle just the first from them probably my 25th) . Ordered a FJR 1300 . One of the first in the country. Drove from Atlanta, Ga to pick it up. The deal was $2000 less than the best in Atlanta. And several years later I moved to Santa Fe, NM and decided I wanted a Star 1300. Shopped around and then called Gerald. His deal was so good I flew to Birmingham, Ala and got a ride there. He had my Star serviced and gassed up ready to go. A few years later I did the same for a Kawi DLR 650. Each time my experience couldnt have been better. Everyone there was super nice and very knowledgeable. If I were in the market for a new bike today I wouldnt hesitate to call Gerald and hop a Southwest plane to Cullman. Ride back. Get it broken in on the way back to Santa Fe. 3 bikes from D & H. Perfect service. Great prices. Nice folks. I guess some folks want their boots shined for going in to a dealership. I like my boots dirty. Ride all day. Eat. Rinse . Repeat. Dirty boots. Dirty jeans. Buggy jacket. Aint life grand.
Had what I needed
The gentleman that owns the store was very ride all because I got out my phone to research quickly what I was looking at because he did not have the bikes that I wanted to see. He pointed me to others I had not considered so I needed a quick review. He took offense to that when none was meant at all just wanted to be an informed customer. Let me know he has been in the motorcycle business for 51years yay and I guess he wanted me to take his word as the gospel or he did not want to work with an informed customer. So if I could give less than 1star I would because it is not the machines or the product he is selling it is his complete rude demeanor and lack of understanding that it is the customer that is the business. So I politely shook his hand and thanked him for his time as he had just wasted mine and lost a informed customer, this customer is NOT AND WILL NEVER BE HIS CUSTOMER. Get some manners and stop thinking that people are out to screw you over. It is Tuesday July 23 2019 at 9:45am. Lets see if this review gets deleted. 😂😂😂. God bless you all and I hope you have a fantastic day.
Top notch, Gerald will go out of his way to help out finding what you need.
Went in there to buy a helmet for my girlfriend. The whole encounter went like this What color do you want? Followed by giving her a random size, didnt ask how it fit or nothing, I had to walk her through to find the right size then his literal words after finding the right size I never wouldve guessed that size, I can normally get them right 9/10 times This was all that was said throughout the whole purchase until the end where he said Be safe Only bought the helmet because there are no other dealers around. Would not recommend going here, selection is nice. Customer service is awful. You feel like a burden being in there, not welcomed at all.
This is the only Kawasaki dealer in Cullman. It is a small family owned business. The gentleman that has helped me isnt overly friendly but is helpful. The lady is less friendly and not as helpful. The selection in store is small as well as the show room. They have always had to order whatever I need and not very willing to help problem solve. The prices for service and products are reasonable. If you want to do business and know what you want and need this is the place. If youre new to riding and need guidance, this is probably not the place.
Gerald knows exactly what parts you need and has around 40 years experience owning and operating this establishment. Good prices and friendly service have always been my number reason for choosing this motorcycle shop for all of my motorcycle needs.
Very nice people took care of me like I was family
Down to earth people with a lot of experience that will take the time to explain whatever you need is.Took the time an work out a deal an a year later still enjoying it..
Mule parts were replaced that did NOT need replaced! No notice was given. We had to fix it ourselves. They charged for parts we didnt need and charged a ton of money. Will not go back.
Not the greatest selection of aftermarket accessories. But a decent dealership. Nice repair shop.
Great people. Good prices.
The owners seemed more than happy to go out of their way to be helpful.
Great place to buy motorcycle gear and parts. Staff is very knowledgeable.
Very nice friendly staff no high pressuring a big selection to choose from, that best fits the individual rider. I definitely recommend them if youre looking to buy new or used motorcycle.
Awesome staff. Reasonable priceing. Great service.

Very honest and nice folks. I will be back.
Called in two day in a row to find a voltage regulator for my mule, and had to wait on the phone for over 10 minutes both days after put on hold and no one comes back.
Good people to deal with
Been dealing with D@H Cycle for 43 years there like family, they will not be undersold
Great place and friendly staff thanks
I was made to feel very ignorant by the staff. Very intimidating. Did not feel welcome at all. I won’t be going back.
Great for buying dirt bikes and ATVS
Slow service and not friendly .Very expensive place . The only mechanic that works there knows nothing about older bikes .
Fast response time
Lots to look at not real friendly though
