At store almost 40 minutes to ship 4 decals 2 wide 18 long. They had to put them in a huge box because they didnt have the correct size. To send 4 small decals that weight around 1 oz overnight was $143... Ground was $28. All because they arent properly stocked with shipping supplies... Shipping company doesnt have proper shipping supplies so they want you to pay 5 times what it should cost... SMH

Complete ignorance. One poor girl working in there on a Saturday with at least 20 people lined up out the door. Cannot believe they try to run a business this way. Waited 15 min to drop off a prelabeled box. She said that the store was not allowed to have more than one employee working on Saturdays.

I’ve never had an issue before sending my ole man his cigars from this location. Now all of sudden they can’t, some kid was doing the check out and didn’t feel comfortable sending them, even had the nerve to ask me if they was even cigars in it. Each package was still sealed in the box. Will never use this ups again. 👎👎

I shipped a card on November 13th, using their Priority option. I specifically asked the girl, What is the fastest for it to get there and how much?. She said, Priority will get it there by Saturday.. It is now November 30th, and the card has been all over the place, but where it was to be delivered! I called the store, and their only response is to call the UPS 1-800 #. But because THEY didnt send it via UPS, but instead decided to MAIL (without me knowing) it via the USPS, UPS will not talk to me! This store is not the only option in town, and I will not use them again. But I will be sure to let everyone know the job they did!

I needed to return a tablet I purchased from Amazon. The girl at the counter was extremely kind and courteous and made the process easy. I shipped the tablet in the box back for $20. Quick and simple!

Nice and friendly staff. I called prior to going because I wanted to confirm if the bad reviews were true about their pricing for boxing.I understand that a business needs to make money and just make sure you box up what ever youre shipping, or it may fit in their inexpensive shipping bags.

This place obviously gets a bad rap from the reviews I saw so I thought I would share my experiences. I have used shipping, printing, and faxing services at this location and have never had any issue. Every staff member I have dealt with was very friendly and helpful and even went as far as to listen to my small business pitch and take my business cards (they didnt print) to hand out to prospective clients. The only negative I could possibly come up with would be the shipping cost but that is set by UPS and not this branch. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Incompetence by definition. The owner of this business should watch any video he may have of 07/11/20 between 10:45-11:00 a.m. of his employee spending 30 mins with 2 customers who have NO information about what and/ where they are sending a package. As she laughs & they talk on the phone & hold hands. The owner may also want to take notice of ALL of the people (business) that walks out the door.

This is the 2nd time I have used this store over the last 2 months. Both times I dropped off the package by 8:00am . Both times my packages were not processed until after 5:00pm that day and NOT picked up by UPS until the following day. When I ship something, time is usually an important factor. I lost a full day, plus it pushed it into the holiday weekend costing even more days. USPS always processes my packages on the same day ... Im not sure why it takes so long with UPS. I am a very dissatisfied customer.

People are snooty and try to up-sale you. Also the google information pictures are outdated and show pictures of the old store and location shown at street view is without the store anywhere because that view is outdated. .

Complete rip off. Charged $67.00 for a box and bubble wrap. Was not told the price until being rung up. I questioned the associate and she had no control over it. Do not get them to box up anything.

Got an estimate of $3 online. Needed a box, thought a few more $. Went to the store and was charged $54! What a ripoff. They’re con artists of the worst kind. I hope corporate shuts them down.

They charge $70 for 3 months and won`t give a refund back after the days of having it & wanting to cancel it. advertises it can be used as physical address-but that`s not the reality. better off sticking with usps then this hoax! usps will also refund you your $. i think this place is for money laundering & drug deals.
