Friendly and helpful staff. Store Manager was exceptionally upbeat and nice. Plenty of selection on hair dyes. Other items are hit or miss if the have them or a good selection. Surprised the shampoo we like only had 1 option but there were 5 different conditioners in the product line. 5 out of seven stars for a perfect score. Especially nice at this time of the year. We will return.

Just went to Sally’s to get bleach and developer like, I normally do when I run out, and I happened to have a question about toner! Naijah was extremely helpful and a wealth of information!! She recommended me the Wella toner with its corresponding developer, and a Raw Sugar hair boost for after bleach treatment for my damaged hair. I love going to this Sally’s but it was awesome to have my questions answered :)

I went to Sallys Beauty Supply in Culpeper, Virgina on Sunday, September 13th, 2020. I arrived at 4:54 pm, and when I got to the front door, I was rudely approached by Maria a sales representative, Informing me, as a she opened the store door, Oh we close in 5 minutes I informed her that I was clearly aware of this. As I was getting out my Covid mask, I told her I knew exactly what I was going to purchase, she literally Blocked the front door, so I could not enter the store. I informed Maria that she lost at least a $50 sale! I will never go to that Sallys again. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and when I told her I would take my business elsewhere, she laughed at me! I will be following up in this matter.When I called the store immediately from the parking lot, Christine/Cristina...answered and I asked for the other associates name and needed the corporate phone number, she put me on hold, and then I got hung up on Needless to say, rude people arent needed.

Best place ever. All the girls are extremely friendly. For advice Id ask only the ONE Manager that is there for years, I am not sure if she is the owner. As for the rest of the young girls they are not good at giving hair color advice. Either way they always have all I need. I dye my hair every month with their amazing products.

Went in there for hair dye, we figured instead of getting the stuff at target it would be safer to get it from an actual beauty store. The ladies at the front desk were all of rude. When we walked in they very briefly looked up from their phones to say welcome to Sallys Need anything as one of them proceds to look me up in down like Im still in damn high school . We say no walk to the back look for the hair dye. Obviously we didnt know what we were looking for we are not cosmetalogist . We go back to the front & they again briefly look up from their phones to take the time to anwser a few questions which, didnt help the situation because all we did was go in circles while the girls looked at us like we were stupid. I was purchasing a boxed kit of hair dye as one of the girls is telling my friend that the kits would mess up your hair more than the products they sell professional grade AS IM BUYING THATPRODUCT . These ladies were NOT friendly they were not helpful & quit frankly they pissed me off for the day . 10 mins after we left the store I didnt want to dye my hair so we took it back AGAIN, they little girl behind the counter had a HUGE attitude problem I.e. Slamming the returned product around . We will NEVER shop at this Sallys as long as those little girls are standing behind the counter occupied by their phones . IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WORK
