My experience here was great! I have never purchased a mattress before, but Don was incredibly helpful and informative. He was able to secure significantly lower pricing on the mattress that I wanted, and he walked me through the warranty policies and delivery process. Next time I need a mattress, I know where to go for an easy, helpful, and stress-free experience!

We had the opportunity to work with Mike at the Mattress Warehouse in Culpeper. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was able to explain all of our questions. I would highly recommend this business.Edited 6/22/21....After sleeping on the Tempurpedic Breeze mattress for 3 weeks, we are going to return it. It doesnt get cool like the floor model. Our 10 year old Serta I-Comfort gets cooler than this. Very disappointed. For $6,000 I expect amazing, not okay. If I wanted okay, I would have gone to Big Lots.

Just finished up at Mattress Warehouse here in Culpeper. Super simple buying process, amazing help from Don. Very knowledgeable on all the products on offer as well as options to fit anyones needs. It is our second time purchasing from this location and definitely will be coming back.

I received excellent service from Don. All of my questions were answered and any other information that I needed was told to me. The salesman went out of his way to locate a mattress protector for me and is even bringing it from Warrenton. A good experience in an area I had little knowledge.

Mike was very helpful in explaining the pros and cons of different beds. After finding a bed we liked we confirmed the price would still be good for a few days. I came back the next day to make the purchase, but the price had changed. Pretty disappointed about that and almost walked out the store, but Mike made a call to his manager and was able to secure the price we originally saw. Ended up getting the mattress....overall I liked Mike and appreciated him getting the previous price back, but I did not like that it was an issue in the first place. Felt like bait and switch for a second and I cant say I was totally comfortable with the whole transaction as a result. BUT they did offer a great price and Mike was very knowledgeable.

My mother and I JUST had the most WONDERFUL experience with Mike, Store Manager at Mattress Warehouse in Culpeper. We purchased 2 mattress sets to be delivered Tuesday. Mike was so THOROUGH. We have no question that we purchased the proper mattresses for us. We feel confident that the mattresses will be smoothly delivered. While Mike completely reviewed the procedures for exchange should we be unhappy, we are certain we are already satisfied. Mike is that good. Will Mattress Warehouse backup Mike with exceptional service? I dont know yet. You will find out if they dont. Mattress Warehouse hired Mike, so I feel pretty good about their ability and desire to deliver a quality product.

Went to look at mattresses. Decided to only look. No prices are listed which is a bit rediculous. When I left the salesperson asked if I was gonna try any beds. I responded no and he said then why did you waste my time. Pathetic customer service by a lazy sales representative.

Bought 2 mattress from here with warranty. The springs in the middle of my bed gave out. I am 230 pounds which is way under the limit of the bed. No reason for the springs to give out in under 2 years. The other bed ripped on the side. When we put in the warranty claim we got denied because the beds have had juice spilled on them from our 1 year old. The juice spot voided the warranty. The beds are physically broken but a spot of juice voided the warranty and they wont replace them.

I had a great experience working with Mike to get a new mattress for my daughters room. He greeted my daughter and I as we came in and politely said hed be with us once he was done helping customers he was currently working with. Mike quickly wrapped up with the other customers and started working with us. I did my research and came in knowing exactly what I wanted. He did what he is supposed to do as a Salesman and shared some other options of better quality and price ranges which demonstrated his knowledge. However, when I explained my situation, budget, and the mattress I wanted he didnt push anything on me and helped me out to get what I wanted quickly. We arrived here on a Sunday and were immediately greeted by Mike. He was courteous and very knowledgeable. Not to mention, he was more than patient with our two rambunctious kids. Wanted to purchase a store brand mattress today and they did not have it in stock. I needed delivery by tomorrow (Saturday) but they wouldnt be able to get it here on time, so Mike sold me a more expensive Sealy for the same price and even included a bed frame for free. Good selection and great service.

Needed a new mattress and Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable. Love the mattress.

My mattress was supposed to be delivered within a 3hr period and anyone could sign for it. They not only called me five times with different reasons as to why they were late but when they finally arrived they spoke hardly any English and wouldnt allow my 16yr old daughter to sign for it. My mother-in-law had spent all day at my house waiting for them and left when my daughter got home from school. I understand things happen but a manager should have found a way to accommodate me after they fell through on their end. I unfortunately cancelled my purchase and will be taking my business elsewhere. Customer service is everything and I feel they fell short of this.

Very quick in turning around a replacement for a defective mattress. New one is an upgrade, since old one no longer carried, but it is smaller and top looks like poorer quilting (upgrade?). Delivery guys walked thru the house without shoe covers, almost hit a ceiling fan. I was a little worried for a minute.

We have needed a new mattress for a few years now and finally broke down and decided to look for a new one. We stopped into this Mattress Warehouse in Culpeper and Anas the sales associate who assisted us was professional, knowledgeable and kind. This is a great mattress store and has a wonderful selection of top if the line mattresses to choose from. Don’t be like us snd sleep in pain! Stop by snd talk to Anas. He will set you up with a good nights rest.

Take the Bed test its totally worth it!! Ask for Ken, he was great very helpful and very patient with us. We financed our brand new tempurProAdapt which will be delivered on friday and the process was not as smooth as it could have been but luckily Ken didnt give up even though it took him hours on the new pos system giving him all sorts of trouble.

Terrible customer service. Was laughed at when we told the salesperson our budget. Went to Mattress Firm instead and Dave helped us get a very comfortable queen mattress, box spring, and mattress protector within our budget. Would NEVER recommend this pace!

Terrible customer service after purchasing two mattress sets. Had problems with delivery. Ken was very rude when asked about returning the items and a refund of the delivery charge because of poor service. The box springs for the king set were broken. Also would not provide us with the district managers number and provided the wrong number for the corporate office. Would never go there again and dont recommend it to anyone.
