I purchased my car 2016 Chevy Impala low miles back in May. Just here recently I noticed a lot of condensation on the inside of my windows and it started smelling like mildew. I went to get something off the floor in the back seat and it was totally wet. I opened the trunk and the wheel well was full of water. The seal on the back light had broken, letting in water. I called and told Michael I had a problem and explained to him what was going on, he told me to bring it in and they would look at it. By the time I got there he told me they will replace the light. they have ordered a new one. Had to wait for the light to come in. go down to get the light changed, not only did they change the light they changed all 4 lights on the back and also upgraded to led lights and charged me nothing. I have purchased a lot of cars in my life. But never the customer service like here. They stand by their cars. I highly recommend them.

Great people!! We purchased a few cars from him, and if something went wrong he would fix it within reasonable time. Not one of those places where if you drive away thats it. Very easy to work with, he works hard to find your a finace company. Just all in all a great place!

I got a car from here dec 2018, I have had to put over 3000 in repairs to this car since I have had it. It’s a 2016 Ford Focus. When I got it it only had 4000 on it and it now has 32000, and I just found out that this car was in a car accident, and it was a bad one. Don’t go here, they don’t tell you anything about the cars you get, way over priced for messed up cars

I wouldnt recommend this establishment EVER!! The worse car buying experience by far!! The salesman was very unprofessional!! We test drove a 2017, he gave us the keys and told us there was no gas, we get to the light and it almost cut off on us, it smelt like mildew on the inside and was very stained, we brought it back not even 5 mins later, so despite that experience we decided ok lets look at others we seen online, he took us to one of the vehicles we had listed and we couldnt even test drive it if we wanted to because the tire was flat, at this point were ready to leave, he was very pushy and wanted us to view some more so we gave in, we walked up to the next vehicle and notice the hubcaps/rims were black I touched one with my foot and it almost feel off, I also noticed alot of condensation in alot of the vehicles windows to where we couldnt even see inside, which is really weird being it was right after they opened early morning and Im sure none of them had been started, at this point we feared these vehicles were flood vehicles, he had every excuse in the book as to why these vehicles were in such poor condition, one was they recently fired their car detailer because he did such poor work, also that he cleaned the insides of the vehicles and left them wet. On the website the pictures of the cars are immaculant compared to in person!! Bad business!! Seriously anyone would be a fool to pay the prices for what theyre asking for with the condition of these vehicles!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!
