Philip is the man to see. It took over an hour to convert my content from an android to an Iphone. He didn’t complain or get annoyed. He focused on me the entire time. He even had me stop by the next day to make sure my new phone was 100% transferred and complete.

Kelvin Ramos was very knowledgeable and made my transition from a different company to Verizon very easy and even fun. Everyone was very kind and made the process a smooth one. Very happy with the decision I made!

My wife and I came in on Sunday and we received top notch service from Jason Handford while purchasing the new iPhone 12 Pro. Jason was reliable, upfront, good-humored, and professional. His superior customer service made the entire transaction worth the 2 hour trip. For our future Verizon services, we know who we can count on… thank you Jason!

We upgraded my wifes phone, she had an LG and asked for another LG. The gentleman came back with another brand and said they are doing away with LG and this is what they are now. We had no idea LG was no longer making phone and knew nothing about the new brand. As we stood there discussing whether to get the new brand or go with a Samsung, we talked about cases and screen protectors, the man said nothing just kinda nodded. Before the phone had finished transferring all the data, he said we can wait or just let it finish at home cause it would take awhile. So we went home without any testing. When we got home, it took over an hour and a bunch of googling to figure out how to get the notifications to make sound. First thing that came up was issues with that particular phone. Then we started to look for a new case. Verizon has their own specific model that will only work with that phone at 39.95. After further investigation, that is the only phone in the 1plus that they even offer, absolutely no other model. These salesman know their products, they know the issues, and they know what is available for them. We were told the price and functionality was all about the same, we were prepared to get the samsung which was $400 more, but he was confident in this phone. Im guessing that because they work on commission they are really pushing that brand. Its been less than a day and we can return it, but then they get you for another $50 restocking fee, to basically wipe the phone, put it in the box on a shelf. Not happy with the in store experience.

Michael was such a big help with working on getting me the visa reward card. He called customer service and explained to them that I was qualified and stayed on the phone with me until it was resolved.. very pleasant gentleman!!!

Met with Michael the other day to pay my bill. Got talking to him about upgrading to the android 21. Gave me all the info but none in stock. Ordered me one and got me going. Absolutely a great guy. Very courteous. Kept me updated. Following through. Youve got a great employee Verizon. Very happy with my phone. Was floored by the zoom on the camera. Omg. Wow. Very happy. Thank you Michael. Transferred my phone over to Verizon and got stuck with someone named Larheim, or Larry as he goes by. I wondered why I was asked to enter my social when I told him I was switching to prepaid. He realized he messed up and we had to start all over. I wish that was the end of it, but he kept screwing up even more and had to ask me the same questions over and over. He was extremely rude. And it took so long I had to cancel an appointment I had afterward. In the end, my phone didnt even work. He tried calling my number and it didnt go through, so he had me call my girlfriend and she answered. Turns out, I was still able to make calls from my previous carrier, but not receive them because the new one hadnt kicked in yet. Larry knew this and was just trying to not deal with it. I literally hadnt received a single call or text the whole day. Fortunately, the next day, Heather helped me out and got the whole thing sorted in minutes. I would seriously be giving this place a one-star if she hadnt saved the day. I suppose some people are cut out for this sort of business and others arent.

This experience was SO easy, SO smooth, and SO enjoyable, which is odd to say when you’re buying new phones!! Jason was excellent!! The utmost professional, personable, and kind. So glad we have a outstanding local team right in our community !!

After they make their sale they wont help you in the least. I purchased a 50 dollar screen protector with my phone. After 4 weeks the corners are crumbling and there are hairline cracks running through it while never being dropped. They then wanted to charge me for a replacement on a flawed product they sold.

Absolutely wonderful! Jason is always incredibly patient and attentive while working with me. He also helps to make sure Im getting the best deal for me.

I was having a problem with my iPad connecting to my jetpack that I purchased there. I was in there for 5 minutes and Jaymar figured out the problem and I was on my way everything is working fine..

Me and my fiancé came in day after New Years and Mr. Kelvin Ramos helped us out tremendously! Great experience!! I came in with somewhat of an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t totally sure, and they were awesome. I was especially impressed and thankful that mike took the time to break down everything I would be charged for each month. I wasn’t just given a number and said that I had to pay it each month. He took the time to break down, this is how much you’ll pay for the phone, this is how much you’ll pay for the watch, and this is how much you’ll pay for the service. As someone who has always used prepay service this was very helpful. Another concern I had was weather I would get service everywhere since I live in a very rural area. I get great service everywhere I have been since leaving the store and am very happy with my phone and watch all around. Very glad I made the switch to Verizon and particularly glad I chose the culpeper store to purchase from as not all stores would have been as patient and thorough! 10/10 recommend.

Great personable customer service is hard to find these days... but Andrew has restored my faith in humanity when it comes to customer service. He went above and beyond to help my wife and I! You can tell that he truly does care about the customers. I highly suggest coming to this Verizon store and requesting Andrew to help you out with all your Verizon needs!

Purchased a 4G smartwatch from Amazon and the Verizon salesman (Michael) who helped me get it connected to my Verizon account was very helpful and took around a half hour of his time talking on the phone with Verizon to get it done. Now I can make and receive calls on my watch even if I dont have my cell phone with me.

Michael young helped me. Dudes awesome. Very informative and took all the time I needed to help me get set up with what I needed. Wasnt pushy at all. Awesome service.

My wifes phone died while visiting family for Christmas. Luckily, the store in the town we were visiting had the phone that my wife decided to go with. Dan was extremely helpful, not just with us, but with the other customers that he was helping. They were busy, but Dan gave great individualized service and answered all of our questions and made sure we knew about all the deals and services available, all without being a pushy sales person. Great hire, and a great experience!

The last time I was there the gentleman helping me could not figure something out With my phone. I asked him to get help but he said he had been there for 15 or 16 years and knew more than the manager. Finally after approximately 30 minutes he decided to ask. I wish he had asked earlier I was in a hurry. Most employees there are very helpful.

So far, there was no sign in process. It was super confusing to the sales reps because they didn’t know who was next. Instead of looking at our IMEI numbers to see if our phones could transfer to Verizon, he just plugged in a new SIM card. That sim wouldn’t work in my phone, then he borrowed a co-workers phone, and put her sim into my phone.Rep was nice.

The store was super clean and the staff is friendly. They were able to assist my needs and do so I a timely manner. They were even able to work out a bundle deal for me which was awesome!!!
