I saw Meg (Margaret Cook) as a first follow up after receiving my new Signia hearing Aids at the Manassas Hearing Center - an affiliated office. Her office is a 6 minute round trip from my house vs. a full2 3/4 hours RT to Manassas. so its very convenient . As expected, with state of the art hearing aids, had many issues requiring resolution.Meg is truly talented at understanding the customers description of their problem in their words and translating that into what she knows about the operations of the hearing aids. In my experience thats not easy to do and requires not only a lot of experience but the ability, patience, and willingness to listen carefully to what the customer/patient is saying.In Summary, she did an excellent job of resolving most of the problems I was experiencing and that makes me very happy.Not surprisingly, a few problems remain, that may prove more difficult. Im confident that they will be resolved!On a more personal note, Meg is very outgoing and anxious to please and easy to work and communicate with. Its easy to see how she has been successful in the business for so long. . I dont believe she will ever be satisfied until I am, with the performance of my new hearing aids.

After my visit I was very comfortable with the testing and the consultation that followed. A very Professional knowledgeable & caring hearing center. Without question they will take the time to be sure you make the correct decision moving forward.

I recently took my 82 year old Mother to Culpeper Hearing Center. After many years of her not being able to hear it was like a miracle when Brad put the aids in and she heard everything he said (with a mask on!). Great support personnel as well. Very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very professional and practiced all safety measures at all times. The hearing test was performed by a very qualified technician. The results were explained to me in plain language, not a lot of technical terms. I would recommend this Center to anyone who may have issues or questions as to why their hearing has been less than before.

I just love the great service I get from Dr. Viniarski, Amanda, & Janet! They are always courteous and kind. Dr. Viniarski provides a comfortable environment to be seen and diagnosed. The whole team works to help you get the most out of the money you spend for the best equipment possible. I can finally watch TV with my wife without causing her permanent hearing damage!! I love my hearing aids, and being able to go out in public and have normal hearing again.
