Review №1

Jim saved us a fortune. Our 26 year old Pozzi casement wood window was termite eaten so the crank arm that opens the crank-out section had nothing to attach to any longer. The manufacturer no longer made this casement window much less the crank-out half of it. For a couple of thousand dollars they could make something similar but it would be a bit different than other adjacent windows. A contractor told us this was the only option. On a last shot I called Jim. For no more than his hourly rate, he took the crank-out section with him and returned that afternoon with the thing repaired and primed too! Oh, my God! So fast! Fixed and installed it was about $200 which was much less than I thought he would have charged and not even close to the $2000+ that it might have been as Pozzi had said and the contractor confirmed.

Thank you all for your admiring effort and hard work. My mother’s house is new again and I think it is sturdier than ever, I like the new kitchen!
