Always love visiting Party City from Fall to Spring 🤗 This one was organized, but we did have a long wait to pay. Cant wait to return for Halloween costumes and more decorations. Got to see MM 🎃🔪 and picked up some Fall decorations as well.

We come here every once in a while for Halloween or other party supplies but we had such a great experience today, I felt compelled to write a review. We got a bunch of graduation balloons for a party here. The person behind the register totally helped us out with what balloons will look good and what a good mix of balloons might be. They had the balloons on time and easy pickup. We went home and put them up and while putting them up, one of our balloons, a number 1, flew away. We called the store and they were kind enough to replace it and help us out so our photo display would not say 202, but 2021. Thank you party city, you saved our daughters graduation party.

First time and last time here. The girl working there seemed nice but no one was really helpful. She kept telling me what aisle that an item that I was looking for MAY be on. The store wasnt even crowded smh. Ive worked in a store for double digit years if my life so I know that you arent suppose to point someone in the direction of an item. Youre suppose to walk them to the item if possible. I was walking aimlessly around that store for way too long to end up leaving empty handed. All I wanted was a nice birthday hat to wear to work for my birthday but instead I walked out disappointed and feeling worse than when I came in 😔. The next time someone comes in looking for something...help them. You may just brighten someones day.

You wait in a line to enter, about 1 hour, Very Busy, I was out in like 5 minutes, Blacklights! Check out! 5mins Very Excellent!

This young lady helped me out she had curly hair and glasses. wish i would have gotten her name. was really helpful. went above and beyond.

Morgan was so kind and helpful when I was running late to pick up a friend from LAX. He went above and beyond to help me with some balloons. Beyond that, he was just a cheery soul, which is much appreciated in these times. Thank you, Morgan!

Shelves were empty checked online for the items I needed said was in stock got to the store and nothing was in stock.. very disappointed waste of time.Staff was friendly. End up paying more money

Kenneth and Chris went above and beyond the job, helping me with my daughters balloons. Very respectful, order was on time, and they both were very patient with each customer. The culver city location is nice.

This is a nice clean party city with friendly work staff they had the perfect birthday decorations for my soon to be 15 year old were doing a Hollywood theme they also had other good birthday decorations and balloons I highly recommend coming here plus we will be coming back here more often

Party City! Be careful with spending when you go here. Its not about the pricing of anything but they sell great items for parties. This is my happy place whenever I am planning an event. I bought Gold chocolates, sugar suckers and small pieces of candy. I still would like to buy a bubble machine.The customer service is great. They answered all of our questions.Gold Coin Chocolates are inside the the treasure box with the picture. The sugar suckers are on the table, right side of the pic.

Generally a good experience they usually have a good selection of whatever you need for costumes events and parties

Always a party in this store for any occasion. Any!!! Its a great feeling seeing large balloons, party settings I love this place. After going thru this Covid-19 mess. Its a great place to pull your mood back up and celebrate life.

Very straightforward. Nothing too crazy but very solid on the basics. Mylar balloons at a crazy level of selection (I didnt expect that)

They refused to give me a refund on a product from a different party city making excuses about who knows what. I work retail and I personally know you cant refuse refunds to a customer especially when what you sell is defective and returned within return policy . So Im not ever going to this place again Amazon and offer up have way better deals and no rude employees. Want my advise drive a bit further and go to ocean gate in Hawthorne.

I made a purchase at the party city in Culver city.. and i was treated with respect and i had no problems.. i am so glad they were close to me..they also was helpful giving me a little Discount.. i appreciate you ...i will definitely recommend my FRIENDS and FAMILY. Since the Party City at Pico & Bundy closed, this my party supply headquarters. Yesterday I stopped by to get a birthday balloon. The clerk who waited on me was great - helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. I wish I had his name so I could thank him personally. Selection here is good, shelves are usually well stocked. Have a party!

Do NOT waste your time paying the ridiculous price they charge to blow up balloons. I brought in my own balloons for them to blow up and deliver. Of course, they did not deliver my balloons and they could not give me a proper solution to get my balloons on time. Horrible customer service! Would never go back here.

I needed to find a last minute costume on the day of an event I was attending and wasnt expecting to have any luck. I called around to 4 local stores looking for the Adult Flapper Dress in black, and was able to find it at the Culver City, CA store. They put it on hold for me, and I went to pick it up an hour later. The staff had it set aside for me, and were very helpful with choosing and locating accessories and completing my purchase. In addition, the costume was a great fit, well made and comfortable, and reasonably priced.Just saying thank you to Party City Culver City, and keep up the good work!One Happy Customer, Anissa Barton-Thompson :)

Just had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere in A LONG time here. Long story short, just went in to return a few items and was met by ERICK. The guy KILLED it. I’ve been doing customer service myself for over 20 years, and this young man did it right. Greeted me kindly and proceeded to help me with a ballon delivery that I had NO IDEA was even available. Saved me from buying a disposable helium tank and a bunch of unnecessary nonsense, also ended up saving me over $50 bucks. Now instead of trying to blow up balloons at the house and trying to hide it, they’re all getting delivered WITH high flow helium in a protective bag along with a weight. He gave me a small customer service discount too since the whole service wasn’t offered to me or even mentioned the day before. ERICK did a great job. Thanks

I needed some party supplies, I was in a hurry. I did a Google search and found this one. They were fully stocked. I was able to find everything I needed and more. It was more expensive than most places, however it was easy, no line, lots of parking on a shared parking lot.I was able to do one stop shopping in a timely manner (no stress)

This party City seems fresh and new and offers tons of supplies for your every party need. From balloons and decorations to place settings and themed platters, you can find whatever you need to put on a party that looks put together.

Party city has a lot of interesting inexpensive party items. They keep it very well organized and up to date with the last trend. Lots of themes and ideas!I really enjoyed my visit

I think its a cute little place where you can find obsure candies that you havent seen for a long time. When you see Starbucks, dont forget to turn towards Culver City to check it out. The owner is nice too.

Ill never buy anything from Party City ever again for any particular holiday since their return policy is to do only exchanges from when youre getting the item towards a holiday like Halloween I just bought a Halloween costume 3 days ago want to bring it back cant even get my money back only do Exchanges only.

Great place to get stuff for a party.The party supplies arent spectacular but they do the job. Things you will find are obviously decorations, ballons, plates, lots of matching eating wear actually. Stuff for give away bags, lots of odds, and ends for kids parties. Candles etc.Great place if you want one go to shop for kids birthday decorations etc.The service is not so good which is unfortunate.

This place isnt great at customer service. The stuff they have is actually really nice! Thats why they get 2 stars. They kind of let you roam around and watch you but dont ask if you need help or needed anything. My sister and I went there to return something and then looked around for my baby shower. Youd think for a big place like this and with corporate people and enough employees walking around, theyd ask but nope.

Looking for Halloween Costumes this is the place to go. They have a large selection to choose from in a variety of sizes. But of course party supplies at a great price with a large selection of themes to choose from. Youll have fun shopping here so come on down.

Not enough staff available to help us. Inquired about costumes and was told they don’t have most of them in stock umm ok but I was still interested in having someone check whichever ones are possibly in stock now 🙄Everything at this specific PC was about 2-5 dollars more than online and other PC stores which I found very strange. Went to 4 different PC this week as we were hunting Jack Skellington items, manager honored online price but still it shouldn’t be that way. Not very pleased, won’t be returning to this specific PC again.

Everyone that works here is lazy as hell. I came in on the Saturday before Halloween to see if they had certain costumes. I understand that is was a couple of days before Halloween so I knew the selection would be low. So everyone I asked about a costume they told me they were sold out. They did not look to see if it was available at another store I was simply told “we can’t look them up here you have to go to the front”the funny thing is I work in retail and I know they could of handled that a little better. They all had attitudes. So I finally decided to grab three items for a costume that my daughter wanted for choice B. I get to the counter and 3 items came out to $50. (Mind you when I grab these items there was no pricing on the merchandise) I was appalled and was like wow for 3 items I can get an entire outfit for this price, the girl at the counter was rude and said “well I don’t make the prices” i left all of it on the counter and walked out. I refuse to have some one talk ridiculous when it’s their job to actually help me. So I drove to another Party City and they had an entire costume for $30 and no one had an attitude!

This is a great place to find everthing you might need for a party but highly expensive and customer service is horrible. First you have to find someone who is available. People act as if your doing them a favor by being in the store and lack customer skills.

Was a mad house for Halloween but that is expected. They did a great job handling the crowd. Party city always has what I need.

Worst phone customer service. Spoke with the rep about a costume and she asked me for the SKU. What? She said thats the only way she can pull it up. Called the other locations and they were the nicest to locate the costumes. Really sad to see inadequacy in action.

Party city has a good selection of items however to save time I called and asked if they had in particular pair of glasses and was told yes I came to the store only to find out I have been lied to so while they do have a good selection of items its best just to come into the store and not waste your time with calling.

They had everything i wanted, just not in the colors i needed. 🤷‍♀️

The service is god awful. Prices are ridiculously high, even target has cheaper prices. They only hire seasonal high school kids that have no idea what customer service is and then let them go and hire another fool. The process at this location is horrible. The managers Matt and Bryan are horrible and do not have experience in management whats soever. Party City will no longer be a place for me to sho. Blame the management and lack of construct.
