Unfortunately, I had the worst experience with this particular edible arrangements location.I received my arrangement with a giant chunk missing from my pineapple. I swear I thought this was a joke.I have called the health department and the CEO of the company.I called to explain my situation and the lady over the phone said it would be impossible to have sent an eaten arrangementAnd that I should stop calling.Management is the worst. The so called owner is thee rudest one of all. She told me that I needed to stop “pranking” her employees when all I’m doing is calling to get my friends money back for a half aten arrangement they sent me!!!!

I ordered my arrangement as a last minute gift and got it delivered the same day. I was so excited! I didnt know that could happen! Thank you do much!

Never will I go here again! People that work there dont know anything they are doing. They keep changing the answers to the same question I ask. The prices always change. And if you see something online that says you need to buy in store they still told me to preorder it so they have time to make it. So pretty much dont do any walk ins just order ahead of time so you can give them time to get there heads together and do your order properly.

DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!! Look elsewhere for better service. They are rude and unorganized they lie to you to cover themselves they give you a fake resolution and dont keep to it. I ordered an arrangement was not cheap either they did not follow instructions as they do what they want they disclose personal information and ripped off the message card from edibles. I contacted the CEO and cooperate and received a call from so call owner and overheard her say that quote its ringing Im calling her now that the customers are gone so they wont hear me screaming at her I told her excuse me and she begun to harassed and bully me for contacting cooperate on her and her store I hunged up and contacted them again no one should experience such behavior from a business when you giving them hundreds of dollars of business. I had been a customer since 2015 and referred them so many business to my friends and other people they lost a real good customer and the referrals that I gave as well. Theres other companies they are not the only edible arrangements company. Good luck making business God forbid you have issues with them.

I ordered online and requested it to be delivered in three days. It took them three weeks to deliver it. I had to keep checking up on them and they blamed the receiver for having a full mailbox and not picking up calls. My friend was picking up all her calls and her mailbox was empty! Constantly had to follow up for a late delivery and whenever I called, they would consistently and persistently cut me off to tell me how its my friends fault that its not being delievered.Absolutely atrocious experience. I would not be surprised if the same arrangement that they supposedly made 3 weeks ago was delivered. Never will i ever order an arrangement from this franchize again and a brief complaint to my social circles proved that I wasnt alone in this experience.Hands down, the worst customer service and delivery experience i have ever had.

Culver City Edible Arrangements- Rock! I ordered an arrangement for my Aunt in LA on-line from Pittsburgh, PA. The young lady who I spoke with before ordering on-line assured me she would get it to her that day- and she did. My Aunt loved the bouquet and said it was pretty. Im at a disadvantage to seeing the bouquet, so I depend on my Aunts reaction and description. Shes in her 80s and doesnt provide much in specific description, but when she says its big, pretty and the fruit is delicious- thats all I need to hear- as I purchased a large one for sharing! I would recommend this location!

Placed an Order Online around Wednesday May 8, and requested a delivery For Friday May 10. In the instructions I wrote that Id prefer for delivery to be before 3pm. But I knew its not always possible. I called Thursday May 9 to make sure my order had gone through, the Young lady i spoke to over the phone was very nice & helpful. I told her i would prefer my order around the time i had wrote, she explained she saw the note and would write an additional note to the person making the delivery but couldnt guarantee anything. On Friday May 10 my mom got her order at 12pm . She loved it ! The fruit was fresh, and the balloon was beautiful. Im definitely happy and would use them again.

I got a last minute gift from this location. I ordered my arrangement and got it delivered same day! I was so happy this worked out exactly how i wanted it to. Thank you so much for this great experience!

We absolutely love edibles. However when I contacted the store rep about available edibles to purchase. The store rep immediately advise I can not pick up at store and all orders must be preorder. I ask if she had any to purchase she said no. I ask if I could purchase something small and she advise she could make an edible for $25 dollars. Well I went online and found an arrangements for $9.99 and I can pick it up. The store rep could have suggested to place an order order online for pick up. The rep did not appear to have the willingness to help and offer solid suggestions. Your company almost lost a customer. She also said she could make an arrangement without chocolate but after placing my order with chocolate, she was able to make it in 15 mins. Poor customer service.

It was a nice Surprise from my friend(she’s family to me) on my birthday. The fruit was far from being fresh. The watermelon balls were scooped too close to the rind, berries had absolutely no flavor, mangos were sour and pineapple was bitter.These fruits are in season and should have been fresh and sweet. Called Culver City and spoke with Emily voicing my concerns. I offered to bring back the order but she said her management was off on weekends. I requested my friend receive credit. Emily said she would have to call My Friend first(?). It was a nice surprise but unfortunately Edibles dropped it on their end. How strange I had to give it a star just to write a bad review. So much for”CUSTOMER SERVICE”❗️🤭

Its very nice, but soo damn expensive! I ordered online, I got there at the designated time, and no one was at the front counter. (The front area is very small, you can tell that the section goes back far) after I repeatedly yelled over the counter hoping my voice would reach the freezer door, an employee rushes out saying what you want? In a very rude tone. I dismissed it and said I had a pick up order. She says rather loudly you sure sir?! I didnt see no trucks come round back, but Ill check 13 minutes later, she walkes out with the wrong thing, I tell her, she gets very snappy and stomps back to wherever, 15 minutes pass and she swung the freezer door open and she had my order, and shoved it in my arms and said have a good day while stomping towards the back.
