I really hate leaving negative feedback, but we are reminded of this every night when we go to sleep and it literally makes me sick to my stomach. My husband and I bought a mattress from here coming on two years ago. We decided we needed to invest in a really good quality mattress, as we wanted to improve our sleep quality after our little one was born. I gave two stars for the fact that lady who helped us was very helpful and friendly. After spending some time in the store, we thought we had found the right mattress. It felt way different in the store, then we we got it back home. We were told that we had a 4 month warranty to exchange the mattress if we were not completely satisfied. After sleeping on it for a few months, with the constant tossing and turning, we decided to go back in to see what our options were. This was NOT the sleep of our dreams. A different lady was working then the lady who sold us our mattress and she ended up talking us into giving it more time. She explained that this is normal and these beds need to be broken in. We decided to take her word for it and give it more time. Well here we are, two years of breaking it in and I can honestly say, my $300 mattress was far more comfortable. After spending $2500 on a mattress, you would think this wouldn’t be the case. We have purchased quality mattresses in the past, so we know what we are missing out on. I have never been so disappointed in a mattress. We spent this kind of money, to spend more time sleeping on our couch. Makes me want to cry. Make sure if your not satisfied, don’t let them talk you out of it, especially right before your warranty expires. 😭😓

I purchased a mattress in August 2020 it didnt sleep well for me. But, they have a exchange policy that really works. No hassle just pay the difference if you want an upgrade and they will pick up and deliver at no cost. Love that...

Selection was good, prices were reasonable compared to other stores, and service was top notch. Easy to find what I wanted . Promise me my box spring will be there in a week. Took 2 weeks but they promised me they will delivered items for free instead of me picking them up. I was a happy customer.

We had a great experience here. Most mattress stores feel like car dealerships. The second you walk in, you’re pounced on by an associate hungry for commission. They stand over you as you lay there, they pretend they have a special deal “just for you,” and go to their computer to pretend to look for said deal. LA Mattress was a notably more mellow experience. Angela was super helpful in answering our many questions. She helped us choose a mattress and offered us a price that we were happy with, waving the tax for us to help. We came back the next day and another super helpful associate, German, helped us finalize the deal and even threw in some extras to sweeten it. Overall super positive experience and really cool people.

Purchasing a mattress can be really difficult and overwhelming. Choosing the right fit is not an easy job and dealing with a family trying to find the perfect bed can be a real job. I have to say that working with German at the Culver City store has been a pleasant surprise. My wife and I probably spent three hours at the store and German was patient walking us through all the options. Deciding on the best bed is a real chore and German had the patience to educate us on all our options and to help guide us in a direction that seemed to meet our needs. He is educated in the field and really helpful.Furthermore, my wife and I thought we changed our minds and he gave us his personal cell phone to make sure our needs were met and encouraged us to be patient with the process. Have to say we are pleased with our bed and happy that German was so helpful!

Very happy with my new pocketed coil pillow top royal plush queen mattress that general manager Kevin Smith helped me find. He walked me through every mattress that the store had to offer educating me on the different types to find the right one for me. When I found it Kevin worked with me and my budget to get the best deal possible on it. He even through in an extra complimentary pillow for me to ensure I have the best experience. The delivery was prompt and the drivers were very friendly. I can only speak for the Culver City location however and would recommend stopping into it anytime youre in need of an upgrade or just want to take a quick nap.

I was so happy I stopped at the Culver City store. I had purchased a mattress set at another LA Mattress store and was looking to replace it as it was a bit too firm. Angela worked with me to find the right mattress and after several trips to the store, with various family members, we found the perfect mattress. I ended up getting a Queen size Sealy Posturepedic Copper II Plush hybrid mattress and an adjustable power base. It was delivered yesterday and I slept like a baby. Thank you Angela and LA Mattress.

I bought a Temperpedic from Sit and Sleep and I hated it! It was way to hot! They would not even give me my money back! They wanted to charge 500 dollars to exchange it. I had a lot od fun buying a mattress at LA Mattress in Culver City. Angela was great she helped me find the perfect mattress. I ended up buying the tempur pedic king size with an adjustable base and had the tempur pedic set delivered to my home in Marina Del Ray the next day for free. And they gave me a 120 night trial if i dont like the Tempur-Pedic bed i can exchange it but there are no exchanges on adjustable bases. Highly Recommended.

I went to LA mattress with not knowing much about mattresses and then Larry Legend showed me the Gel Memory Foam mattress and it was amazing he gave me an my friend all the details about this bed how it keeps you cold no matter what. I used to have a tempurpedic mattress and now I am sleeping on a new organic mattress that Larry Legend recommended.I suffer from a neurological condition which makes it extremely difficult to have a good night sleep so its very important that I take advantage of my recovery every night.My new organic mattress is firm and comfortable. I almost bought a Simmons beautyrest but I am Fortunate Larry at Los Angeles Mattress pointed me in the right direction. I also received a free pillow along with free delivery.
