I went to go get my car serviced. The shuttle only works one way. They will drop you off but they will not come back and get you. Checking in was easy but they didn’t tell me when my car was done. I went to check to see how much longer and my car was sitting outside waiting. When I was trying to leave they gave me the wrong key. Then spent 20+ minutes running around looking for my key while my car was left unlocked in the lot. They eventually found my key attached to someone else’s key in the back. There was no manager there on a Saturday to speak with and no one gave me a call. They never told me about getting my car washed until I asked. Then you’re sent down the street to get your car washed.

Bought my acura a year ago from Chen Chen and she explained to me all the benefits from this VIP loyalty program before I purchased my car - NOW it turns out I will not be able to get this privilege because I dont change the filter or blake fuild change here.First of all, they quoted me to do filter change as $149 which is total rip off - my husband bought a filter from amazon and it only cost us $20 and it was done by 10 mins.Second of all, they quoted the blake fluid change as $249 and its$100 more than at other acura dealer ship.Lastly, there is no written contract saying about you will lose this benefits if you don’t get some service from them. It clearly said “you will receive the following privileges AS LONG AS YOU OWN YOUR CAR.” So now I feel like they lied to me.oh complimentary car wash is whack. They use the car wash service at gas station and their quality of job is so low.

I live a few blocks from this Nissani dealership and I will NEVER support this business or recommend them to anyone solely based on how terribly this company has treated the homeowners in the community. The business abuses lax parking restrictions on residential streets and uses them to store their dealership vehicles. Additionally, the dealership even recommends that customers park on residential streets and then they shuttle them to the dealership. As a result, streets that used to be calm are now completely overrun with cars bearing Nissani bros plates and I see courtesy vehicles constantly flying up and down our streets. Nisanni bros is a commercial business, and it’s their responsibility to arrange parking for their customers and car inventory — NOT the families who have lived in these neighborhoods for decades.UPDATE: I’ve attached a photo of a Nissani employee parking on our street for anyone doubting if what I say is true.

This is a long overdue review from our experience in October 2018.TL;DR: We negotiated a price and signed off an offer sheet. While reviewing the financing agreement, right before signing the final docs, we found that the price on the contract was nearly $3,000 higher than what we agreed to. Nobody informed us of this bait and switch. They were hoping wed miss the details and sign off at the higher price. When we confronted them about it, they took no responsibility, and scurried to take the deal off the table. The finance guy blamed the sales guy. The sales guy said it was up to the finance guy and the owner. We walked out without the car.Suggestions:1. If youre negotiating a deal, take a picture of every offer sheet you see. The numbers will change inexplicably along the way.2. Dont buy the extended warranty. Or if you really want to, decline multiple times, because they will lower the price by and increase the length and miles covered by 3-4x. Its crazy how much they move on this.3. Go somewhere else and find a more reputable dealership.Backstory:We visited the Nissani Bros Nissan dealership four times over a span of a month in Sep/Oct. Our main sales contacts were Andrew and Flavio. Andrew and Flavio were great. Friendly, pretty helpful, and a pleasure to deal with.Once we got down to negotiating the price, a guy named Reza, whos the desk guy/former closer, entered the picture. Reza manipulates the price and moves random costs from line item to line item, and has absolutely no credibility.Eventually, we went back to dealing with Flavio, and that part of the negotiation was much more productive. We settled on a price of around $23K, they showed us an offer sheet and asked my financee to sign her name off on it. We did.We then wait another hour or so for finance to handle the paperwork for financing. Eventually we meet Damian, the finance guy. Damian seems like a nice guy. He was very persistent in upselling us on an extended warranty policy. He lowered the price of the warranty multiple times, going from about $50/mo down to about $12/mo. At the same time, he kept increasing the length and coverage of the warranty from 4 years and 48,000 miles to 8 years and 125,000 miles. He seems like hes being chummy, but hes not. Its all a blatant cash grab. And at a certain point it just starts feeling desperate. After about 30 minutes, and declining the extended warranty several times, we got to the point where we were just about to sign the approval on the price and financing, when instead of the $23K price we expected to see, we see its $26K. We see some costs have changed line items, and there are brand new costs too. We confront Damian about this price bait and switch. He has no answers. He blamed Reza. We went over to Reza and asked him. He claimed ignorance and said thats determined by finance and the owners. It was clear to us that they never intended to honor the $23K price we agreed to. It was also clear to us that they were hoping that wed either not pay enough attention to details and would accidentally sign off on the $26K price without realizing it, or decide that we were too far down the process to walk out on the deal because of the $3K price increase.

AVOID AT ALL COST! Service Manager, Jose Gudiel, does not value or respect Nissan customers. He is non-responsive and it takes weeks of failed attempts to get any kind of communication for him. The only way he will speak to you is if you go in personally so he cannot ignore you, which is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.Im currently in the process of resolving a Nissan claim (due to a defective break spring that was about to snap, which wouldve caused my back breaks to go out and lead to serious injury or worse, death). Since I purchased my vehicle in 2016, Ive been to Nissani Bros 3X to resolve the same issue with my back breaks and every time Ive gone in, its been a new issue thats causing the problem. On my 3rd attempt to fix my vehicle, I was informed my warranty had expired and that I would have to pay for any additional repairs (that werent previously fixed in the past year). Go figure as both my previous repairs to fix my back wheel breaks were something different every time! This being the case, I decided to take my vehicle to a different mechanic and thats when the defective break spring and negligent handy work from my previous repairs at Nissani BROS were discovered. Before any work was started on my vehicle, I was informed by the mechanic to take pictures of the spring / faulty repairs. I then called Nissani and spoke with Joss Gudiel to inquire about how to handle next steps. I was informed I did not need to have my vehicle towed to Nissani for service and that as long as I had a detailed receipt of the repairs, I could submit a claim with Nissan / receive a refund for the repairs. This, of course, was FALSE information given to me by Jose Gudiel and because I did not have my 3rd service (to fix the same issue with my breaks) repaired through Nissani Bros, corporate will not accept my claim and neither parties (Nissan /Nissani Bros) will take accountability or responsibility for the defective break spring / faulty repairs, which not only put my safety at risk, but EVERYONE on road beside me.NISSAN DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE SAFTEY OR WELLBEING OF THEIR CUSTOMERS!

My past experiences at car dealerships do not compare to my experience here at this Nissan location. It is also so convenient because they have a VIP package which includes FREE oil changes. They have a car wash right across the street where you can also get free unlimited car washes! I was stoked about that because it will save me money in the long run. The whole transition and sales process from start to finish was great, no complications whatsoever. I worked with Rosy in sales and I will be recommending her to people I know who are looking into buying a car. I was at work during the day and she had sent me pictures and details before I arrived to the dealership, assuring I was going to get what I wanted. Rosy was so helpful and sweet! Genuinely the worst experience Ive ever had with a mechanic. Went to the dealership expecting to get better service than a typical mechanic. Below are some specifics but please, take my word for; do NOT go to Nissani bros:Took my jeep in for a simple coolant flush and thermostat replacement. After seeing they didnt fill the car back full of coolant (and Im talking none) I took it back to for more. Ended up waiting 30 minutes and finally left because they were taking so long and being very rude. Finally asked to speak with the floor manager and the service rep basically told me to leave. For context - Im nit leaving anything out. I was polite, patient, understanding of the simple error of not refilling the drained coolant. Luckily I had enough spare fluid in my car to make it to buy more.

I just did not feel comfortable at this dealership. Entering the dealership was reminiscent of crossing a boarder in a Eastern European country. There was a guard and a metal pole gate that had to be raised and lowered for customers to get in and out. Driving into the service area where the service writers were seemed like it was inside but then there was a big wall that raised up that allowed the cars to drive back into the service area. It was like The Wizard of Oz, whats behind the curtain. The Personnel were professional and courteous enough, but it just seems like they are hiding something.

Maybe the lot where they park the vehicles is far away? I’m not sure, but it’s honestly pretty disappointing, especially after spending a huge amount of money, I would expect a bit more haste from the employees. Just be aware that picking up your vehicle takes up to an hour. Update: this time they forgot about my vehicle, so that would explain the hour wait.

For new buyers out there. They will try to tell you that buying GAP insurance lowers your APR. This is false information. They will try to use this tactic to present you a higher APR, then will “lower” it if you get GAP saying “your cost stays the same and now you get this coverage”. It’s false and deceptive. They will tell you your Nissan has zero warranty and if you drive off the lot without buying an SVC you will be screwed, this is also false. Do not buy these items on a NEW vehicle, you do not need it. It’s why you have insurance and Nissan has a warranty for the basic things you’d ever need it for. Do not go to this play. A bunch of deceptive sales practice happening.

I was searching for a Nissan Frontier Pro 4-X with a 6-speed manual transmission and had visited other dealerships. No one had the vehicle in stock, so I had planned to order it from the manufacturer through this dealership based upon my conversation with a salesperson named Susan. I made an appointment to meet with her on 3/7/18 @11am so we could order my truck. I arrived at the dealership 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was told that Susan was at lunch and that another salesperson would be able to assist me in my endeavor. Angel, the new salesman, did not have any idea on how to order the truck and consulted with the sales manager (his name I forget). The sales manager proceeded to tell me that he, too, had no idea how to order the truck and that he would research how to order my vehicle. But, this only happened after I complained about the fact that the person I had spoken to originally had basically blown me off, though I had made an appointment with her. I could go on and on about the level of my internalized rage at this point, but in a nutshell Nissani Bros. Nissan SUCKS!! They even tried to offer me a different truck (5-speed automatic) for $4000 off the list price!! I call that tactic the old BAIT & SWITCH !! Needless to say, I will never go back to this dealership and caution other potential customers to steer clear!! They have no idea what they are doing, do not care about customer satisfaction, and are only concerned with pushing what is on their lot. SHAME!!!!

While trying to get that unlock, we agreed to test drive the upgraded model. And during our test drive two of the car died of dead battery. We were stuck at the gas station and had to walk back to the dealership. We finally were able test drive the car that we came for, and ready to purchase (making sure there were no bait and switch) we had to go through 5 hours paperwork and three of their sale rep.**First beware, they will up-sale you accessories that you dont want, even though you keep telling no. (Of course you can find the same accessories somewhere else). Told them I dont want no accessories just the bare minimal manufacture.**Finally, contract was signed and a required thumb print on paper, paid in full, and drove the car home. After all that experienced wasnt enough, they called and harassed you for more money.**Now they dont want to honor the contract.**Yes, I am Currently Seeking legal representative for contract fraud. This is my experience, and first ever post on here.

Maybe buying and leasing cars here is a decent experience but stay away from their service offers. When my wife and I bought our pre-owned vehicle back in August 2018 they also sold us on this car care package for $3500, which was not worth it! (BTW after talking to a sales rep, they dont offer that care package anymore). Anyhow, our first service went like this, they changed our engine oil and then they said we had to change our filters and do tire rotations, but at a cost of about $200. The filters and tire rotations are not covered by this care package or their VIP program. $200 is very steep for what it is, but whatever we paid them and left. So I wanted to know why we paid the $3500 preferred care package and I called and left multiple messages asking what our car care package included. They never responded. Come our second service, I asked to get the oil change, but the service guy said I needed to get other maintenance fixes done which costs about $500. I said just the oil change is fine. He then proceeded to say that the VIP service provides free oil changes ONLY IF you pay for the other maintenance problems. I said no and now we voided our VIP service. I asked what I paid $3500 for and they said for mechanical issues... I guess I am more mad at myself for not understanding that mechanical services are completely different than maintenance services. This definitely was not properly explained when they sold us this preferred care package, so now we feel a little cheated. I guess the point is be wary what services you are paying for and that their VIP service is a gimmick.

I thought your service process was excellent from the kind young man who helped me to giving me rides to and from the dealership. BUT...a 27 point inspection was done on my car and my paperwork says it was reviewed with me and it wasnt. I did not notice that until I got home. I would have liked to know what was found in that inspection.

My experience was beyond terrible! I dropped my car off on Wednesday 7/17 to get an oil change and mentioned I also need someone to look at my radiator. I dropped my car back off Thursday morning 7/18 and I have yet to receive any update on when my car will be ready. Every time I call nobody can explain anything to me so I had to go up there in person. I have had a rental car since Saturday. They have had my car for 6 days now. Lack of communication within this location. I will never bring my car back to get serviced or recommend this location.

An absolutely horrible experience. Employees do not care. I called just after 7 PM to their Nissan Parts Dept and asked if they had a part I needed to get my car out of the street. They tell me sure, just make sure and show up before close at 8:00 PM, 7:55 PM to be safe. I say no problem, Im leaving now and its a 25-30 minute drive but I am definitely coming so please expect me. Guy says sure.I show up a couple minutes after 7:50 PM. They have the part, and call to their cashier who doesnt answer. He just looks at me and says they must have left and nothing he can do. Come back tomorrow, he says. I tell him why dont you go over to the cashier and figure it out. He tells me its all the way at the front of the store. I ran to the front of the store, find the cashier who is not manning her desk - again still a couple minutes before 8 PM - and she tells me no problem. I shouldnt have to do this. The employee who tells me to come in should be running to the front to make the sale. Lazy employees, lazy mentality. Needless to say I will never be back for parts or cars or anything. Make an effort.

Nissani Bros is a sleazy used car dealership hoping to find a sucker. Dont waste your time like we did with ours. The definition of unethical. After agreeing to a price, we told then we would come back tomorrow after sleeping on it. We kept our word and returned the next day, but they did not keep theirs.Right as we were ready to purchase the car, they came out with a new price that was $1000 higher that what we had JUST agreed to. They claimed it was a bank fee but would not provide any proof and refused to show us our credit file that they had showed us the day before. They said AND I QUOTE, We will not show you the file, you already saw it yesterday. After reading other similar reviews it seems that this is a standard tactic for them to raise the price at the last minute. We walked. Trust me, avoid wasting your time here. Messed up.

Oh man these guys are crooks. My cus (I will call him George) was nice/stupid enough to be willing to co sign for another friend name Hugo. Nissani brothers actually drove down to get signature from George. George being too nice, signed where they told him to. When the paperwork was sent to him, they find out George was somehow the primary and only owner of the car. He try to go back and fix it, but they would not budge. They told him hey you signed it. Sure thats true, but could you not change who the primary owner of the car, especially when it was your guy that told him where to sign. He is now stuck with a 7 year car payment that he didnt even buy but is now in his name and on the hook. Watch these guys, Im going to make sure everyone knows how slimy these guys are. I will NEVER buy from them and make sure for the next 7 years, my entire family and friends will all spread the word on how these people treat their customers. A very expensive lesson for my friend.

A very horrible experience. I had problems with my car battery (it keeps needing to jump start) so I figured battery was due for a change. Brought it in here, this guy called Omar said that to do a full body inspection it will be $199, and whatever problems they find, they will apply that $199 to the final bill. So in the end it was a battery issue, so I paid $250 to replace the battery. However, in just two days, I had problems with my brake and had to get my car tolled. I thought it was strange that my car had a problem that was not mentioned after the full body inspection, so I called back and tried to ask them whats going on. However, this guy called Jose picked up, and was super rude, kept cutting me off, and even said: oh you only had a COMPLIMENTARY VISION INSPECTION which is totally not what Omar had said. So its either, they realize there was a problem after their supposed FULL BODY INSPECTION and am trying to not take responsibility for it, or they are not doing their job like they said. Jose insisted I should just bring the car in for inspection again, but I decided to never bring my car back if they had this kind of attitude and manipulate their customers. I suggest to not send your cars here to this Nissani Bros.

Customer Service is awful. I’ve been here on four, maybe five, separate occasions over the last 3 years and each time the people on the service side just don’t care an ounce for their customer.I’ve been quoted the wrong timeframe and/or price on each occasion. I don’t understand why this is so difficult for this dealership but I am moving my service needs to the Torrance location. Every time I go to get my car fixed I end up with a new problem. First, I had a few recalls. The result was that they installed the springs wrong and my car was making a strong noise. The second time they charged me $180 to check an error that involved looking at my gas cap, resulting in replacing it. That was fine, but they left my windows open over the weekend and all the interior was full of dust from a dust storm. I took the car three times for them to do something about it since it was unacceptable, and they only dusted the dashboard, and not everything else. There was dust in the back seats, back doors, back windows, all the dashboard (still), AC vents, etc. I had to go again and I was told I would be called to see if I could get a detailed car cleaning, but they didn’t care much about me and they never called me. I’ve wasted money on ubers to get my car not cleaned. I could have wiped my dashboard by myself if that was the problem. I’ve also told them several times to change the owner’s name of my car in their system and they keep calling me the wrong name. I gave up after I realized they hire kids that don’t have any experience and don’t actually care of their customers. Next time I need anything? I’ll go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time here.

My recent experience here has been awful to say the least. I engaged in a trade in 2 months ago and the payoff for the original vehicle would take 21 days to post. Its almost been 2 months and the finance company has not recieved the payment. Granted things get lost in the mail but NO ONE is helping me figure this out. A financial advisor saw me once during this time and helped me to figure out that the check was sent. BUT no one is accepting any of my follow up request or even simply responding to an email. I have to physically go into the dealership to get anyone to say anything to me. Its inconvenient and very disrespectful how ive been treated. And the reception, who ever runs that department needs to hire a whole new team. Messages never get delivered, and i get hung up on so often. I wish i never did business with this place. This place is terrible. I was told if I bought the vehicle with them Id have something called the VIP program. Oil changes until I decided to get rid of the car. What they dont tell you is that you need to get every scheduled maintenance with them in order to be able to keep getting oil changes with them. They charged me 170 to replace the air and engine filter. These repairs wouldve cost me 40 bucks at most to do it myself and its and actually one of the few things I know how to do on a car. I forked out the money in order to keep the VIP PROGRAM which is also states gives you a loner vehicle if your car in being worked on for a long period of time. My car has been with them for 3 days and I was told they couldnt provide a loner vehicle. Ive had soooo many issues with this dealership. From fianance, to shaddy sales tactics and now services. When I bought my car I said I wanted to buy it cash and the guy said we need to run your credit to know where the money came from. I shouldve walked out right there and then.

The worst is at the end.Salesman didnt know basic information about the vehicle (or was lying): the Rogue Sport is shorter than the standard Rogues. Then said that that Rogue SL was bigger than the Rogue S (not Sport). Didnt know what 1-touch Up was, told me it had to do with lighting. Its about the window controls.Salesman told me to do self-service. Not many Rogues on the lot, and over half were Sports, but he told me that they had another lot and that I could go online to pick one and then theyd bring it over. Get your phone out and take a look. Finally agreed to go inside and use a computer w/ large screen, etc. Unfortunately, their web site doesnt present inventory very clearly. For example, you get a long, disorganized list of features, instead of showing what option packages are on the vehicle.Beyond a few thousand in dealer-installed profit hogs (paint sealant, GPS anti-theft, etc.), all of the Rogues also had a $5000 dealer markup! (OK, it was only $3000 on some of the cheap ones.) Lets face it, thats just ridiculous. On the Rogue, you should be negotiating down from sticker. Trying to set the starting point $5-10,000 above sticker tells you how much you should trust this dealership.

In my case, I was trying to cancel the SWAT warranty agreement and they kept saying it is a hardware installation, even though the hardware is pre-installed and all I wanted is to cancel the warranty part.
