I had my car rear-ended while parked in SF Japantown. I went to Pan American Collision Center, and they got me a new rear bumper with a new coat of paint. now it looks like new! In Addition the communication with the team was flawless and they took care of me all the time. Recommended 100%.

First of all, unbelievably friendly Joseph Gallegos who helps you overcome frustration caused by the accident. He is very cooperative and does everything very professionally. The car repair was done very quickly, for 3 days only, and the quality of repair is fantastic - car looks like new. I hope not to be involved in any accident but if it happens, I dont know better place than Pan American Collision Center. Thanks for the excellent service.

The estimate process and getting the vehicle submitted were quick and smooth. Overall service outcome is good, except for one observable minor scratch. I’m giving four stars, instead of five, for following reasons:- one day delay wrt estimated date and not communicating it in timely manner. I had to call up and figure out that it’s getting delayed.- the cost looks to be on higher end for minor painting work despite not charging for buffing work done near bonnet.

You can get your car washed for more or less but its hard to get the quality and speed that Pan American Collision Center offers. They are always busy but they have great crews who always keep things running. Its a little far for me but always worth the drive.

It’s interesting (and shocking) to see good reviews of this place. Worst experience by far I have ever had. Car was dented in 5 places that weren’t previously there when it was towed, the inside had been rummaged through and the middle console broken. The part that we asked to be fixed wasn’t fixed at all. Soooooo frustrating and dissapointing to say the least. When we called about the part that wasn’t fixed (but we were charged $300 for), we never even got an apology or explanation. They actually put in a new tail light but it never worked. No blinkers, no break light. What good does that do us?!?!! I would’ve gladly have paid extra if they would have just called us to tell us there was a problem. Instead I drove 45 min to pick up a car that wasn’t fixed and they refused to take a look at it to even see why it wasn’t working. What in the world!?! When i asked to speak to the manager, I was told the manager didn’t want to help us. So i guess we are out $300!?! Iv honestly never been involved in something like this before and it was shocking to say the least. Customer service was very much the worst experience iv ever had.I would not recommend this place to anyone. (My experience was at the San Jose Location).

It looks they purposely lower their estimate price as a bait to get your business. When I pick up my car, I found two scratches which I clearly remember they were not there because my car just got a service from my dealer. The employee at Cupertino center added the scratch mark in their paper work as I did not have the copy of the original paper work. Please avoid this place. If you really want to go to this place, please ask for copies of the pre-exam paper.

My car was towed to this place as this place was closest to my house, reached there on Thursday @4:30 PM office was closed where as the closing time was 6:00 pm later it took them several phone calls and 1 week to get an estimate. Please avoid this place.

The car was hit. Take it there to fix it. The quality of the repair is good and the price is expensive.
