I like the store - great layout, big enough to stock almost everything one needs for everyday projects. I often run out to this store when I realize I am missing something in the middle of a project.I took one star off because the staff is not very helpful, merely polite. If you need advice what fabric to choose, or help identifying a particular fabric, they dont help much. If you know exactly what you want and what it looks like, you can go pick it up at the store.

Associates are helpful and very nice. However, price is not competitive.

Good selection of fabrics. Asked where I could find something I was looking for and the cashier directed me to the right area and was super friendly. I found what I needed right away and was in and out within 20 minutes.

Seems to have not enough staff especially with holidays coming around.

Overall a good experience, the young gal behind the counter while friendly could have been more service oriented and showed me the fabrics I inquired about rather then just pointing in a general location. After telling her I knew nothing about fabric she did finally show me where to find what I was asking for and even a better alternative.

Little bit further out for me so I dont come here often but swung by looking for something specific that their website said they have in stores. Overall feel, selection, and organization of the store is great and comparable to other craft stores. One star off for pricing in store being different (higher) than online :(

I have shopped at this store for years and have always found the customer service to be excellent. In my experience the staff has always been cheerful, helpful and friendly. They are also meticulous in wiping counters and observing other COVID safety measures.

I enjoy going go this JoAnns location - it is huge and clean. The workers are very friendly and I can easily find one when I need help. They have a huge selection of fabric. I found Harry Potter, Batman, Avengers, and Star Wars Knit fabric.

Fancy collection

This is a smaller Joann - selection tends to be a little sparser than at some of the bigger ones, but it still had everything I would expect. The staff was very helpful, which was great because they were in the middle of moving product so some of the fabrics didnt match the signage. Their premium cotton selection was excellent. The cutting counter was also helpful in assisting several customers with estimating how much fabric they would need, both recommending more for a mask maker (absolutely 1/8 yard is too narrow) and less for someone extending sleeves (they decided to get the extra, figuring it could always turn into masks).

Always spend too much time here browsing the great selection of sewing and craft needs.

The store is nice and everything. It has all the things I was looking for... however, the workers there were very impolite. When we were in the line, I asked the worker in front if the store was open as I didn’t know why there would be a line. Immediately, I was greeted with a rude attitude and was told to scramble to the end of the line. Only reason it gets one star is because the material in the store is nice. 0/10 customer service and behavior

Very helpful. I bought blanket to use as a green screen (yeah, zoom) and they had just the right shade, large piece, much cheaper than buying a beach blanket or tablecloth from elsewhere

They are doing a good job with Covid Protocols. As long as you have a coupon with you, the prices are reasonable.

Spacious with an incredible assortment of fabrics. You bring a bulk roll to an employee and they cut the fabric for you. Not as many assorted trinkets as Michaels, though they do have the basics such as glue guns, baskets, containers, etc.

It was my first time buying fabric so I was completely clueless on where to start and the ladies behind the cutting counter were very helpful. There are literally 1000s of different fabrics to choose from. Ill definitely be going back but next time Ill go with more time to shop.

Looked like this store was maybe going to be closing. They didnt have much to chose from in fabrics for outdoor upholstery. Lots of empty spaces where they should have fabric. I live in Fresno and the JoAnn Fabrics here puts this store to shame. So sad to see this store so empty of so much. Are they planning to close this location?

Came into the shop looking to buy fabrics to make two quilts. The quilts required a lot of fabric, so around thirty-five individual measurements and cuts were needed, and the fabrics cutter who was helping us, Neda, was particularly patient and pleasant to talk to during that time. Very grateful to her for helping us out! Our cashier, Alexa, was also particularly helpful and explained very clearly how all the fabric was going to be priced. Would definitely go here again!

I wont be able to make progress on my projects without Joann. They carry good basic sewing notions, knitting supplies, and sewing patterns.

This trip to Joanns was fine. The staff was nice and helpful. Even the other customers in the store were courteous. A very nice change from the contentious old bitty that used to work at the cash register. I think the management does care about their customers..

While there are some nice people working here, quite a few are easily irritated even when they are not interrupted, busy doing anything else except standing, and asked in a polite way. The structure is terribly worn and looks like they need some updating. Ill take my business to Michaels which seems to be run better and have a friendlier staff.

Placed an order online and was told to come into the store to collect. Arrived at the store and closed with no notice. A courtesy call would have been appreciated. Poor service. Was only visiting store to collect items which they had previously sold to me but were unable to fulfil.

Living in SF I am used to small and crowded fabric stores. This Joann is well staffed (cant say that about all of them) and huge! I. spent a good two hours roaming the isles and looking through all the fabric. Another plus is the large parking lot with plenty of space.

All your sewing and craft needs in one place. Their fabric prices don’t seem to have been keeping up with online competition, but it’s helpful to be able to feel and test in store. Service can be a mixed bag - I sometimes feel intimidated by the line of people waiting to cut fabric (with grumpy faces), but it is otherwise a pleasant shopping and browsing experience here.

Waited in line for probably 10 minutes but their staff was really friendly and nice. They were very clean: disinfected door handles and shopping carts.
