Great selection and quality and experienced, knowledgeable staff. I havent lived in Cupertino in several years but I always go back there for my shoe needs. Caesar Snee was great.

Needed to get new shoes with arch support (per my doctors orders). I went in feeling intimidated by the whole experience, but left feeling good with my purchase. Not only was the staff helpful (I was helped by Mourad), but he also helped me pick out inserts since I have to wait 6 weeks for my custom orthotics to come in from my doctors office.If youre also feeling like you dont know where to start, I would recommend Footwear Etc - the staff are super knowledgable and made me feel like I could ask my million and one questions ;)

They are open and currently only let 3 customers in at a time. The store is very clean and take all precautions for germs spreading. They stave is welcoming and knowledgeable. Went her because my doctor recommend sole inserts from them. Nice size parking lot too and easy to find.

My sister and I visited on a quiet Sunday to browse the Birkenstock selection. They allow 3 customers in the store at a time after taking your temperature and offering hand sanitizer. Mourad, the associate who helped us, was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. The shoes we wanted were unavailable in store, so Mourad had them shipped to our home address for free.

I recently purchased walking shoes at the Cupertino location. I always find the sales staff (except one young woman at the former Sunnyvale location) warm, pleasant and helpful.

I wanted to order what I saw online. They didnt have it in store so I asked a skinny, about 510 white man with glasses to order it but he REFUSED to order it online for me. Told me to do it at home for home delivery so that they can charge me shipping. He told me they dont have any rockport in my size anywhere but I went online to see that they were in fact available.I called my regular store in Los Altos and they took the phone order for me.I contacted the manager, she apologized but not sure anything was done with the terrible shoe salesmans attitude.

This store has a good selection of shoes, esp for people who are looking for relief from foot ailments like bunions, plantar fasciitis, and general foot pain, when regular shoes just dont cut it anymore. They sell podiatrist-recommended brands like Asics, Brooks, New Balance, Saucony, etc. I was in a lot of pain and needed stability shoes - I was helped by the assistant manager - she measured my feet and showed me different brands in various colors and sizes. After the purchase, she also gave me her business card and offered to help me if required. I appreciate the help and her understanding of my situation. I will be back to purchase some sandals for spring/summer.

Awesome place, Jimmy and Stephanie took fantastic care of me. Highly recommended. Friendly, good new car parking, comfortable shoes and shoe accessories like inserts and evenup shoe leveler for people wearing a cast (what I got today referred by Kaiser doctor). Shop here and the staff give you their full attention and treat you like royalty.

My chiropractor had already prescribed me some inserts based on my knee problems. MJ figured out exactly the same thing just by watching me walk. Highly recommended!

After an accident with damage to my foot, I had to find shoes that didn’t touch the cut. The staff was patient and helpful. The shoes are expensive but great quality.
