Hard to find such reliable company. Really appreciate their services

Memory Clearance advertised an excellent price on some hard drives. I ordered two. Five days later I wrote asking when the order would be shipped - as they claim Fast Delivery and it was still in Ready for fulfillment status. Received a call back immediately: We dont have that drive but can substitute with another one. The price quoted was about 5x the one I ordered. I asked them to cancel the order. They argued You wont find a better price anywhere else. I repeated several times over top of his talking to cancel the order. I responded by email that they could not expect positive reviews from me. This is the third one Ive written so far and Im just getting started. Communication about the mistake, non existent until I complained. Offer to substitute and meet reasonably close price, no. Advertising product you do not have without listing it out of stock, yes. Will ever shop at Memory Clearance again, no!
