These people act like robots and make it very apparent that they don’t want any customers. And their print quality is just below average. I don’t know how they (print shop) survive as a business.
I have tried to order online 3 times--the first time I accidentally chose the wrong store to print to--completely my fault, but I called and called to tell them so they didnt print it (cannot find any cancel option on the site or on my order confirmation). I dont want to waste their money or time so I feel bad but I tried. Submitted a new order for the store with TONS of detail and TWICE I get an error message. I called the store to get assistance and an email address and the girl just keeps telling me to submit online--that there are instructions online. Im so frustrated. After a hard week, no one needs staples to save them, but it would be nice to have some customer service. Im looking for other shops!
Ordered online for store pickup. Turns out their inventory level was inaccurate and they never told me or cancelled my order. Thats why Amazon is beating these guys.
