Waited 15minutes with an empty store to have someone come and talk to me. I found this store through Milgard official page as a store where I can get replacement parts but I was quickly sent away as soon as I mentioned that the windows/doors were not bought at Argonaut arguing that they were too busy to order parts for me without even asking what I was looking for.

Great customer service. I am a general contractor and I have been using Argonaut for all my windows orders for more than 15 years. Large projects ($100,000+ orders) and small projects ($1,500 orders). They consistently deliver on price, timely delivery, and after sale customer service. Steve is always available for advice and meeting with customers to help make choices. He will go out to job sites to verify existing windows/exterior doors to match on remodels/additions. I have compared prices on a few jobs with Home Depot and they are comparable but with much better service.My clients on a small addition ordered 3 Milgard windows from Lowes and we needed to order 2 replacement cranks and one replacement screen and it took me literally 15-20 calls and visits to local Lowes store and 8 months to get those replacements. And calls to Milgard did not help since they insisted that I have to go to the original ordering store even though they found the order in the Milgard system. Never had a problem with Arognaut ordering parts or service on products they sell.

I want to complement the Argonaut team on their excellent service for my recent remodel job. I went to their showroom to see some of the different window brands in person. Javier helped me and we selected Anderson windows and doors. The quoting process was quick and easy with Argonaut. We got a another quote from a different Anderson Window company and it was quite the opposite experience.The ordering process was very easy, we verified each measurement and signed off on all 30+ windows and doors. The lead time was quoted and I asked to see if there was anything that could be done to move it up. A couple weeks went by and I got a call from the person scheduling the delivery and they were able to move up my delivery by 2 weeks, that was awesome! The windows have been installed and Im very happy with the quality of the product. There was one repair needed and it was handled quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Argonaut, they know their products, are fast and efficient, walk you through the entire process and go out of their way to provide the very best customer service. Called this morning because my milgard windows were difficult to slide up and down after being closed for a couple of months due to construction work and bad air quality. Mary, their staff who answered my call was very professional, patient, and helpful. She took the time to understand my problem, waited for me to search for the model number on the windows (which I had to get on an eight foot ladder to find) and offered some very useful tips for routine window maintenance. I worked with Tara Weller on replacing all my windows and two patio doors as part of a big remodeling project. The showroom is a great place to shop around, with an extensive selection to choose from. The service I received from Tara was above and beyond! During the purchase phase we were looking at various options to design my project. Tara came with great design ideas, and was really patient in that long process. Tara and the shop were also very helpful is addressing some issues that I had after the install. So overall a great experience, and the windows look great :)

I had a great experience in both purchase and service from Argo. The main reason was Steve Robison, perhaps one of the best sales persons I have worked with. He is very knowledgeable, patient and (of course) polite. Because of him I was able to save at least $1000 in ordering what would have been the wrong custom window. Steve is a great asset for Argo, I will send all my friends who need windows or doors to Steve.

I had a completely positive experience with Argonaut Window and Door. Tara Weller helped me chose the best kind of sliding glass doors to install in our home, gave me the names of some contractors to call, and made the ordering process very easy. Our doors are wonderful- just what I had dreamed they would be in giving us more of an indoor- outdoor feeling to our home. The quality of the Anderson brand is amazing. Tara made sure to coordinate with the installer so that the process was about as simple and smooth as one could wish. I am very happy with the whole process and plan to work with Tara again.

I have been using Jim Boice for all of my exterior door and window needs for going on 8 years now - He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, helpful with any questions I have, makes suggestions on a project per project basis depending on style and feel, readily available by phone, text and email and best of all a complete pleasure to work with. He is my go to for exterior windows and doors, I always highly recommend him to all of my clients as well as my colleagues.

The store is great, the sales people are great, but once you get to the field service manager Americo you will have to deal with poor judgement and a lack of transparency. Prepare to be told excuses and things that are far from the truth....truck broken down on the highway, we didnt call because we didnt have cell service, technician is late but its not our fault.....it just goes on and on

We at RGC Builders have been purchasing a variety of windows and doors from varied manufacturers for over ten years for our jobs. Home owners have high expectations of what they want and when there are minor or major hiccups, such as supplier delays due to weather or events beyond anyones control the world is now ending for the customer, who wants ot done NOW! Customers sometimes (not always ) think they are the queen and everyone else needs to bow to their desires. They do not undestand price increases and weather delays etc. Etc. Etc... The important thing is for supplier and contractor to follow thru and provide a quallity product. Things can happen. I have had broken parts in shipping that were taken care of . It may have delayed things but there are worse things that could happen. Bad reviews are often just frustration with lifes inconsistencys. Argonaut has always treated me well.

We replaced ~1/3 of our 35 year old homes windows with the Andersen E series. The prices were reasonable, the windows arrived on schedule, & their recommended installer (Mike Cheldize did an excellent job).

Service sucks - they wont even give me a quote in enough time. Price is much higher than Home Depot. The only reason I went to them in the first place is because I assumed someone would turn around and help me faster than home depot. However, they are unhelpful, arrogant and not timely at all. THere is no reason then to pay the higher price premium. The person I talked to over there was Steve R. and this is after waiting for a couple of hours. THey dont really care for your business.
