Jeff recently helped us to install a TV mount. The installation itself was successful. However, the strategy for counting working time is not properly communicated to me. As a result, the final invoice is quite a surprise to me. I was expecting to pay for the work time, but turned out they counted the time for their stay around my address, including chat and rest. An additional 20 mins outside actual work is billed to me.

We used Jeff to set up our set up our camera system for our parking lot. He was very accommodating, making sure the cameras we were buying were right for the job. His prices were very fare, not trying sell us on this not necessary. His install was clean. All the chases, which is visible to the public were level and plumb. A very professional job. He set up the recording system and also had it set up to our phones.
