Been going to this place for over ten years for parts. They never tried to sell you anything and do not charge for a look-see of your machine problems. Forget amazon ... we need neighborhood shops like this fine shop. It would be huge loss for Cupertino and nearby cities if the owner closes due to amazon or rent increases!!!

Fast and great service!We gave AAA a broken Hoover WindTunnel Air bagless and in about a week they returned us a new one as a replacement!They also gave us good advices regarding other vacuum cleaners.

I had to deal with them through the Hoover warranty where they asked me to send our vacuum cleaner for repair. Two thinks we didnt like:1. They told us they will call us and let us know if its an issue covered by warranty, but they never did.2. It was covered by warranty and after 2 weeks they called to let us know that it was fixed. Picked it up but problem was never fixed.
