Closed when theyre suppose to be open, and the store looks like a disaster, not really sure if theyre still in business or not

We bought refrigerator from this guy still working, after we bought a drier everything working perfectly no need to buy new appliance from somewhere save money come to see this guy his name is Mike

I had received my washer today by one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. One for, the guy is constantly complaining and as he’s moving the old washer out and there’re things in his way, meaning the new washer that he sat there and he says “well she’s just sitting there” like I’m sorry I didn’t know that I was a part of putting together the washer like that is supposed to be your job and then proceeds to ask me to open the door for him as he pushes his entire body weight onto mine while rushing to get the washer out and as I go to say excuse me please don’t get that close he says nothing. Then the guys proceeded to mark up my walls and damaged two spots on my flooring in my laundry room and then the one guy asked me for a cigarette...and then as they proceed to leave the one guy tells me, “well I’d stay here to see if it would run a whole cycle, but we’re about to close” It’s not even 5 o’clock in the afternoon yet and they close at 6 and keep in mind they were supposed to be here between 2-4 and got here after 4 so by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had to deal with!

My experience was excellent! I bought a washer and dryer which work well. They were knowledgeable and professional. They delivered the appliances as promised and set them up. I called with a question and got a call back within two hours. The explanation was knowledgeable and clear. They back up their products with a 30-day warranty and reasonable rates when a repair is needed after that. Id gladly do business with the people in this company again.

I’m neutral! These guys might come to my work and buy the appliances we have from Best Buy and Sears. With hopes, goes great all.

Found them on craigslist and they were located on our route to an event at the University of Akron. Fair price for a washer/dryer. Treated us well. We did cash and carry so cant rate delivery or setup. Everything works and an old time friendly experience. Would travel the hour and a half to do business with them again.

This company should not be in business. Never buy any appliances from this company. I repeat NEVER buy anything from them. here is why...1. They are rude and lie to you2. When they schedule for an item to be delivered they will either be 3 hours late or never show up.3. The girl at the front desk has a smart mouth.4. Mike who works there is a drunk who will sell you a broken refrigerator. and come out to fix it with a used part thats still broke5. when they came and deliver it they damaged my house chipped my door frame, put a hole in my wall and best part is cracked my linoleum in my kitchen6. Mike will call you and tell you that he is going to drop your 400+lb fridge on your front porch and insisted that he did this the last time.7. Mike will come in your house and be very rude and nasty to you8. then after you call and complain about how you are being treated they will start to yell at you and refuse to come out and fix it even though you have a warranty through them.9. and when Mike leaves he will make a comment about your dog since it has a little pit bull in her who is a puppy might i add.10. Then when you call back because it’s still broke Cassandra at the front desk will be nasty to you so when you chew her out and then finally schedule for them to come out the ghost you and never come to fix it and stand you up11. You call to complain again and they say they no longer feel safe.12 never order anything you will regret it I now have a fridge that works half the time and have to pay someone else to fix it

Does this place compare to the appliance section at Best Buy? No. But theyre not meant to. I bought a dryer from them after mine went out, for about $150 bucks. They delivered it, and it broke down after 1 load. I called them and they brought a nicer replacement out. Sure it was inconvenient for me for a day, but for the price, you cant beat it. They had a 30 day warranty, so they took care of me. Would buy from again.

These people sell used appliances that arent working right. NEVER buy from these people! I think they are the worst ever! Do not stop, DRIVE PAST!! Try Abbey Anns. Youll do better if they have appliances. Just got a washer and had to get a part installed on it.

Bought every appliance from here for the past 9 years. Was told to being the broken dryer in and we got you man. Never was told about the $85 service charge, and Im in the auto service industry...thats a HUGE no no. Anyhoot, tested the dryer for a minute at the shop and it was MUCH quieter. Didnt find out til we got it home and back into the basement laundry room that the HEATING ELEMENT was broken in 3 different places. So now weve spent $85 dollars for a quiet dryer that DOESNT DRY. My GF had to find a 24 hour laundromat at 11:30 last night because she had to dry items for work today.

Just got a great deal on washer dryer and fridge and this little place took great care of us. They went above and beyond ..and in this day and age its hard to find .. buy there with confidence ..thanks again

I wish I had read some of these reviews before I bought from here. They were hours late on both the delivery and service call. The refrigerator ended up having a bad motor. The guy I had look at it said he can tell they rigged it knowing it wouldn’t last longer than 6 months tops. Didn’t even last 3. Do not buy from here.

I DONT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY. ITS A BIG RIP OFF. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Do not buy appliances from this location, the brown st location, and one stop appliances. They will sell you broken appliances and will not honor their warranty. Buy from white people. Not black own business.
