The salesman was great and very helpful. But they have rescheduled my mattress delivery twice and its going on almost 2 months. They are saying I the manufacturer that has it back ordered but when I called they didnt know anything they just said its scheduled to get delivered tomorrow and I asked what time and they said you will get a phone called today and they will tell you the window that it will get delivered. Well I never got the phone call yesterday so here it is the day its supposed to be delivered and I dont have a clue when it will be here and the store doesnt open until noon because its Sunday. But like I said before the salesman I dealt with was very helpful but this delivery has been a nightmare from the beginning

Mattress firm had great customer service. Very knowledgeable of their products and found something easily to meet my kids needs. Also helped fix a problem we had with delayed delivery. Would buy from them again.

They would not take my check. Sabrina was very nice. I stopped at the bank, and the clerk said there was no reason for my check to not clear. I had to max out my credit card which I did not want to do.

Came in on Monday the 7th. We were greeted with open arms by Sabrina. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional! She gave us different quotes as we were trying to decide on which mattress to purchase. We left, and we are back today Wednesday the 9th! We are currently purchasing our dream bed. John was great and helped me with what I wanted for my paralyzed sister. I called two days later and ordered it. I cant remember the girls name (Im terrible at it) but she was a great help. Got it ordered within minutes and deliver two days later per my request. Excellent job!

We had a very knowledgeable salesman help us make the right choice. We also paid extra for delivery, setup and removal of our old mattress. The delivery team we had were very nice, and super quick, maybe a total of 15 minutes. We love the mattress and the adjustable frame.

Best customer service ever! Sabrina was our sales woman. Not only was she friendly and kind...she was a walking tower of knowledge on mattresses!! Truly amazing! Sabrina knew every answer to all my questions, and I had alot! She was very patient also...as I was so undecided. She really went over and above any customer service Ive ever experienced. I did make a purchase. Sabrina was very detail oriented, and explained everything. The prices impressed me, as well as the selection. David was a very helpful and knowledgeable sales associate. Even during the temporary Covid-19 store closures. He was able to set us up with a great mattress and were able to pick it up day of even though it wasnt in stock at his store. The salesperson Brandon was very nice and knowledgeable. He showed us a variety of mattresses and let us walk around and try them out by ourselves. Usually salespeople pressure you to buy a certain type but in this case, Brandon was very easy going and respectful. Overall i had a good experience and would definitely come here again!

Went in Sunday afternoon around 430 on Dec 22nd and the sales guy was sleeping on a bed. At first I thought it was a customer trying out a bed but no it was the sales guy sleeping. Not like resting his eyes but basically snoring. We were in the store at least 5 minutes until he woke up. After he awoke from his slumber he didnt seem all that interested in selling us a bed so we went to Levin and purchased one that same night.Thanks for the reply. Im glad your company takes these things seriously however I will not be filing any complaint as you described as I have no need to waste anymore of my time on this as I didnt make a purchase due to his lack of interest/sleeping. Levin Furniture took care of my bedroom set needs and I plan on continuing to utilize their services in the future.

Selected a mattress one day, set delivery for a week. The delivery was an absolute joke. The mattress was taken back, then delivered to the store for pickup, another week later. They didnt send the base or the protector.. just the mattress. Never will buy from here again, and everyone I know will hear the horror story that was our experience with this sham of a store.
