I had the absolute best experience here! I lost my glasses and needed a new pair ASAP!! I worked with Tony and he definitely hooked me up! Ordered my glasses Tuesday morning and had them back Wednesday afternoon! Highly recommend!

I have a 400.00 pair of transition glasses that are good for neither reading nor distance nor anything in between. I specifically told them I needed lenses for reading, distance and for mid distance computer work and I was assured they would do it all when in actuality they do none of it unless you want to swing your head around like a monkey trying to see where you are going or what you are doing. They did not work at all mid distance. Computer work was a complete blur. Afterwards I was told oh you may need a pair specifically for computer work. Beware what they tell you if it is your first time getting bifocals. My plans are to take these to Americas Best, pop out these worthless lenses and convert them into distance only. Extremely disappointed. I will not be going back again. Lesson learned.

They have Silhouette glasses that my regular doctor does not carry. They were great to work with and shout out to Tony! He helped figure out the insurance issue I was having when noone else could! In doing so, it saved me a ton of money and I could now call the insurance company and get it fixed properly.

The eye appointment was great and thorough. They gave me all the options of eye exam and glasses. The glasses arrived back in 15 days and they are perfect. Tony was big help and very thorough in explaining the process of wearing bifocal(progessives). They are extremely easy to see through and every distance is easily focusable.They eye doctor, I saw, was great. I forget his name as it has been almost 3 weeks ago.Awesome experience for something that I tried to avoid, for so long. 😀

Needed lenses replaced in a few sets of pretty expensive frames and a couple places had turned me down. However, Tony over here at the Cuyahoga Falls Pearle Vision not only accommodated my request, but did so with true professionalism. He was honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. Kept in touch with me regarding the status of my lenses and was ready and well-equipped to answer my each and every question. All of the lenses are great and the frames are in the selfsame condition I handed them over in. All of the staff are respectfully and appropriately observing masking and distancing procedures. Highly recommend this spot and particularly Tony for your vision needs and miscellany.

Had a minor emergency. The screw that holds the lens in came out (as did the lens) in my primary set of glasses. Could not locate the screw so I went to Pearl Vison on Howe Ave.In less than 10 minutes Tony had my glasses back together, cleaned and even adjusted. As if that wasnt good enough when I went to pay for my repairs I was told there would be no charge. Excellent experience and thanks again Tony.

I finally got better insurance was able to experience a nice eye doctor and setting! The staff was all very friendly at least the doctors and techs! I didn’t seem to get his name but the man who helped me was very persistent on getting me in and out with a huge smile on my face and that I did! I left with new prescriptions and frames all in one day! I have since recommended you guys to everyone! I love my glasses !!!

I had a really great experience; everyone was extremely nice, professional and helpful. I hardly had to wait to be seen, and Matt was super helpful with picking out frames. Despite it being a really busy Saturday afternoon, he was really patient and took his time to give me his opinion and break down the prices for each pair I had picked out. I usually feel really pressured to make a quick decision (which I’m horrible at!) but I didn’t feel rushed at all. I would definitely recommend Pearl Vision!

Tony was very helpful as soon as I walked into the door. I had my eye exam performed at another office but was not given my prescription, but he quickly took over and called the other office to have them fax the scripts over. He was very helpful with comments about the different glasses I was trying on. He also made sure that I got the best bang for my buck from my vision insurance for my glasses and contacts. Overall a great experience and will definitely be going back next year.

I have been going to Pearle Vision for years. We moved, and the Cuyahoga Falls location is closer for us now. I was helped by a team of friendly, knowledgeable service personal. Matt was awesome. He knew the brand and style of my old frames, making a transition to new ones more timely and easier all around. They even offered to ship my contacts to my house, which saved me another trip.

I went to Pearle for new reading glasses, and during the exam Dr. Stanich discovered a potentially serious condition with my eyes. She referred me to an eye clinic where the issue was soon corrected. I will always be grateful to Pearle and Dr. Stanich for helping save my eyesight! Oh yeah, I also now have new reading glasses! Dont wait until you need new glasses to have your eyes examined. Our vision is something we shouldnt take for granted!

I had to come in today because my last contact fell out of my eye and I couldn’t find babysitting so I had to bring my two-year-old and my one year-old in. The staff was very accommodating and nice they helped me get my stroller through the door and also I could tell were trying to work quickly so I could get out of there as my kids were getting antsy. The only complaint I have is that I feel like I had to repeat the same information three times, on the phone I gave my insurance information, then I had to fill out a form once I got there, and then when I purchased my contacts. But that might just be the standard process. And it really wasn’t a big deal. I really appreciate it when staff are very accommodating and helpful when I am out with my kids because it can be really hard. Will definitely be coming here again and would recommend them.

I have to give a HUGE shout out to Pearle Vision they are so nice and very personable. So about 2 weeks ago I stepped on my glasses in the morning on a Saturday and they broke, at 9am I called them and they were able to fit me in that day for an appt on top of that since I wasnt able to see I was able to get contacts and they gave me 2 weeks of trial contacts for free until I could come back for follow up contact exam to make sure there the right ones for me. I also did get a pair to amazing new glasses. Matt who works there who helped me get an appt that day as well as took amazing care on me personally taking care of me with ordering my new glasses and helping me decide on the new frames which I love. He has great taste and style as far as that goes actually all the employees who help you pick out your glasses are the same in that respect. When I did get my new glasses which they put a rush on for me. Thank you so much for that I love them!! I have had to go back a few days in a row to get them adjusted and Tony and Danielle took great care of me very well. I felt like I was bothering them coming back each time but they helped me out with no problems they are great. I will definitely be going back to them again and again and Ive told all my friends and family about how awesome the office is and staff are!!! So yes 5 stars from them! Union Eye Care suddenly closed and I was without a place to go. I searched for nearby locations and because of the ratings, I decided to try Pearle Vision. I found a friendly team ready to help the new guy. Everything was explained, my pretests went easily, the doctor who did my exam was friendly and answered EVERY question that I asked. I found out for the first time that I had some astigmatism! Afterwards, I started scanning all of the glasses until Tony asked if he could assist me. I told him what I was looking for and bang- he started pulling samples that I really liked. We narrowed it to three and asked Matt to weigh in on the choices. I enjoyed the fact of having some guys help me with my new glasses!Tony talked to me about lined bifocals (which Ive always worn) and the benefits of progressives. We/I finally decided on the frames and made the purchase.Within two weeks, my glasses were in so I showed up to be greeted by Tony and Matt! Tony immediately pulled my glasses (I didnt even remind him of who I was) and he fit them for me. Explained and showed me about the progressives, and answered everything. First visit after regular Optometrist. Dr Stanich was very nice and efficient. Staff was wonderful and fun! Left regular Dr due to unfriendly staff, high prices and difficult hours. Pearle changed all that around. Friendly staff made getting new frames fun even though I hate wearing glasses. Had a bump in the road with manufacturer but they got it quickly resolved. I will definitely be back.

Doctor was wonderful. Sales staff was pushy. Also I requested 3 times that I was not interested in extended care plan. $40 was added to my order even though I clearly said no to extended warranty. I felt like they were milking me for more money. I will go somewhere else next time.
