JB Door Service is incredible! Called and left a message and he promptly called me back, enabling me to schedule an appointment the next morning. He arrived promptly, was courteous, professional, fair and extremely helpful. He not only replaced the affected cable but proactively replaced the other cable. He provided helpful feedback for the future and offered his availability for consulting when I was ready to consider purchasing a new garage door (although he doesnt even sell them).Very reliable & trustworthy local business I would highly recommend over the large franchises.

This guy is great! Friendly and professional, very fairly priced. I was having some intermittent problem I couldnt figure out. He came and tried everything, eventually pulled the circuit board and found the crack in the solder that made it sometimes work and sometimes not. When the new part didnt exactly match the older model (no overhead light attachment) he modified the board to connect it to my existing unit. He kept working on the problem until it was fixed right. Also, he was happy to explain things to me so I understood exactly what happened and how to fix simple problems. I highly recommend this company.

Repaired my torque spring mid 2017. Was very professional and lowest cost after calling around a handful of places in Akron area. Im trying to call him back for more work now.
