If you find yourself in need of a Five Below store, go to the one on Howe Avenue, if possible! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes today (thank you, Jorian)! The sales person (Jorian) was helpful from the moment I walked in. He did not hover, but he knew exactly where the item I wanted was located and when I was ready to check out bare moments later, he was right there to assist with that as well. Way to go Five Below and Jorian!!!

Chapel hill is remodeling so pretty dusty in there. Brimfield store is 5+.

The store was amazingly clean! The staff was extremely friendly. Well stocked well spaced out, lovely atmosphere.

Super friendly staff

We went for squishmallows, and the staff was unfriendly. We asked if they had any more and they said they didn’t have any more left. As soon as we went to leave, they wheeled out a new thing of squishmallows and we didn’t get any. The staff blatantly lied to us and did not care.

My granddaughter loves these stores, those she has her favorites. She likes the ones here in Akron, Ohio better than ones in Louisville, KY where she lives. Shes now 13 and its the perfect bonding place where $20.00 goes a long way and doesnt break grandmothers and put a smile on my granddaughters face. 💯💫

This store is full of great stuff for kids and adults alike. The prices of almost everything is five dollars, although some items do cost more. Great place!

The store was neat and organized. Most of the staff were pleasant. However, the music is entirely too loud. And people refusing to wear masks were still allowed in to shop. If the employees cant enforce this, the patrons can still be refused service. No shoes, no shirt, no mask. No service.

They are NOT requiring customers to wear masks. My husband and I both saw them allow people to speak with just the mask on their neck. One guys was in there for the entire 20 minutes that we were and he never even attempted to to put on a mask and it didnt look like he had one to put on. And no one questioned him about it. He even held a four minute conversation with the cashier... still no mask. And the cashier joked and laughed with him... and said NOTHING about mask compliance.

Of the different Five Below locations Ive been to this is by far the best one. Their selection is the best, most variety and best condition products. The store is always in good shape without everything being picked up and put back in the wrong place by customers constantly as is the case with other Five Belows that Ive been to previously. Its all around a good experience here, and I recommend it if youre looking for something and trying to save a few bucks. The addition of the Ten Below store-within-a-store is great, too. Sometimes the thing you want but dont want to spend 20 bucks on is just what they happen to have right there. Its especially handy for cheap computer essentials like speakers and keyboards, that predictably cost more than five bucks.

Fun place to shop and get lots of things for not a lot of money.

The prices were reasonable. Everything was $5.00 and under and the selection was pretty good. They had outdoor games and several other items. The Hell Ball that I bought is really powerful, but you need to have your own remote control to stop the product once its starts.The store was clean. Told that the restroom was out-of-order.

Five Below has expanded and opened up their place with new items and it looks like theyve remodeled to deal with that good job Five Below

I love this place I swear! They have so much of different things and my kids LOVE it there!! Oh yea and their candy display has a lot of nostalgic candy too!

Everything is under $5. They have some pretty cool stuff. It could be addicting.

Clean and very well stocked. Workers were helpful and polite.

Our cashier was very friendly! This was last Monday when it started to snow very badly, I think around sixish, and she wished us a safe drive home.

Not only are the prices great. The staff is awesome. The week of christmas they never faltered on their patience with every customer. They went above and beyond what was expected and kept the store stocked and neat. These are the kind of people that I would want working for me.

The staff did not do anything about a customer not remaining 6 feet away per covid standards. The rude lady basically pushed me away from what I was looking at and the staff did not do a thing about it.

My first time here I purchased a screen protector for my IPhone. The Apple store sold one for $40 and here I was able acquire one for about $5 of equal quality. Good place to buy accessories for cellphones and electronics.

This franchise has really gone down hill over the last few years. We dont have any close to us, so when we visited Ohio a few weeks ago we were excited to visit five below. Wow were we disappointed. Horrible selection of merchandise, we actually left without a single purchase and that was unheard of in the past.

This is a nice location. Clean and the staff are very helpful. Also this location has the $10 below section that has some crazy deals.

My daughter loves this place, but there is something for everyone. I always end up buying some things for myself. The staff has never been rude either. They always greet with smiles and warm attitudes! Also a great spot to pick up toys for summer fun or decor to make the kids room the room all their friends will envy.! They also leave sidewalk chalk out front and I cant help but to leave a tag of my own! Thanks Five Below!

Love these stores and there are many choices on great items. Some things belong in a dollar store, but mostly they have some really cool decor, electronic, toys, etc. That make you love going into this store and happy for the price.

There is a lot of fun stuff in this store. It has the feeling of a store at the beach( without the souvenir mugs). I found a few things. My girls loved it and could have spent a fortune in there if I had let them. Nothing is over $5 henceforth the name.

Lots of cool, trendy items that are too classy for the Dollar Tree. It’s easy to walk in there with a 100 dollar bill feeling as rich as Mark Zuckerberg while you overload your shopping cart with The Walking Dead magnets, Pee-Wee Herman DVDs, colorful bouncy balls, Japanese candy, posters, lanyards, whoopee cushions, and other decorative/novelty items. Great place for Christmas shopping if you have a large family.Five Bel°w is cool, yo.

To be honest Five Below has a lot of pretty good things for a good price I purchased couple of small items for my grandkids for Christmas and a couple items for my daughter pair of slippers and headphones to be honest the only thing I really didnt like about it was the line the line was literally almost to the back of the store the only had three cashiers going thats all they had thats all they had room for we only have three registers maybe for I can remember but wasnt enough the line was extremely long and the the wait was so long I was about to leave but I didnt I do recommend you go by I do have like I said good prices pretty decent items and Im sure the weight and the lines are not that long

Everything from birthday parties all the way to Christmas shopping, I call it the dollar store on steroids lol. Best place to go for decent quality electronics. Workout equipment, toys, footballs, basketballs, soccer balls, volleyballs, tennis balls, crafting supplies, tee shirts, knick knacks, and everything is $5 or Below 😆

The store was very organized and neat and extremely clean. I was impressed. Friendly employees. Lots of selection on some items, not so much on others. First time there but I will be back.

Great variety of things at great prices. You can leave the store with a bag full of stuff for less than $20. They have toys, shirts, gifts, decorations...just about anything you can think of, they have in some form. The payout can be overwhelming, but once you get your bearings its a great place to shop.

This particular store is cool as they gave an extra section that Id call 10 below as they have items in this particularly gaming and home connectivity items for more than $5.

It had some cool summer items for a good price such as sun block for $4.99 and water shoes for the little ones for $5 each!
