Kelley and Robert Milo were very friendly and helpful and professional. I felt very comfortable there and felt very welcome. Any problems or issues ive had with my hearing aids have been handled extremely fast. They make you feel like part of the family. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to solve a hearing problem.

Bob and Kelly have been great helping me get hearing aids for my 90 year mother. From the initial meeting and hearing test to filing the documents for medicare have so very helpful. We also have had great support from both of them on moms follow up visits and replacement of a lost ear piece at no charge. Moms hearing is so much better now...Great service and I would recommend Beltone and this location as a great place to go for your hearing aid needs. Thanks to Kelly and Bob for being so kind and helpful to me and my mother!

Dr. Bob Milo has taken the time with great patience to make sure that the whole process of learning that I needed hearing aids to showing me how to take care of them and wear them properly; he has helped me gain the confidence that was lost with hearing impairment. Kelly is absolutely great in assisting with the phone app. and her assistance in scheduling. Wouldnt want to go anywhere else.

They go above and beyond for ALL customers and not just because they have to or for ratings. It was my first time there and technically only needed one hearing aid for my left but they offered to help me out with my right one since it was 7 years old already. And when I needed repairs, they helped with that too. They are always kind and genuinely caring and a great example of customer service.
