Omgoodness❣ If you love ice cream & alcohol..... you have to try this place out. When you walk in its like youve walked back in time to a soda jerk. Clean, simple & friendly staff. The reg ice cream is really good ( from what our kids tell us....weve only have had the adult milkshakes ). They have a large variety of flavors, homemade novelty ice cream & food. This to me is a gem hiding in Downtown Cuyahoga Falls Grab your ice cream and walk down to the river.

This ice cream parlor is everything! We loved the quantity & quality of the choices, the friendly and kind staff and the cute atmosphere. My grandma had an awesome time eating a Hot Tin Roof and I am already planning our next visit! Also looking forward to trying one of their adult options. Great addition to CFalls

I have not been there in awhile, not sure as to why,as my home is a very comfortable 1/2 mile walk!!! Friendly staff, quick service (even when they are packed) you cannot go wrong with any selection. Cute old fashioned inside but my friend’s icecream and mine were not good, we didn’t finish ours.We also didn’t like that the workers prompt you to add a tip to your credit card transaction. They casually mention that there’s an option to add a tip to your transaction. I don’t feel they should mention that. I was debating between 2-3 stars. The workers were friendly though.

Opportunistic stop after a day of hiking in Cuyahoga Falls, and got lucky with zero wait. Prompt service, multiple samples, and a delicious result. I opted for a 2-scoop cup of Death by Peanut Butter hard ice cream with Coffee Toffee custard. Excellent value! I saw a number of adult snakes being prepped, and they looked just as good (especially the oreo mudslide). Will definitely be back.

A wonderfully charming place like an old soda shoppe, with delicious kustard! Also located in a super cute town. Parking is on the street (bring change) or a parking garage. Cojld be more parking Im not aware of.

Nice old timey ice cream with good flavors and a great location. Highlights include “adult ice cream beverages” which we tried and enjoyed (see menu pics) and would be perfect summer treats. The parlor was spotless as clean as it gets. The ice cream was ok. Nice flavor selection. Tried banana cream pie flavor and it was clearly imitation flavor which was disappointing. The Nutella s’mores was a good idea but didn’t taste much like either. The death by peanut butter was great. Staff was very friendly.

What a cute little retro creamery! This was my first visit and I am now a forever customer! The atmosphere is welcoming and the vibes are nostalgic. The staff is also super friendly and knowledgeable.What sets this creamery apart from everyone else is that it offers adult milkshakes! The one I ordered was a holiday special called “the Naughty list”. It was seriously the best milkshake I have ever had! I thought the alcohol would be extremely overwhelming, but it wasn’t! You could definitely taste it, but it was the perfect ratio!They also let you order your shakes to go if you like. They just tape the top and you can’t insert the straw until you get to where you’re going. They also have regular milkshakes and ice cream as well!Overall this was a fun experience for being so close to home! We will definitely be back!*All staff seems to be following all covid restrictions and protocols. I felt safe while visiting!

Good, but not wowed.They charge $3.75 for 1 Scoop and do not have sugar cones.I enjoyed the week’s special - peanut butter s’mores - it was creamy, not too sweet, and had a decent amount of graham cracker crumbles and chocolate chips (but only in the middle). It could have used more peanut butter flavor, but I’m just a peanut butter fan.The single scoop portion was average, not a great value but not ridiculously small either.If you’re in the area, Pav’s is a nice shop in a cute location with deliciously cold and creamy treats! I wouldn’t drive 30 minutes again, but encourage you to support the local-ish business if you can.I hope to maybe try it again in the future, but have a couple other places that deserve my $4-5 before then. I truly hope I’m wowed next time because I have a gut feeling it’s better than it let on today. Go go go!

I wish I could write them zero stars. They are very unkind with people who have allergies. She was saying that I was too difficult for her to get a new container and make it safe. It felt like she was convincing me to not get it. She also said It was going to take a long time, I did not choose to have this allergy. I am a young kid and it hurt my feeling and made me feel unimportant :(

It was my first time trying this place. Its a very cute little shop. The death by peanut butter was good. All of the ice cream we had was pretty good. The only disappointing part was they were out of vanilla and chocolate to make milkshakes and such. My daughter ended up only getting a Coke. And I was really looking forward to a butterscotch milkshake. I will be going back soon, hopefully we will get to try more.

We also picked up a couple pints of the previous weeks flavor. It didnt last long once my hubby discovered they make German chocolate cake ice cream .Highly recommend.

I got the Hot Fudge Brownie Bowl. I was just the right amount of everything - icecream, hot fudge, brownie and whipped cream. Only thing missing was the cherry on top! Great service, clean establishment.

Great ice cream and kustard. Adult shakes are amazing, only reason I dont give 5 stars is that there could be 10 people in line and always expect to wait 30 to 40 min. For a Friday night would expect more than 3 people working.

I went to Pav’s Creamery with a friend. My friend ordered a milk shake and I ordered a banana split that was prepared by the manager. We sat down to enjoy our desserts and to my dismay my banana was missing in action. Well when my friend went to the manager and asked her about the banana she replied “ I thought she wanted a traditional banana split “. Oh my. Every banana split I have ever had, HAD A BANANA IN IT. I guess to make things better the manager sliced a banana and put it in a container and gave it to my friend to give to me. What she should had done was made me a whole new banana split. Heads up for you banana split lovers. Take your own banana if you want a traditional banana split. This is my first and last time for this establishment. Remember take your own banana if want a traditional banana split. I am just saying to you banana split lovers.

Great ice cream, great service, very poggers

Great ice cream, the line was pretty long because there were only three young boys working, and at least one was in training. Then another woman showed up, but she was in training too and didnt know much about the menu and was definitely overwhelmed. Our order wasnt complete, the system for letting people know once their order was ready was also chaotic, but one of the young guys finished our order. The guy with the long hair should probably use a hairnet when working over the open ice cream buckets. Not saying these things to say we wont come back, just with the hope of improvement!

Excellent staff. Wonderful selection of ice cream and yogurt and toppings. Very clean and a nice atmosphere for a small establishment. Took my granddaughter there and we had a great time together. I highly recommend Pavs for a nice refreshing stop while downtown.

The ice cream was delicious 😋prices are normal, not too expensive. We waited in line for 40 minutes though, I would recommend they have a second register running instead of having only one open a lot of times. I dont always want to wait in line for that long!

Absolutely delightful . All their flavors are delicious; chocolate almond a real standout. It was mentioned in a review to be ‘mindful’ when bringing children as there are some alcohol enhanced ice cream treats. After a good laugh please be assured I have not seen any staggering ice cream drunk adults that would pose any threat! A truly yummy experience for the entire family with very courteous staff!
