This was a very average pizza to me. Not bad, not great. However, they were very nice and their service was excellent. I had ordered online and they called to let me know that they ran out of an ingredient. Not every place is going to do that! I would try this place again to see if it has improved.

Great pizza and even better service. I called in an order on Thursday night before the Browns game for pickup in 30 minutes. When I showed up for pickup they couldn’t find my ticket and the order was not ready. Instead of pretending like I never called in and ignoring the mistake they fully owned up to it and even offered to give a discount. Since it was getting close to kickoff I asked if they could deliver it and they agreed. 20 minutes later they were at our door with our pizzas and a couple brownies for the trouble.I was fully expecting to be blown off since they were so busy but instead I got excellent service that exceeded all expectations, also the pizza was fantastic. We will certainly be using Twisted Tomato as our go-to pizza place moving forward! Thanks for the great service!

Great and unique selection that differentiates them from other pizza shops. They even have a pickle pizza. Not yet widely known but has a dedicated following. Friendly staff.

Chicken is always crispy and fresh. Jojos are delicious and the pizza is outstanding! I’m super picky when it comes to pizza and I can’t say enough good things! Customer service is always great as well. This is the only pizza shop I order from!

One of the best pizzaria places left in north east ohio. Everything has been great so far, calzines are never soggy and they dont skimp on the fillings. Give them a try and you wont be disappointed.

Very disappointed. Ordered a large afredo cheese pizza and 4 PCs mixed fried chicken. There was not a single drop of Alfredo sauce on the pizza even though I had to pay $0.50 extra for Alfredo sauce. The pizza was very overcooked, almost burnt and so dry that i needed water to swallow a piece down. The fried chicken coating was extremely salty. I had to remove all the coating to eat the chicken. Never getting foods from here again.

I have never had a better salad! I’m hooked! It was made perfectly not all thrown together, nothing was overpowering, like some places put too much onion or overcompensate, not here, it was a huge beautiful salad! Honestly I’m impressed impressed impressed! Well done guys! Yum

We actually came to town to try a different pizzeria, which turned out to be closed. I’m so glad they were not open, or we wouldn’t have had a chance to try Twisted Tomato Pizzeria! We ordered the Chicken Hawaiian Heat, which was amazing! I drizzled local honey on top & it was even better! We will definitely be back!

Weve ordered at least 7 or 8 times and tried a few things on the menu. Everything is either as good as or better than similar food (basic pizzas, fried chicken, Jojos, salads) from elsewhere EXCEPT for the calzones which are the BEST Ive ever had. When you order it with roasted garlic, you actually get pieces of garlic, not just a sauce or a flavoring. The best sauces are the Cajun butter, Alfredo, and twisted tomato - and I generally dislike tomato sauce, but the twisted tomato sauce is so much better than plain pizza or marinara. Delivery is almost always early and accurate. Ill be back!

Ordered it today and it was awesome, I was actually surprised how good it was. Delivery was faster than estimated. Only complaint is they need to add philly steak pizza to the specialty menu, they have all the ingredients listed on the make your own pizza menu but it would just be easier as an option, some people cant have red sauce..other than that you will be pleased and I will be back in the future.

Was looking forward to trying this place out with all the great reviews & a recommendation from a friend. Unfortunately, our experience was sub par. When picking up the pizza we were told we had to wait for the wings to finish. 20 mins later we received our food. Got home, pizza cold/barely cooked and uncut. Wings had little to no sauce. However, the salad was great if that’s any consolation.

We used to get the boneless chicken and jo jos. They were always tender, juicy and huge. Slowly it has gone down hill. It would seem they changed the type of chicken they used to serve. Tonight was the worst. We received burnt, dry chicken even the potatos were not up to par with what they used to serve. I am so disappointed. This will be our last meal from there. Ordering out is a treat for us and it feels aweful to throw your money away.

Amazing food, amazing owner, and friendly staff!! I love this place so much it will always be my go to pizza place and will never order from anywhere else!! They have really turned the place around from Guys and is SOOOOOOO much better!! The quality of food is outstanding. From pizza to desserts - 10/10. Sometimes there is a wait with the pandemic, which is totally understandable with the amount of orders they must receive, but it is DEFINITELY worth the wait!! The owner and staff are always so friendly when I go there, so the customer service cant be beat!! If you havent tried them PLEASE DO!! You wont be disappointed!!

My husband and I just discovered this place and it’s our new favorite! I was extremely impressed to find a variety of toppings that I’ve never seen at another pizza place, like zucchini. I’ve always wondered why pizza places didn’t offer more vegetables as toppings. They also have cauliflower crust pizza and pumpkin pizza. The first time I ordered, I used their online ordering system and it was so EASY, it was like pizza heaven. And of course, the most important thing - the pizza is delicious! I personally love the sweet tomato sauce with pepperoni and vegetables. We tried the garlic oil sauce once and found it too try, but we’re looking forward to trying other combinations as new repeat customers.

Twisted Tomato is the new pizza place around and so far we’ve been pleased! We’ve ordered three times and the only reason they aren’t scoring 5 stars is based on consistency. You have to double check your order, otherwise they’re great. They have more than pizza too and it’s all good! A lot of places offer pizza alternatives because they have to, but Twisted Tomato gives their other offerings as much attention as their pizza. Highly recommend the toasted ravioli and calamari. Pizza is great too! Love having a new non-chain option in the area. Their pizza/movie combo is also a great idea.

Ive had frozen pizzas that were way better. I ordered ground beef and roasted garlic on my pizza. They put so little beef on it, I should have had them refund me for it and the garlic was crunchy and raw. If I order roasted garlic, I expect it to actually be roasted. Also the dough seemed like burnt cardboard. There was nothing about it that wasnt sub par.

Since changing from Guys to Twisted Tomato, I have ordered food several times from this place. While I have been very pleased with the food quality, I am extremely disappointed in my experience today. Around 11:15a (15 minutes after opening), I placed an online order that came out to just under $50. It was confirmed for pick-up around 30 minutes later. When we arrived to pick up our order at this time, we gave our name and the employee immediately opened with an attitude, was very rude, and told us that they were “swamped” and hadn’t made our order (which was 2 pizzas and one calzone). No apology, no phone call (why do I have to input my phone number if you aren’t going to call when something like this happens?), nothing. So we had to drive home, wait another 20 minutes, and drive back to get our order. When we were finally able to pick up our food, this same employee said we hadn’t paid. I had to show her a screenshot of my payment confirmation, and miraculously, she then found on her computer that I had, in fact, paid. Again, no apology, no acknowledgement; nothing; only attitude from this employee. I’m especially irritated that I pre-paid as I had included a nice tip. Had I not pre-paid, I would not have tipped well for such poor service (I actually would have just cancelled my order and gone somewhere else).This is not the service I have previously experienced nor what I expect from a local establishment. Especially during these times, one would think small businesses would be especially keen to keep their existing customers. A simple phone call or even a “I’m so sorry; we got very busy and your order hasn’t been made yet” when we arrived would have sufficed. I have worked in customer service and this type of unprovoked attitude from an employee is absolutely unacceptable. I didn’t have to spend nearly $50 at this pizzeria and right now, after what I experienced today, I hesitate to come back.

Never thought of spaghetti and meatballs on a pizza but it is a must try so flavorful and definitely one of my new favorite pizzas. I highly recommend giving Twisted Tomato Pizza a try!

We’ve been coming here for months and it’s the best pizza place around! The owner is an exceptional business person who makes sure his customers are happy and pleased. We had a hiccup with our order and he personally delivered a fresh pie to our home to apologize. The customer service is exceptional and quality of food is amazing. Today I refused service today by the owner a little after 9 when they close at 10 and answered pick up or delivery? He said he was going to have to decline my order because he wanted to give his driver “the option” to deliver to my home and his driver didn’t want to bring my food because my address is “off the beaten path”. I order from this place about 3 times a month but not anymore. I asked if he still delivered to my area and he said yes but his driver was going to leave soon and didn’t want to bring my food but I could come pick it up. It must be nice to be able turn away business when so many other small businesses have shut down in this pandemic because of loss of customers. They have went down hill since switching from Guys and Im pretty sure its still the same owner. I will be taking my business else where. I cant reply to the owners response-so I’ll add to this. I called 45 minutes before close not 18 minutes. The phone was still being answered & deliveries were being taken as mine was being refused. And if I was out of the service area why have I been getting deliveries more than 3 years? Also Im not the only recent bad review. If I was truly trying to bash the business I would have posted a bad review long ago and included pictures. But I continued to give this place my business because my kids enjoy it regardless of the sloppy presentation that we had regularly started to receive when ordering. But as I said. The business has went down hill and the owner needs to take his arrogant attitude down a notch. Ive happily taken my business else where. Thanks for the reply. It proves my point.

We were very skeptical with them replacing Guys pizza. Turns out they are better. They are friendly, great prices, and very good food. We will definitely be going back. Like hot dang they are great.

We ordered Tuesday nights deal that came with a 1 topping large pizza and a regular pasta side with two add-ons, we got italian sausage and roasted red pepper. Everything was absolutely delicious! I cant wait to try the whole menu!

Tired a pizza and a calzone both were good. Cooked perfectly, dark brown and not raw and soggy like some places can be. I got the Alfredo sauce on my pizza and it tasted like raw flour unfortunately. Next time I’ll try a different sauce. Overall good food I can’t wait to try something different next time!! We will definitely be back. Also the curb side was fast and friendly!!

It has some food stuff but the pesto is flavorless as hell. it can take away from the flavor of everything else it’s with. The wings and fries are good but that’s about the best they offer.

Called 3 times. Put on hold never came back any of the 3 times. Tried ordering last week was told they are too busy to take more orders. Keep running your business this way and youll be gone. Called Fiesta next door answered and was eating 30 minutes later.

The pizza arrived hot and ready. The driver was taller than me and I appreciated that. The chicken wings are absolutely massive. Calling in to order felt like I was wanted. This is my first time here and will not be my last.

Just ordered from these guys... Said on the ETA that it would be 55-60 minutes, but they arrived 15 minutes early (which i was so happy about). I took a chance with them, never ordered here before... Got wings, cheese pizza, specialty pizza (it was like a tater-tot pizza), jojos, and a 2 liter. I had a little bit of everything and wow... I was impressed. We always get East of Chicago and since Covid EOC has changed their hours around so we dont get to order from them much anymore... These guys blow EOC out of the water. Will be ordering from again. I normally dont do reviews but we just just got Pizza Chicken and JoJos and wings. The fried chicken was amazing and the JoJos were awesome. Only had one piece of pizza and a couple wings but they were awesome to. Definitely will be going back soon.
