This staff is always super kind! The food and drinks are delicious. And despite what one Google reviewer says, the associate named Scott is not rude! In fact all of the employees are friendly and follow proper procedures to maintain safety for us customers :)

At first I was a little bit skeptical because of the price but it is totally worth it. The lox salmon bagel is a great portion I couldn’t finish it I will be saving this for lunch they included carpers tomato lettuce onions and cucumbers . Thanks again I will be coming back.

Coming down to the OC, from the Seattle area we went to our favorite bagel store and were not disappointed. Great to see the owner and he actually remembered my wife.

First time here and now Im going to be a regular because the customer service was Excellent, especially during a time when there is so much more cleaning safety work to do on top of normal job duties, they still went above and beyond. Ive been disappointed by the new attitudes and lack of services provided by many of my other former favorite restaurants, so I know to appreciate a good one when it comes along and boardwalk bagels has a lot to appreciate from the quality of the food (portions, appearance, taste) to the amazing team working there.

This is the best place to get bagels in the area hands down. A wide variety of bagels from sundried tomato to chocolate and some great sandwich options. Even their coffee is better than most places around!

They are NOT open, even though Google says they are. I went all the way there and it was closed on Friday, 5/1/20.I’ve been here before and bagels are excellent. Taking a star off because the business should update their hours online.

I give Boardwalk Bagels located at 6964 Katella Ave, Cypress, CA 90630 FIVE STARS. Ive been coming here for years and they always have great BAGELS. When Im going to take a long road trip, its good to grab some bagels b4 the start of the drive. 5️⃣ ⭐ 🚗 JALAPENO BAGEL IS GOOOOOOD.

All I can say is, the owner gave it a shot. I have never been served rotten meat before until now. All the girls had to say was that they were out of beef instead of serving it. The sandwich smelt weird and tasted terrible. I threw it away. What a waste of money. Dont eat here.

THE ONLY BAGEL SHOP WITH A GOOD GARLIC BAGEL! They actually put garlic on the garlic bagel!! Yay!! All the other places put a few sprinkles on garlic, can’t even taste it! This place has GREAT PRICING and makes a correct garlic bagel 🥯 Our only spot to get garlic bagels 🥯

The bagels looked good but they were the wrong consistently. We have been looking for a new bagel place and sadly this will not be it. They bagels barely had any flavor. We ordered a strawberry smoothie and a mocha as well The smoothie you could taste the strawberries were still green and the mocha was missing the mocha part. The staff was friendly and told us all about how the signs say one thing and you get something else. Sadly the hunt continues.

Great tasting food! Love they they are a small family owned business. I want to support that. They took 5 min to even address we were there in line....they were busy. Also, they did not give us one of the bagels after asking us if we wanted it cut? Toasted? Plain? And then they didnt give it to us at all. Of course I did not know until I was already home. :( They are very nice.

I love the bagels they have here, the cream cheese is AMAZING. I didnt like the slow customer service. There was only one worker in the morning, there was a long line and I noticed some people leaving the store mad because it was going so slow. Overall I really did enjoy their food, it was worth the wait.

Everything bagel was good

Food is good; no problem there. The actual problem lies with the staff. Three college/HS? aged kids and it takes a minimum of 10 minutes to make a panini and warm up a cinnamon roll, even when there are no other orders to be made. They just casually stand around as if there wasnt anything to do. Management needs to get proper workers, or maybe management is also problematic....I witnessed an adult male (Scott?) come out of the restroom only to quickly go back in. When he came out the second time is when the audible sound of the toilet flushing followed him. (He had forgotten to flush the first time.)The bathroom is filthy, btw.I should have given a lower rating, tbh but the food is what saves this place.

I’ve been going to this place since it was the Bagel Lady. Their food is the same and delicious, but the service now is absolutely terrible! The girls working behind the counter are very rude and have no clue what they’re doing. I ask for extra cream cheese and I am charged for it but never get it. And most of the time the bagels aren’t even toasted. Plus they are extremely slow and very disinterested. The owners need to take another look at their staff

Its cool average little bagel place thats has been here a minute.

Rude service, especially the girls behind the counter. Over priced and no supervision in the front area as the manager is too busy in the kitchen. Needs leadership in front where customers come in and like to be serve with kind and respect since they’re there spending money in your business. Change your front staff, or they belong in the back away from customers washing dishes or doing something to earn their pay instead of losing business for the company.

Love this place a lil expensive but bagels always fresh and the pastries as well the chai tea latte w/almond milk is good too

Im from NY (the bagel mecca of the world) and i have to say they seriously make a great bagel, definitely the best bagel Ive found in the 3 yrs Ive lived here. Mix that with the wonderful service and the many choices (dying to go back and try one of there smoothies) im sold. I just really miss fried eggs!!!!! Every place in cali microwaves their eggs...boardwalk makes great fluffy scrambled, but i would give my right arm for a good egg sandwich with dripping yoke and a hash brown patty on top ...over easy makes the breakfast. They would rule the mornings if they could offer that.

Very disappointing panini. Strawberry, avocado and brie cheese in some not so fresh multigrain toast. Awful taste, too small for a meal, overpriced at $7.25. Why do they even sell this? To fix this they would need to replace the strawberry with some big slices of turkey, but even then it is still overpriced by two bucks.

Every bagel I have tried is very fulfilling and delicious. My favorite is the Breakfast Veggie.

Try the veggie with a spinach parmesan bagel, a plethora of flavors explode in your mouth.
