I went there with a problem with my climate control. He took a look at it and told me that the cost to fix would be 700 bucks. Normally, a mechanic would try to sell you that. This guy, however, told me he can set it to cold (it was stuck on heat) and then showed me how to manually change it from under the dash. I liked that he found a jury rig way to help me without trying to hard sell me a fix, and for that he has my 5 star rating and I eill definitly go back.
