Amazing & delicious. Staff was delightful!I came with a little date and it was so good. Its really hard to stay safe and everything during COVID but we made it possible and came by. The flavors were great and the price wasnt too bad

This place was an epic find. We LOVED it. Mostly bc the staff are INCREDIBLE. They truly are passionate about their work and the customers experiences.Guiding me through how it worked. Making samples based off of my answers to her questions, and creating the best dessert Ive ever had.I would send anyone, any age there first choice for a special treat.Parking was simply and in a big lot.Kindness and compassion is certainly a superpower of those they hire.

Stopped here for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The employees are super friendly and helpful. They let me try a few things until I found a combination I loved. The chocolate ice cream is really good but I ended up getting the sorbet cream. So good. Its refreshing and perfect for a hot day. Or just a sweet treat. And they offer a stamp card that once you fill it up, you get $4 off your next purchase. I will definitely be back.

You must try it, friendly team, they suggest flavor combinations to try, been here at least 10 times,always great and they take fair time with your order and many options.If there is a long line and you are only getting crepes go to the left side or you may want to kindly tell someone.

The staff here is super friendly! Youre able to get as many samples as you want and the employees have phenomenal recommendations. Make sure you get a punch card because youll definitely be back. I intend to try a crepe while here one day, but never quite make it past the sorbet creams. Pricing is great and makes for a nice treat for the kids.

Tried the crepes and the sorbet cream, and they were both excellent!For the crepes, we had one with banana and strawberry slices, lemon juice and strawberry sauce on top. And the other with oreo and chocolate chips, powdered sugar and fudge on top.

We love the great customer services here. They let you taste every single flavor and it is super good.

Good frozen custard, generous portions, friendly service. Fair pricing but the place really can do better with some remodeling. I would put prefilled custard in Mason jars in that right side corner entrance in a decent freezer along with the cakes they already have and maybe do something with the walls. Maybe maybe a combo deal like get a frozen chocolate custard with a nuteela crepe, etc. Also maybe doing a Sunday chill day special, get the picture?

Their frozen custard with sorbet is amazing and delicious. Ive been there quite a few times since they opened some years ago, and the experience has been great every time.

The options are pretty good compared to your normal italian ice or ice cream place, and I really like that they combine the ice and ice cream together. It tastes amazing.

COVID UPDATE: Frostbites is a great hidden gem of delicious ice cream. It consists of Italian ice and custard ice cream. The staff at this particular location are always friendly and obliging, and even through COVID are still offering samples. They have a protective cover above the ice cream bar and wear masks. I believe that you have to wear a mask to get service and they have a line keeping everyone separate. They are still offering their frequent buyer cards and they never expire! (Even better)

Absolutely loved this place. First time here and the customer service was beyond fantastic. Came for crepes left with a crepe and a sorbet creme. Our server Sarah was just awesome. She kept those samples coming and totally convinced me. Her attitude is the best! Definitely recommend this place.

This place is Amazing! They have so many flavors of sherbet type ice cream and we sampled them. It was hard to choose but was delighted with my choices. Delicious! Will return ehen Im back in this area.

Love this place. I dont know how they do it but they have the friendliest staff I have seen anywhere. The softserve & sorbet are super yummy and the flavor combos insure there is something for everyone. Extra points for being friendly to us regarding our food allergies.

The workers are amazing, they let customers try as many combinations of flavors and possible. the Custard is amazing. It is an unbelievable add-on to whatever flavors you choose.the crepes are, well.... not that good... the sweet crepes are good, decent but nothing special. i generally dont like the steak crepes because they made the crepe super crispy. it just didnt feel like a crepe.

This place is awesome! I love the customer service. My friends and I went there late at night before closing and one of the girls asked if we would like some water before she would clear it. The guy there is so patient and promoted getting samples. This location is by far the best. The one in Cerritos sucks.

Hanna helped us pick out several different flavors to sample. She seemed almost as excited sharing her favorite flavors as I was after my first taste. Thanks so much for the wonderful experience.

Beware saying youre a newbie, else prepare thyself for an onslaught of free samples.Seriously though, its refreshing to see a company where that level of customer service, care, and fun is felt through every employee at every location. I had been to another location and thought the gratuitous amount of sampling was just a one-off, but no! People there are more than happy to share what they like, what possible combinations you can make with flavors you might like, or help you find something entirely new.On top of that, the frozen custard there is incredible! Genuinely eggy and an excellent compliment to whatever flavor combination you land on.Coming all the way from Irvine, it was absolutely worth the drive! Jealous of the people who live nearby one, and for-shaming the people who have somehow yet to visit.

The staff is very helpful and friendly and are ready to get you the treat that you will enjoy. The Ice Cream is better than the crepes, they arent bad, but they arent Wow. Theyre pretty cheap, but theyre just average, unlike the ice cream which is a 5 star. The only thing I would have them change is make the crepes better.Cool geeky note is that they do their payments through an iPad with square payments. Nifty technology. :)

Great Ice Cream, Crepes are delicious and service is great. Been going here since I moved to cypress, my daughter absolutely loves it! They make suggestions and give samples which helps in making what seems like one of the most difficult decisions we have to make in our lives. Thanks keep up the good work!

Its a good place for desserts. I used to come here a lot but not as often as before. I like how they have new flavors now and also the fact that they are really helpful in choosing what to get. They offer as many samples and mixes as you want to the right flavor that you want. I have yet to try the crepes but I will soon!

Tonight was my first experience with Frostbites. My cheery dessert-expert, Robert, helped me navigate the menu and had me sample several tasty combinations to help to make up my mind. I got a pineapple-coconut mixture of Italian ice atop soft-serve vanilla ice cream, per Roberts recommendation, and I havent been this happy about a bowl of ice cream since I was ten! The store was neat, the counters were clean, and the astounding customer service made the visit wonderful.

Same plaza as 7 leaves and papa Johns. Great service. Nondairy Italian ice but they add the twist with ice cream. $3.10 for small Italian ice w/out ice cream and can pick up to 4 flavors. Small place. Pretty good light desert, would probably take a friend here to visit if ever near by again.

I loved the overall service and the fact that I did not have to wait long for what I ordered. The upholstery could seriously be replaced but other than that a good place to get crepes.

Absolutely amazing. The sorbet are delicious and their crepes are extremely addicting. Last week, I went to Frostbites about 6-7 times a week because it is that good! The price is great for the serving amount. Parking is tough to find.
