FedEx staff assigned today, 10/31/2021 in this location have poor customer service- no courtesy and does not care. Not sure if he likes his job or just there for the money.

I was wondering why my shipping was so expensive for such small items. I told the clerk to give me the cheapest option. He added on the Fedex Express saver to all of my items. I was ignorant of their rates at the time. Im now learning that Fedex ground is their basic option/rate. To all customers know what type of rates and services they have before going!

There is an older gentleman thatbis awesome. So helpful, professional, smiling, and super helpful. There were 2 younger employees when we went back the 2nd time. I dont know a lot about shipping large items. They never smiled, made me feel like why dont you know this? I felt like we were bothering them. The 4 stars are really for the older gentleman.

Ceasar, the assistant manager, provided exceptional service. I showed up with a laborious task with tight a deadline. He took the time to provide me with a sample I was able to approve, and got me a great price by finding a third-party vendor. Unfortunately, the order was done incorrectly by the third-party. He promptly offered to re-do the entire order and got it for me THAT DAY. Additionally, he got the order mailed out to over 60 separate mailing addresses for next day delivery. Truly optimal, professional, and quality work. Thank you!

Went in to get a passport photo. Lady takes photo and then tells me they ran out of PHOTO PAPER for the passport photo. If I remember correctly...this is FedEx Office...a photocopying place! How do you run out of paper???!!!! I won’t be visiting this place again.

Crowded and busy location and not the friendliest of staff black and white copies are a bit expensive compared to Staples and Office Depot. Why also would you have an copy, fax and ship but not sell US Postage? I only use FedEx Office because its close to where I live.

I was in a pinch with wedding invites and they came through for me. Did an excellent job and did it in a few days as promised.

This is a brand new store with a great new management. I recently went to have my report bound. I had no idea what to do. Fernando approached me and took the problem right out of my hands. He had all sorts of suggestions, and when I discovered I had omitted several pages of print, he did it right off my USB stick. Just $0.11 per page! I also had a couple of color pages printed at $0.59 per page. The result was amazing! Very professional! Fernando said he was aware of the bad press the store had gotten in the past, but that it was under new management since about a year ago. It really is - and feels like - a brand new store. Oh, and the whole thing - 187 pages of text - cost just a little over $11. I am one very satisfied customer!

They will try to find any reason to sell you the packaging

Zero! I had to click a 1 star just to post this review. For a little over a year now, I have attempted to dropped off a box here they have given me a hard time and just today they declined my box. The most unfriendly service I have ever had to deal with. I am not sure what new management they are under, but it is not for the customers. The way we wrap our boxes is the same way the FEDEX driver receives from us on a weekly basis. It is only this office rules that is stopping their them from servicing people.

Clean and quick service. They use commercial printers that scan fast, color accurate, and can access drive/ Dropbox. There is also stationary free of charge for customers to use after printing.

Horrible service the printing lady when i asked for help was no help at all. I printed at the self print but all most of pictures printed super big. When i asked for help she said she would charge me 7.99 for each photo to make small. Ridiculous. Ive been to the fedex in Huntington beach and the print people have always been able to help. Never coming here again

Horrible customer service. I ship with Fedex on a daily basis at another location with no problems. Because I happen to be close to this place I stopped in to ship a package. The customer service person doesnt know what she was doing so after 20 minutes of struggling with the computer to ship a very simple and standard ground package she told me they cant accept my package here and that I need to go to a FedEx Station to ship my package. If you dont know how to work with the computer, just ask a co-worker with more experience to help!

If youre not in a huge rush the attendant working there is very personable and does a good job of keeping you feeling like more than a customer. Granted the conversation he makes does make the line go slower so if you are only coming in to drop off or pick up something, you might be waiting a bit longer than you expected.

They try to sell me an over priced box, and packaging fees, every time. The box I used to ship is of better quality. Keep in mind this same box was shipped to me via FedEx. Been shipping FedEx for years but this location is making a killing(ripping people off!!) from selling overpriced cardboard.

Called to ask a question about their services. Listened to their menu and pressed 9 to speak to someone. It rang once and went silent. Did this three times just to make sure. Apparently they dont want anyone to talk to an actual person. So I will be going to their competitor who actually answers their phones.

Came here for a last minute print job because my printer decided to no longer work and the person was very friendly and helpful. He helped me figure out the best way to get things printed and despite re-printing it once, he only charged me once since we found errors after the first print. Will be back here again. I just wish this store was 24 hours since it is nearby.

They dont want to ship my box even its already paid online because they want me to buy their overpriced box. Never again Fed ex !

I brought​ my own Packaging had my printing label already on it she told me I couldnt use a box I have to purchase the FedEx box. The worst customer service. Dont ever go here to ship fedex. They dont know what theyre doing and will find ways to charge you extra fees.

Made three purchases in three consecutive days. Every one of them went smoothly; the staff was extremely helpful. I will be going back next time I need something.

This place is one of the worst Fedex office locations. I found Alma to be unhelpful and with an extremely dry attitude. Alma should not be working with customers in any capacity!
