Nice people and work.

They restored a serving bowl for me. The piece holds such sentimental value. It was a piece of china left to me by my great grandmother. Appreciate their honesty. They examine your item and give you realistic expectations. I will say be patient. It will not be a fast process but it will be worth it.

Brown Mountain has done exemplary work for me over the years. I have found their services to be professional and extremely competent. The owner, Laura Pate, is wonderful to deal with, and presents detailed information regarding repair services and costs. I highly recommend Brown Mountain. Definitely a cut above.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had six Herand pieces that were literally in pieces, thanks to my husband who is surprisingly still alive. I truly had no hope for them but took to Brown Mountain to see if they could salvage any of them. They returned ALL six pieces and they looked BRANDNEW! I even got a magnifying glass to see if I could see the cracks--I could not. I have told ALL my friends about them and I will be a forever customer. Thank you Brown Mountain!!
