We are so pleased with the outcome of the grass installation. Best investment we’ve made in a long time. Our backyard looks so much better and the dogs got acclimated to it quicker than I thought they would. My only regret is that we didn’t do this sooner. Thank you to Tom and his crew for being professional and prompt. I wish every experience in life was this easy. Definitely recommend Lone Star!! Thank you again!!

Turf was installed and we were pleased. 5 months later, it started coming up on the sides. I called Tom and he said he would send someone out to nail it down. Nobody came. He didn’t respond to my husband’s texts either. 2 months after he said he would repair, I called again. He was to come out that day. It’s now been 2 weeks and nobody has come. Poor worksmanship and even worse customer service.

DO NOT USE. NOT RELIABLE AT ALL!!! DOES NOT KEEP IN CONTACT & WHEN HE WOULD NO SHOW WOULD JUST KEEP SAYING THEY WERE BEHIND. TERRIBLE!!!

We were looking for help with a smaller space (condo patio) & while other companies had minimums that excluded us, Adian was very responsive, met up with us for a consultation, and had a few proposals to us that same day. Scheduling the project was easy & on installation day he brought a team that worked quickly & efficiently to complete the work. Were thrilled with the end results & very glad we worked with the professionals at Lone Star!

Called to get an estimate and employee immediately started to be condescending because I didn’t know much about turf installation (which is why I called). Hung up on me after I said I would be seeking services from another business.

We set an install date for this week a few weeks ago, paid 1/2 of the install cost as a deposit and havent heard from him since. Left a dozen voicemails, sent emails with no response. Completely confused - such high ratings and its like hes fallen off the face of the earth... with our money. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and we were very excited about having our turf installed. Im sure all the rain has created delays for his business but at least give us some kind of update, call back, email, anything.

Lets get real here, this dude has got it going on. I am one of those that says;* I want Quality. Not fake quality that looks & feels real good today but cant hold up in the long run. Can I get it? ( learned a long time ago, buy quality now and take care of it. Itll last a life time, with in reason. Buy junk or scrimp on quality, Ill end up paying for it 5 times over during the long run if not more. Can / will you do it?* Can you do it an appropriate time frame. Cant handle those contractors / people that promise one thing and end up taking a whole lot longer. Theres that old saying, If mama aint happy, NOBODY is happy. I wont put up with Stink Eye from the Mrs. or my customers, No what I mean. Can / will you do it in a timely manner?* Talk to me, Communicate with me. Text, Email or leave me or my secretary messages getting to the point. But Do Not blow smoke or waist my time. Can / will you do it?* If you see something out of place with the project or even elsewhere on my property or next to my property that could affect me, my family, my business, etc. Hells Bells, inform me. Ill determine if its important. I dont want surprises. Will you do it?* I understand about paying more for quality, But Do Not Gouge me! Doesnt take a whole lot to find out details. Know what I mean. Can / will you do it?* I understand contracts. Dag Nab it, There coming out of my ears. But I am a hand shake man. A man is only as good as his word / reputation. Can / will you do it?*Well - He did!!! And He did it! Stand up Guy.Hes a Good Man & a Man of his word. He hasnt led me astray yet.Dont mind recommending quality people / companies. These days, far and few. Just saying.

Did not show for appointment. Then came later that day. Never got my estimate even after calling for it two weeks later. Still no response.
