My 2014 toyota corolla has water pump issue and the mechanic detected the issue in a minute and replace the part with a 2 year warranty along with 2 year labor warranty in minimal price. I am pretty impressed by the work of Andy and now my car is smooth as it sounds.

Brought a car in that had not been taken care of for the six years my uncle owned it. I expected it to have lots of issues. They changed the oil (as requested) and they found transmission fluid all over the engine. Turns out, it was just the dip stick not all the way in. They could have taken advantage of that, but they didnt. All they charged me for was the oil change. My mom has been going to them for years, and they treat her really well. Theyre personable and friendly. Never had a bad experience with them. I highly recommend them.

Writing this because it was the overwhelmingly positive reviews that took me out to get my car checked by auto clinique. I unfortunately have a 2011 Toyota Prius AC issue that will be probably cost in the 1000s (AC compressor needs to be replaced) to address. I told them exactly what my problem was (AC compressor needs to be replaced) on the phone and wanted a quote for the job on the phone, but they insisted I come in, pay a $75 diagnostic fee (despite me telling them I already knew the diagnosis) before giving me a quote. The quote was ~ $2000. In trying to think through the options for this extremely expensive work (and admittedly I was initially dealing with some helpful admin staff who were talking me through the options), in the middle of a conversation about vendors for the compressor this afternoon, I was told to hold and the phone was passed to a mechanic (the one who had looked at the car when I brought it in) who unbelievably proceeded to berate and talk down to me for asking simple questions “you keep asking the same questions” about the different options (I was actually told to call back to follow up!). He clearly had no idea where we were in the conversation. This is truly unbelievable - still shaken as I write this. Completely blindsided by this disrespectful and downright belligerent behavior. I’ll add that I’m a young woman. From reading through some of their other reviews, a degree of aggression towards women seems to be on brand.

Fast, convenient, and honest service.

I had this weird noise coming from my Honda 2008 engine. I knew I had a power steering leak. They recommended to change the power steering pump. Additionally I had one of my headlights not working. I agreed and took my car back after the service. On my way back home there was no noise and the headlight was working fine. The very next that noise was back and the headlight was not working again. I took it to them again, this time they changed the power steering hose, repaired the headlight. The noise was still there. The suggested to change the belt and tensioner. I followed all their advice. My initial suggested cost was around $500. I finally ended up paying more than $1200. I took my car to Firestone for an inspection, and they told me the power steering pump might be faulty and that is where the noise was coming from. I obviously was upset and took my car to Auto Clinique again. This time they promised me they will take care of it and I will have to pay nothing. They took another day and everything was fine after that. Basically either they had no idea what they were doing or they just wanted to squeeze some money out of me. Worst experience!

We were out driving in the area and heard a weird rubbing noise in the car. We only have a users knowledge of cars, so we could not pinpoint the issue. I search google and we were around the corner from Auto Clinique. We got there and were apprehensive due to years of shady mechanic experiences. The owner greeted me when I walked in and offered to troubleshoot. Within 15 mins they explained the issue in an effective manner, and within an hour we were repaired, aligned, and on our way again. Diagnosis: The bolt on the caliper had come loose and fallen out. They got the bolt, installed, and completed a 4 wheel alignment and it only cost $109 total. And the bill was detailed. And the staff was friendly. And wore masks. And waiting area was clean and cool. So awesome!

Javier is a true professional! Ive been taking several of my vehicles to Auto Clinique for a couple of years now and am never disappointed. They are completely honest and you wont find better labor prices in town. Javier went out of his way and threw in a couple of extra parts that my car needed at no extra cost due to a small issue that came up and my vehicle wouldnt be ready till the next day. I know that most businesses wouldnt be willing to eat the cost of parts like this, especially during these uncertain times, but Javier truly cares about his customers and keeping them happy. I highly recommend this business to anyone.

They are very good at what they do. They were able to fix my van that had been rear ended. They were fast and efficient.

I asked for the least expensive alternative to replacing the hood latch on a 1999 Toyota Camry. The company did not replace the hood latch. They strung up some wire and rendered it unable to open. Then they didnt paint over the primer on a paint job I asked for, so I have a 2 tone car. Its been out of commission for a year because we could not get the hood open to service the car. A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! You get what you pay for. You get what you pay for and you get nasty attitudes as well. The owner actually said, I knew you wouldnt be a good customer because you wanted everything cheap.

I’ve brought my 2003 GMC Envoy here twice for two completely different issues and I can’t express how satisfied I am with the work here, I highly recommend Auto Clinique!The staff is amazing! They are beyond responsive on Yelp. They will take your car in and call or text you with the issue and options within 2-3 hours and if possible, have it ready by the next day. The first time I took my SUV it was fixed and out to me in just a few days and second time was ready by next morning! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Honest mechanics that really know their stuff. They helped me determine that my wifes car, a 2012 Hyundai Elantra with a clicking steering wheel could be fixed for free by taking it into my dealership. They could have charged us a lot to fix it, and they do good work but this should speak volumes for the kind of people that work here. Danny is especially down to earth and friendly and their prices are reasonable based on the quality of work.

Weve been going to Auto Clinique for 4+ years. They are honest, kind and polite. We take both of our cars there and without a doubt, we feel like we get quality work for a very fair price. They are honest about timelines work efficiently. I also love that they give options -- they explain if a repair is something that is a necessity vs something that can wait or is not necessary. When possible they will tell you if theres an option to utilize used parts (if you want to save some money). I could go on and on about how much I love this place. Ive lived in a lot of places and worked with some good repair shops, but this one tops them all.

They were the best!! I too my car in because it would hold an idle and would stall. Everybody else was trying to charge me $1000 to fix it. This place I ended up paying around $90 and it only took 45 minutes. Definitely a place to go.

Good service for unhyped labor charges

If i could give ZERO Stars i would. I took my car here thinking that they would be a GREAT location to bring my car for repairs. well i was VERY wrong. So i brought my car here after having a horrifying experience with another mechanic . My AC compressor had went out in my car and i found out that it was the wire that goes to the compressor was bad and needed to be replaced. so i took my vehicle there and told them that i needed the wire replaced. dropped the car off at 8 that morning and took a lyft to work in irving. came back that evening and was told that the wire was replaced but for some reason the compressor still wouldnt come on and they needed another 24 hours to figure out what the issue was. since this is only vehicle i couldnt let them keep the vehicle. so i just found out yesterday by the mercedes benz dealership that the wire was never replaced, i went back to the location to see what they did, all they said was they tried other ways to get my compressor to come on, but all i asked was for the wire to be replaced. they said they replaced the wire but CLEARLY they didnt. all the manger or the store could give me was a credit for what i spent there but i refuse to bring my vehicle back to a place that didnt do the work i requested in the first place. i wont be back to this location and i just want to warn people. if you are getting work done there.. please make sure they actually do the work.. because i just threw money in the trash the day i left my car there.. smh

Got my front brakes and rotors replaced here about 2 months and they already need to be replaced. I had originally brought my own brakes and rotors to be installed that I bought from autozone, but they insisted I use the brakes they supplied because it came with a warranty. I knew something didnt seem right that Im already hearing grinding after only 2 months so I took it to another repair place and they said theres no way these brakes could have been replaced 2 months ago. Thanks for screwing me out of $350. I will never use this place ever again !!!!!

These guys are nice and seem knowledgeable. However, I brought my truck to them with one tail light malfunction. They tried to fix it and admittedly failed to do so. They charged me anyway for the labor which I found out made things worse. Now both lights are not working, my remote keyless entry system is down (the batteries are new), the car alarm goes off when I manually unlock it, the tire sensors are offline and when I turn the headlights on, all hell breaks loose with the electrical system. They did offer to take another look at it however I would not let them touch it again.

I had some moderately heavy front end body damage on my hatchback. Out of the three places I got quotes, Auto Clinique was the least expensive, and they had the fastest turn around time. All the others told me it would take up to a month to have my car fixed. When I went back a week and a half later, my car was perfect. All the damage had been fixed to the point where it didnt look like anything had ever touched it. They even vacuumed and washed it twice!The owner and his employees are extremely helpful and polite, talking through with me everything I wanted to know without ever showing any frustration (I am car-inept, so I asked a lot of questions). Fantastic service and the best prices that Ive found have made my experience here amazing. Hopefully I wont need body damage repairs again, but if I do, Ill be coming back here!

Im fairly new to Dallas so I dont know of any mechanics out here. I have 2 vehicles and one needed work I passed by this place decided to stop in had them look at my car told them it smelled like gas, so i left my vehicle in their hands just to get it back still smelling of gas after I paid more than $100 for that and also my car came back from their shop with a major leak from the oil pan which prior to taking it, it didnt even have a tiny leak.. So again had them fix that plus the gas smell paid them over $500 for all that brought it back home and my car was not driving smooth at all like Iim used to it driving and the gas smell is still an issue. Now something else is wrong with it so i have not been able to use that car in months since this place touched my car it has more issues then when I first took it to them... The men gave me a list of issues they said my car had when i just had my car worked on 2 months prior to moving to Dallas and my car was in great condition so that made me uncomfortable. This place left a very sour taste in my mouth for Dallas and the kind of mechanics you have out here.. Coming from a much smaller city and from an amazing mechanic I had for over 12 yrs to this is so heart breaking. I am a single women with a child with one income and to have been robbed because thats exactly how i feel i was robbed by this place is very disturbing to me. Now Im having a very hard time trusting any mechanics out here i was as desperate to haul my vehicle back to my home town just to get my mechanic to fix what this shop has done to my car.. Since then I found a new shop which is working on my 2nd vehicle and they have amazing reviews and tons of them not just a hand full and i told him my experience with this shop and he asked me if it was this shop and said it by name i said yes so i found out many clients go to them after being robbed by this shop... So I would not even recommend this shop to my worst enemy... I wouldnt doubt if the reviews before me are done by workers or friends of workers because Im having a very hard time believing them.. So good luck if you decide to use them. I know I wouldnt even let them do something as simple as changing my battery..

These guys are terrific!! I went to several body shops and their pricers were 2x what I was charged at Auto Clinque. I wondered a little with the huge price difference but they did a beautiful repair on my SUV. It was done in a very reasonable timeframe, and the paint match was perfect! While I hope I dont need any other body work but if/when I do, this is the place I will definitely go to!

Ive been taking multiple company trucks to these guys for years as well as my own personal vehicle. From day one they have been honest in their assessment of what my vehicles actually need instead of trying to sell me parts and repairs that are unnecessary at that time. They are actually all nice people that are not scam artists like most mechanics. Robert is my go-to guy there and he always gets me in, out and back on the road as soon as he can. This is a 1 in 1000 shop that you can build a relationship with. Even if this shop is out of your way it is well worth it not to spend hundreds more on unnecessary or poorly done repairs. Ive never written a review on a business in my life but these guys warrant the extra effort on my part, theyve more than earned it. Cant recommend them enough!
