I dont see the point of making an online order just to be asked what it was that I ordered. My confirmation email came equipped with my confirmation number and clear expectations on what to expect and provide to an associate. Cant you print the receipt To determine what a customer has ordered? And then the lady who called herself trying to help the associate who was helping me, didnt even know protocol. Customer service skills non- existent.

Too slow! Refuse to respond yes/no as to whether or not the delivery truck has arrived!!!🤨 Without having my name I placed my order yesterday. Now this person refuse to answer this simple and easy question; has the delivery truck come in yet,,🤨

Oh trust me auto zone on pleasant run in Lancaster has it together Ive shopped around and always went back to auto zone they handle business Im not there to makes friends its a parts store people try being in there shoes its not a easy job

I just stop by to purchase some windshield wipers for my traverse and the manager on duty was very f%@$ rude his name is Kevin he was given attitude from the beginning I couldnt stand so I walked out and went to green store ti spent 200 dollars on stuff,, he needs to get fired!!!!

The young manager that helped me at the parts counter with my order was absolutely great. Although the comments in the computer showed that some of the items that I was looking for were not in stock. He double checked the shelves to see if anything had been misplaced. He did indeed find the items and I was able to purchase everything that I was looking for. He also had some very good advice about installing the parts. This store, historically, has not been one of the best AutoZones in the area. I think I will return to this store when looking for parts in the future.

I like going to this AutoZone they always have the parts that I need the only thing thats a Downs Falls is that where it is located they need to clean up the parking lot but I know thats on the city so maybe we should all call the city and have them clean up the parking lot for the AutoZone thats located whats on Lancaster and saner

I needed oil for my 5.7 cam vortec and it was late but the people politely let me in and they were friendly

The AutoZone Auto Parts Store on S. Lancaster is a very well stocked, clean, and easy to find place.The staff working there are extremely polite and well informed. They can get you the right parts, information, and just about any guidance you may require in dealing with your vehicle(s).

Eddie the Commercial clerk was egregiously rude and disrespectful....So much that I will never shop at location again! I think Auto Zone District Manager need to handle this guy. And while he talk to me harsh and condescending remarks when I ask simple question and did I need to call corporate to get help since he refused! I left the Oak Cliff location and went to my community Auto Zone location in Desoto Texas were they have excellent outstanding customer service and the handle my simple issue! So much for the RUDE ignorant Eddie, if he spoke to a senior citizen female like he did me, means this is what he has doe repeatedly District Manager, Auto Zone....

Mr. JASON J assisted me. He helped by making sure I purchased the right merchandise. He even has to switch my battery 3 times and did it without a complaint. Good guy with great customer service!

Bad customer service from management. Everytime I go both managers are more interested an “trying” to get girls number and take to them for ever instead of servicing them and going to next customer. That’s every time o go there. Going to another parts store from now on. Also I’ve seen that they talked to people like if they’re less then them.

I I had to wait in the Parks light for 18 minutes even though I was not meeting any parks all I did was buy a bottle of I was told by the manager that I had to wait AutoZone has real bad customer service

Its 8:15 am and they still have the doors locked. I called the store and I was told they are waiting for an employee to come from Duncanville 25 to 30 minutes away and that I should go to another AutoZone. What an inconvenience providing Ive already researched my part and this is the closet AutoZone that has my part. I guess you get what you get when you shop in the hood. AutoZone needs to do better.

Frazier M has great customer service but the stand out was Ms. Bbbie T. She was getting customers in and out. They have great customer service all around and very knowledgeable.

The testing service is great.. the man performed the job quickly, 3 stars is for asking me roughly if my hood was popped interrupting my question, will the tester you have test starter too.. I said I will in a second and he again asked me if it was popped sternly, then, go pop ya hood five seconds of popping and raising my hood is not worth losing a customer, in my opinion. If you dont wanna do your job find somewhere else to work buddy. Actually writing this I got upset all over again and now I feel two stars is fair. Leave the attitude at home Mr shoulder chip man.

OK service but workers needs to be more motivated in helping the Customers at least act like they appreciate and like their job.

The women work hard just as the men do.

Staff is helpful. My car was parked there overnight and it remained safe. They have a mechanic they can call he is not an autozone employee.
