I got a great deal on a car from Universal Motors. When I called them with a small problem they said Bring it to us right away. The moment I got there 3 people started working on it and spent 5 hours fixing it. When I asked them what I owed them they said There is no charge because want to take care of you and we want your car to be right when you buy it from us. I have bought alot of cars over the years but I have never felt more valued as a customer. I will trust Universal Motors with all my future purchaes. They were professional, polite, and valued my satisfaction over money.

I purchased a 2000 Cadillac Deville from that location. Ive been having issues with the vehicle since I purchased it. When I ask if i could bring the vehicle back to the mechanic onsite, Im told the mechanic is on a 2 to 3 week vacation or the mechanic is out or the mechanic is too busy. Please have a knowledgeable mechanic look at the vehicle before you purchase it.

The work that the people at this establishment do is wonderful. They make sure your vehicle is in great working order when you drive out of their lot and at very reasonable prices as well. I recommend Universal Motors for all your used car needs and will plan on coming again when me and my SO needs a new van/SUV.

These guys are low hassle. Its easy to make a deal with them because they arent money-hungry. I bought a car from them 6 months ago and its still working fine. Just bought a lemon. Test drove very well. Check engine light the first morning. This is day two of ownership and the car is badly over heating and pouring out all coolant! They are out to rip you off with an as-is deal! The cars seem nice but I assure you they are a life of problems! These people know this!

Good honest car repair place. I have been going there for 6 years now.

I was sold a lemon here. I was also given a phony warranty that did not cover exactly what was wrong with the car. I was offered to rebuild my engine for a couple thousand dollars and decline due the overall unreliability of the salespeople. Too good to be true. Pay for junk, you end up with junk.
