This place is fantastic! It is really hard to find HONEST mechanics, especially ones that know how to work on Mercedes Benz. I took my car in for an alignment, didnt need an appointment, and was out in a timely manner. My car rides better than ever, I didnt break the bank, and I FINALLY found reliable mechanics. This place is a godsend for most alignment and suspension jobs. I was quoted 700.00 higher at other places and dealerships than what this place offered. Its a walk in first come first served. Got an alignment for my car. They would not give me a print out of the alignment report. Said they do give reports... printer is broken. But alignment seems fine.

Came in with the center link, tie rod ends, sleeves, idler arm & needed install + alignment. They took me in no prob. Didn’t hear from them the first day and was worried my restoration project was in the parking lot overnight. I drove by and all vehicles were locked up tight and secure. Thank you! Sure enough I get a call next morn that they needed to show me some things. Passed by to hear about what they noticed needing replacement. It was def everything I already had plans on replacing next. I payed for the current job was priced very fair. I’m happy. Ordered my parts ASAP to bring it in for my next front suspension job consisting of new springs, bushing replacement on control arms & new wheel bearings. Took my ‘12 Mustang in recently and they installed new performance shocks, struts and lowering springs to replace some old beat down coil overs that the previous car owner had put on. My 99 Tahoe had very sloppy steering, looked these guy up on Google maps, Thought Id give em a try, got their b4 operation hrs as soon as they opened they got right to it put my car on the rack, told me all the parts I needed & where to order em from, never charged for diagnostics came bk a week later they told me it would be ready next mornIng, sure enough I get a call next morning before I woke up cars done . The thing handles 99% brand new .I would definately recommend & do business with these guys again .I LIKED EM BECAUSE THEY DIDNT SEEM GREEDY & CAME OFF VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Wrecked my car and thought it was gonna cost a fortune to fix, this place fixed my front end for VERY reasonable. And I was shocked at the quality of work..

I had a Honda dealer install a lift kit and skid plate. It made a lot of creaking sounds. After many hours, the dealer could not identify the problem or fix it.I took my Honda here. Within 30 minutes, these guys identified that the skid plate wasn’t properly installed with spacers due to manufacturer error. They showed me where the plate was rubbing which caused the loud creaking sound. They installed spacers and properly reinstalled the skid plate. The creaking sound is all gone. They were totally reasonable about labor cost. I highly recommend Dallas suspension. Thank you.

Had Ron install a lift kit on my 2001 Chevy S10. Ron went above and beyond to get the job done for me and done right! The guy knows his stuff. He quoted me a price that was very reasonable and stuck to it even tho the work required MUCH more time ( through no fault of his own) that is typically involved in this kind of work. ( hours) . I am completely satisfied with the end product, and would recommend Ron to anybody needing frame or suspension work! I know that I will surely be using him again!

I called to get a quote on installing lowering springs on my BMW 650i xDrive Gran Coupe and they quoted me a very very fair price. I supplied the springs and they put it on for me with no issues what-so-ever. They knocked it out in about 5 to 6 hours. When it comes to xDrive, replacing the original springs can be a pain. These guys executed it well and charged me exactly what they quoted me. NO frills here. Straight to the point and will not rip you off. I highly recommend these guys if you need to modify your suspension.

This place was great for service. We ended up needing a whole wheel hub assembly and bearings. Dripped off the car and the parta picked up our car in 2 hours and paid less than 75 bucks. Miguel explained what we needes before he started on the car and was fair, quick and reliable no problems since. He never even tried to charge more when he ran into other issues like other mechanics do. Thanks for the great service.

After weeks of searching and trying to decide if i was going to install it myself, i took my 2018 Toyota Tacoma into Dallas Suspension Alignment. I needed a small lift with bilstein 5100s and a 1 block installed and aligned. It came in under time and under budget, anyone in business can appreciate that! Its been 2 months now and still drives like a dream. Now im taking my girl friends little suv in for some suspension work because i feel they are the best in town! Im sure ill be back again with my truck when I upgrade! Use them for your suspension or alignment needs, trust me, youll be glad you did.

I went to DSAFC based on the reviews here. I couldnt be more please with Rons work. He is very honest, knowledgeable, and prompt. He was able to diagnose an issue that the Ford dealer could not. The Ford dealer had my truck for 12 days. Ron had my truck for 4 hours. More than fair pricing, and fast turnaround. I have referred him to all of my coworkers. He just diagnosed and repair my wife car within a couple of hours. I was able to pick it up before lunch. Toyota wanted to charge $1500 for new struts and shocks. Ron determined those were not needed and it was a simple loose bolt issue. Thanks Ron!

Took my Audi A6 here to get some lowering springs installed. He finished the car quickly, and did a good job. Very reasonable pricing as well no overcharging for nonsense. Will return for my future suspension needs.

Not sure about how Google reviews work, they most be fake, I took my vehicle here and after hours waiting in the cops outside because the office can only fit one person was occupied already, Im not about feeling like a chicken cage, long story short, the car is worst than how it came in, steering wheel vibrate a lot so Im not sure what they did. Probably nothing since they wont even give you an alignment print out, i will never go back, waste if $100

I literally went to 4 other places before coming here. They repaired my car same day while I waited.They were knowledgeable and I think the price was reasonable.

So I had an accident of car vs curb. Another national chain took money and fixed my car....or so I thought. After burning through an almost new set of rear tires, they said it needs to be aligned. Didnt do it. Charged me for the tires to replace. I sent to these guys. four hours and they also fixed tie rod ends and grease fittings and aligned the system with shims needed AND... for under $300 This was about 20 percent of what the other place tried to charge me to fix their mistake. This place may not have a fancy showroom, but their work is excellent and honest! Oh and they have a really comfortable couch! Dallas Alignment and Frame has my business from now on.

These guys were honest enough to tell and show me problems that helped me save money fixing before I return after fixing so I can get a computer alignment at a very good price too. I say try em out for your suspension and alignment issues.

This is the best alignment shop ever in Dallas I went to this shop today and I brought my rear upper control arm in. I called the guy and ask him how much is it to replace the part and it was a very good price to install it. The mechanic took only half an hour to install the part and do the alignment. After everything was done I took my car for a test drive everything was driving very smooth and straight. I would recommend coming to this shop for a very good true alignment and labor prices for customer parts.

I took my 1995 Jeep XJ in for toe and castor adjustment. I was told over the phone that they can do this. I was quoted 80 dollars. It was an extra 10 because there is no adjusting sleeve on the tie rod. Fair enough. When I asked what the castor and toe was set at I was told there is no castor adjustment on a jeep ( there is castor adjustment). That is why I brought it to you guys. So I asked what the toe was set at he said we usually set that at 1/4 . So he really did not know. I am sorry guys I will not be back. I will now look for another shop to deal with. Regards.

Horrible experience, They basically took a thousand dollars and performed a wheel alignment Im so hurt and upset..They told me I needed a receipt ..and when I asked them about a copy of my receipt The brother went crazy ..Not to mention I was charged an additional $75 for sway bars that were never placed on my vehicle..Since then my mechanic has replaced the whole front end costing me thousands..Searching for my receipt and were going to court..Im furious..This pandemic has been hard along with being totally screwed out of my 💰 Im also report to The Better BUISNESS BUREAU!!

Dont wast your money going to 4 Wheel Parts and over paying for installation. Get your lift kit and take it to Ron. He met me at his shop on a Saturday and had the lift installed on my Jeep Rubicon in a couple of hours. He has a top-notch work ethic and a very organized shop. Thanks, Ron!

I needed an alignment done on my vehicle, so I decided to check them out. It only took about 45 min which I thought was quick. After 2 months Ive had to change my shocks and wheel bearing.. My thought was they are supposed to tell you if you needed work done before the alignment. They failed to do so. My alignment is off, Ive spent hundreds of dollars. Needless to say. I will not be going back.

The most unprofessional service I have ever seen. Please avoid this place at all costs.I went in for the sub-frame alignment and to replace the control arms for the two rear wheels of my BMW 7 series and provided them with the necessary parts that I had purchased from the BMW dealership. I was told that they would complete the labor job in 2 days. After 2 days, I called them up and was told that the car was ready. However, when I went there to pick up the car, it was still not ready. They told me to come back the next day. When I called up the next day, the car was still not ready. Finally, when I called the following day evening, they said the car was ready. When I went to pick up the car, I asked the owner (who is also the technician) if he would offer me a discount for the delay. He offered a 10% discount if I paid in cash instead of by credit card. I paid in cash and took delivery of the car. I asked him for the two old control arms but he said that he had discarded them both. However, the car was still not driving well and so I took it to another BMW certified mechanic and they found out that only one control arm had been replaced. They even provided me with the pictures of the old bent control which had not been replaced. I went back to the Dallas Alignment Service place again and questioned them about it. The owner said that that it was an oversight and he offered to fix it again. But I had lost trust in him. So I had him return the new control arm part that I had provided to him for installation, and I took it to the other BMW certified mechanic and got it installed.A very horrible service from Dallas Alignment Service which gives me a very sick feeling every time I think about it.......

I took my old 99 Suburban to Dallas Suspension after getting two other shops to look at it. I got quotes for the work that ranged from $2100.00 - $2600.00 to rebuild the whole front end of my truck. I took it to Ron and dropped it off on a Saturday even though he wasnt open he went up to the shop so I could drop it off. He took a look at it on Monday and told me that he could fix it for around $500.00! He did just that and I got the truck back on Tuesday morning. It drives like brand new even though it has 270k miles on it. This is a GREAT shop. Thought I was gonna have to let go of my good old truck, but now I can go another 100k or more! They will get ALL of my business from now on!

Bought a lift kit for my 09 Silverado and got ahold of this place for the install and could not be more pleased with the work done. Me and Ron actually agreed on a price which was more than fair and after my truck was ready for pick up he messaged me telling me it would be less than originally thought. Now you cant ask for anything more from a mechanic. Honest quality work at a fair price. I will definitely be back if I ever need work done and will gladly refer friends and family to this shop.

Ive used Ron for years and followed him from NW Hwy to his shop on Crown. He has moved to Empire Central which is a longer trip but worth it. Whoever said AutoZones parts are half price, you get what you pay for! He uses MOOG!!!! He also has done checkouts for me for years.

I was having some issues with a lift kit installed by a completely different company on my F350. I stopped by Rons and he immediately had the truck up on the rack trying to diagnose the problem. Before I knew it he was fixing the many errors the previous company had done. After it was all said and done, Ron had completely put whatever he was working on when I got there aside and gave my problem top priority. Ron took care of my 2010 acura tsx. Have been going to the dealership to get alignment fixed, however they did horrible with correcting alignment and wanted to try to say I needed new parts. Ron did a awesome job on fixing my alignment on my car and car is driving straight without having to buy new parts. I would recommend this shop to everybody, dont waste time at the dealership working with alignments.

The world needs more places and people like Ron and everyone at his shop. Ive been taking my cars to Ron for about 15 years now because hes a suspension expert, car guy, honest dude and the only person I trust with my vehicles. If youve been around the area for a while you know it is extremely rare to find anyone who takes pride in their work, actually knows their stuff and does not try to deceive customers.It was a relief to stumble upon Ron and his crew.My 1991 Honda CRX never would drive straight even after taking it to a handful of shops and spending hundreds of dollars trying to resolve the alignment issues. Everyone else said Oh this car is old and you cant adjust them to go straight. Well thats because the other shops dont have a clue what theyre doing. Ron spent a few minutes under the CRX and had it aligned perfectly for a bargain! That was 15 years ago and it still drives great today.I brought my 350Z in after the passenger rear wheel had a fight with a parking garage support beam (it came out of nowhere). Anyway, he was able to make it drive straight in a matter of minutes. Its no wonder this place gets great reviews from everybody! And of course, when reading any business review on the Internet one must always remember to ignore the haters. =)

I brought my 2015 F-150 to Dallas Suspension Alignment & Frame Co. to have lowered using the Belltech 1000SP kit. Seeing as they have specialization in lifting/lowering trucks and has a good reputation on review sites I decided to go with them, even though they werent the cheapest around town. I specifically informed the owner what application and what kit will be involved in this process. He agreed taking the work on for a quoted price. Once the kit was installed is when the nightmare began. I was told that due to the kit the front wheels will not align back to OEM specifications and the travel in the rear from the axle to the frame will be limited. The rear was a known issue, but the front was something I wasnt expecting. After doing research on my own and calling Belltech directly, I figured out that the reason for the issue for the front alignment was due to the owner not following the directions on the provided instructions. When I asked him about following this step he replied that this step was excessive and should not have been needed. If this was the case then I should have been notified before the owner completed the whole process while omitting an important step. He informed me in order to get this step done he would need to charge me more than what was quoted. As a well experienced individual I expected his expertise in informing me from the beginning what it will take to get the kit installed and where he has concerns regarding the install. If I was informed up front the excessive steps needed to be taken for the install then I wouldnt have attempted the installation and would still have had the option to return the lowering kit to the purchased establishment. All said and done I am out labor costs for the installation, the un-returnable lowering kit due to installation, and additional cost to undo and redo the whole installation. I had high expectations with Dallas Suspension Alignment & Frame Co. but the lack of professionalism and accountability, not to mention the run down facility, will not be securing a repeat business as well as referrals to colleagues.

I asked if they could take a look, and asked if they applied grease to the bushings. I told the receptionist my issue and she said everyones busy and to come back another time - no surprise there. I asked for the shops Insurance Information and was confronted by the Shop Owner Ron, who proceeded to insult me in front of his customers. Claiming You got aftermarket parts boy, howm I sposed to now what needs grease and what dont?! I asked him if someone could take a look because I believe no grease was applied to the bushings. The Shop Owner Ron looked through the window at my car and stated Looks fine to me. I asked several times the name and contact of their Insurance Company and he refused, stating before he walked out on our conversation Aint nobody makin a claim!ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL BE FILING A CLAIM W THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR FAILING TO COMPLETE WORK AND REFUSING TO FINISH THE JOB.
