This company got me out of a bind, day of.They answered my call, addressed my concerns, and picked up my table within hours. The team delivered the table to my house and set it up in a timely manner. Jeff kept me updated every step along the way. I was pleased with their work ethic and professionalism. I will definitely work with them in the future for any additional pool table needs.

So I googled the best pool table moving company and read a few online reviews. I was happy to find this company until I started dealing with Jeff. Jeff ordered the wrong color felt. When the guys moved the table to my new home I noticed them begin to staple the wrong color on the rails. I stopped them and they called Jeff to explain the problem. Instead of owning up to the problem Jeff blamed me and said I had ordered the grey color during our phone conversation. I explained that I was not certain the color and asked him to text me his color chart. I referred him to the copy of our text msgs where I choose a blue color. He would not accept responsibility but would order the new felt. They came back and the table looked great. The problem is that the table is not level and the seems are not smooth. I’m not sure if they did that on purpose or not but I feel like I wasted my money. Now I have to find someone else to come out and do the job right. I will not call Jeff to try to fix the problem because I don’t believe they know what they are doing. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM, you have been warned!!

These guys were very professional and came in clutch. We had three other pool table moving companies lined up who didn’t follow through and honestly had no clue probably how to move a pool table. North Texas pool table movers were the only ones who asked for accurate manufacture info to make sure the move was properly handled from start to finish with efficiency. Took very good care of our new table perfect install level as can be. Will recommended and use these guys every chance we come across.

Best experience!!! These guys are VERY knowledgeable and quick. I was having a pool table moved from my dads house to mine. We set up a pick up time of 10:00 on a Monday. They called me at 9:00am and asked if they could get started a little early (of COURSE). They had the pool table taken apart in 20 min. Traveled to my house and then put back together in about 40 min. They started at one house at 9:30 and left my house by 11:30, with a 45 minute drive to new house. They did a fabulous job!!

They were communicative and did a great job taking the table apart and putting it back together. I definitely recommend them!

I was in the market for a new pool table in March 2001 as my new home was nearing construction completion. I grew up with pool tables and was very picky about the quality and play of a table but I was on something of a budget due to the typical expenses in building, furnishing, and under-budgeting a new home! I looked at tables in numerous retail stores and felt a better deal could be found on a used table. I viewed numerous ads for tables and ran across one that got my attention. I called the number and learned that I make these tables myself. My first reaction was to say never mind and hang up the phone, but the more questions I asked, the more impressed and intrigued I was about it. Long story short(er), I went to their shop, saw the construction materials and process, and was super-impressed. EVERYTHING PROMISED WAS DELIVERED AND MORE! Delivery and set up was perfect and the table played superbly for the first 7 or 8 years, through two teen-aged sons and ALL theirs friends. The reason for my review today is that I called the number on the business card they glued to the underside of the table 13 years ago and nothing has changed. I am arranging for them to come totally restore my table so that I can again enjoy it now that my boys are grown and moved out. I consider myself a proficient player and try to be an informed consumer. I could not stress more how impressed I have been with this company.
