They live up to their precious reviews. not pushy, very helpful and knowledgeable. if you are on the fence about a bowling ball they will ask you some questions about your bowling style and give you the choices the have that will fit your style.

They were super busy when I came in. There was a college tournament being held there. But that did not phase them one bit. I was greeted and taken care of in a very timely manner. The owners and all there were very knowledgable on all aspects of the equipment needed and how it works for the game. I was just there to get an ajustment made to my ball and ended up getting some inserts replaced also. Very reasonable pricing, and convenient. From what I experienced and observed while there, this will be the place I go for service, advise, and to replace my ball when needed.

Wicks is the only place my husband and I use for our bowling equipment. They are the absolute best in the business! I had an issue with a ball a couple of years ago, Phil repaired it and even delivered it to me in Denton. When we want anything new, we can call and they will get it for us. Tom and Angela are super sweet, godly people!

What a great group of people! Knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a ball, drilling it and doing it all with awesome customer service! I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Amazing, helpful staff. Knowledgeable and able to help beginners get a start. Phil made sure to stay after hours and drill my ball so I could use today. I also had a ball with damage that he was able to fix for me the same day. Makes you love bowling! Definitely will not be shopping anywhere else for my bowling equipment .

Im just a recreational bowler and have only purchased a few bowling balls in my time. This is the first time in purchasing a bowling ball that my hand was so carefully measured, with him explaining what he was looking at and why. I have not picked up my newly purchased ball yet as it had to be ordered but I feel he truly was a professional who knew exactly how to fit a ball specifically for me. They have a good selection of bowling balls as well as shoes, bowling bags and other accessories that you may need. I will definitely recommend them to my bowling league companions.

Came to Dallas from Australia to buy a bowling ball not knowing exactly what I needed. The staff at the pro shop let me try a bunch of balls and watched me bowl to figure out exactly what I needed. My ball was then drilled and ready to go within 30 minutes. Extremely good and friendly service.

If you want the best then you better go to Wicks. These guys are the best of the pros!!

I have had Wicks drill a few balls for me since I moved to Dallas and I knew I was in the right place when they insisted on measuring my hand and getting my specs right. They are prompt, courteous and professional. They have a great selection of everything a bowler needs and knowledgeable too.

My wife and I went to Wicks Pro Shop on a Saturday morning. The staff at the pro shop are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They spent time explaining all the different aspects of bowling and made sure to explain why they were doing what they were. We are brand new to bowling so this was so helpful. They genuinely cared about helping us understand and made sure we were more then happy.We went in planning to buy 1 ball and walked out with 2 pair of shoes, a ball and a new bag. Great people to work with!

Wicks is a great place to get your bowling balls resurfaced as well as getting surface changes/grips changed as well. They are knowledgable in regards to the bowling ball equipment and they are willing to answer any questions that are related to bowling.

Best Pro Shop Ive found in DFW area. Tom/Angela and staff are very attentive and helpful. They take care of their customers.
