I ate here while visiting a friend and it was certainly food, I can say that much. It was edible, but a long wait and a high price for a wrap that simply was not very good. It wasn’t actively bad, but it wasn’t $13 worth of good.Seeing the manager‘s temper tantrums with other reviewers just reinforces my low rating. I could make a dozen wraps at home for slightly more effort and the same price. It simply isn’t worth my while to pay at a place like this, nor to support such a jerk of an owner.My best wishes to the employees I spoke to. They were kind and professional and did the best that they could with the resources that they had available. They don’t deserve to suffer for the poor choices of someone above them.
A local institution with an amazing variety of rolled sandwiches, delicious soups, and awesome cookies! The owner is such a nice guy it makes the experience of ordering that much more pleasant.
Finally came in this place for the first time. I was greeted by the owner who was super friendly. He had a chance to tell me that they deliver in town during certain hours with no delivery fee. After much debating with myself I ordered the Spicy Honey BBQ Chicken special and I also got one of the homemade cookies. The prices are very reasonable and the food was delicious! I will definitely be back!

Went to Roll Poly today and had such a great experience. The owner was extremely generous!!! The food was absolutely awesome as they had so many options for me and my wife. I have no restrictions but my wife is gluten free and vegan and we were both able to find great selections. The owner even gave us complimentary drinks and cookie when he heard we had recently just had a new child. Such a great experience. We will be back!!! I highly recommend you give it a shot.

I love visiting this location and usually running into the owner, Tom! Everyone is so friendly and the order is always correct and fresh. Pro tip: I suggest when you order soup that you also ask for goldfish instead of saltines.

My significant other and I both ordered wraps for pickup with a few modifications. On picking up, the owner not only clarified that he made sure to meet our reqursts, but was incredibly kind. We unfortunately took a while to pick up our order, and on my arrival he immediately put the orders back in to reheat, without any request.If the service wasnt good and kind enough, the food was phenomenal. Everything had a homemade, attention-to-detail feel, and was delicious and fresh. Cannot recommend enough.

Great small sandwich shop who supported their local Healthcare workers during the coronavirus pandemic. The food was good, great customer service, and even came with a gift for first time customers. Supported voters with free goodie bags at the polls.
Typically this place is good, but I don’t know what happened today.I ordered delivery and it was very late, on top of it my food smelt like cigarettes, and lastly I thought eff it I’m so hungry I’m going to try to eat some but NOPE! First bite and there was a hair in it ! Worst service I have had in a long time! Won’t be back

I really love the new page the new owner has put on this store. We dont have a ton of options on the west side, so Roly Poly is a good healthy place to stop. They deliver fast and friendly!I love using them for catering office events. They are knowledgeable and have options for all food restrictions. They use different colored toothpicks to identify different sandwiches on the tray. And, they are always on time
The owner is friendly & working alongside busy employees; always prompt and polite service with good lunch options. Also they offer free delivery during certain hours in town, great idea. Not a lot of inside seating.

Its good. Ive tried two of there rolled sandwich meals and liked both. My favorite was the basil cashew chicken. If youre looking for something a little different give roly poly a try.
Hidden gem in plain site.
Ive been coming to Roly Poly for years, and while my memory may not be the greatest, it seems as though some of the prices have jumped a fair amount from what I remember.The food is still good, and the staff are always friendly, but when I think about making a sandwich in a tortilla, I guess I dont expect it to cost $7 or $8 without a drink or chips. It is unique, and their sandwich options are good, but the cost does make this an occasional visit.
Oh my gosh! This place is WONDERFUL. My office had lunch delivered and they accommodated well for several different orders all going in at different times. The food was exactly what we ordered and came to ya RIGHT on time. I highly highly recommend this restaurant!

Called to place a small catering order and the guy was so rude! He informed me they needed 24 hour notice for any large order-I only needed 5 sandwiches! He said he could try but couldnt guarantee the time I needed-which was for a meeting. After telling me he was the only one there, I questioned the logistics behind that decision and his response was we only opened 20 minutes ago, theres nothing I can do! I am driving from our of state and had no familiarity with the place, only that my client suggested it. I would NOT recommend this place regardless of how good the sandwiches are! Called jimmy johns instead and had a much more pleasant experience!

Horrible Customer Service, and I will never return. I only rated it 1 star because I had to rate it. I ordered food for delivery, and when they dropped off the food, there was some commotion going on in my office, so I didnt realize they forgot our drinks until after the delivery guy was gone. I tried calling the store for 15 minutes, and the line was busy the entire time. The phone number on the website is also wrong. I decided it wasnt worth it, so I opened up my sandwich, to find onions on it, which I clearly asked for to be omitted, and it was even printed on my receipt. At that point, I tried calling again, and was miraculously able to get through to someone. They asked me to hold, and put the phone down (not on hold, mind you), so I could hear everything going on in the background, and was left on hold for at least 5 minutes. At this point, I decided to just drive to the store. When I got there, they were barely apologetic, and acted like they didnt know why I didnt have my drinks. They re-made my sandwich (so now Ive waited TWICE for my food), and when they came out, she muttered a Sorry, and handed me a card for a free half-sandwich. I asked for some free cookies, and she said I could have the free half-sandwich. I told her I ordered a whole sandwich, and the least she could do was give me a free whole one. She literally rolled her eyes at me and sighed and handed me a second free half-sandwich card, and wouldnt give me anything else. Terrible customer service!!!

Since it recently reopening, have been to Roll Poly three times. Each time employees have been friendly and food has been great.
For a while the quality of the food at Roly Poly had gone down but the new owner has brought it back. It is again one of our families favorite places.
I always get the Basil Cashew Chicken Salad and today I tried the wheat wrap instead of white. With either wrap this is delicious.
