Brandon and his team of professionals updated my existing system, providing automation and remote control from my IPhone. While the complexities of prior system and hardware provided some challenges, his team rose to the occasion. Since installation the system has worked flawlessly, and his services are very reasonably priced as well.Lots of flakes in this field (and Ive met a few) - you can trust them to get the job done right!

This is my second review of a small local business that has recently failed me. I too was initially very excited about the services that Brandon Parraway promised that he could deliver. And a lot of it has been OK. They did a timely installation and in the past have been pretty responsive to phone calls and problems, but now when problems arise they seem to drop the ball. First of all they never should have installed 5 cameras while using 4 channel DVRs. Seems like a Duh! kind of thing but thats what they did. In order to view the 5th camera I was supposed to disconnect a cable and move it to the other DVR. This made it impossible to view all of the cameras on my phone!! Finally I agree to just buy an 8 channel DVR but it has been a comedy of errors trying to get this to happen. I played phone tag with Brandon for a couple of months, finally arranged an install date and the techs showed me how to operate it. It worked for 3 days. The next tech they sent out twice and it stopped viewing the exterior camera after less than one day (BOTH TIMES HE CAME OUT!). After calling Protech they told me that that tech was new and that they would send out a more experienced tech. That was the last I heard from them till this week. Torrie (very nice) called and apologized for the poor service and even offered 2 months of free service. I told her I was fine and just wanted it fixed!!!! We agreed on a service appointment from 1:00-3:00 this Friday. Well today (Wednesday) a tech called asking about his service appt with me today. He didnt know if it was commercial, residential, an install or a repair. He not only got the wrong day but had no idea what he was supposed to be doing. This was the last straw with this company. I FINALLY got Brandon to call me back and I asked for his equipment to be removed and my money refunded. He offered only to take back the new DVR. While this isnt totally unreasonable, my ultimate frustration has led me to just seek service elsewhere and to get someone else to clean up this mess. I like to keep it local, but I think its time to call in the nationals, :(
