Seth was an amazing sales rep to work with. From the moment we started communicating he was responsive and helpful but never overly pushy. I purchased the car and some unseen events took place on my drive home. To be honest this is nothing the dealership could have seen in advance. I’m extremely big on how people handle situations and not what originally happens and these guys handled everything better then one could expect. They showed extreme integrity and got my car dialed in quickly giving me every update along the way. They even went as far as to drop it back off to me with a full tank of gas. Truly a wonderful experience. As a tall person I rarely get to fit into a car that I consider to be quick let alone drives well. Driving is such a huge part of my life that it is one of the only things that makes me forget all the stress I have and make me feel free.I went into the dealership blindly and never felt pressured at all. They had some cars that I would buy to park in the garage and never drive. Mainly because they were too small inside. But they would be great conversation pieces with the neighbors.I left empty handed and felt good knowing I got to sit in cars that I normally dont see and talk with car guys that were cool with just appeasing me for a little while.Crazy thing happened a couple days later. I got a call. An enthusiastic call. Without spilling the beans they told me about the car and said they put their eyes on it and thought it was the perfect car for me. Wrapped in PPE and an audiophile upgraded stereo is all I was given. Wait till you see it. Oh man. I didnt want to show emotion. I showed up. Sat in it and said I fit!Needless to say I bought it. The financing was easy and painless.Shortly after washing it many times, their very sweet title lady called me and told me my plates were in and I felt like going to cars and coffee going to the dealer. I will continue to do business with them and if you allow them to take care of you.

Just like a review from Michael Towers, attempted to do a Pre Purchase Inspection and I’m assuming on the same BMW since it’s the only BMW they have on hand and they went out of their way to make it difficult. First they agreed to let me have it inspected at BMW of Arlington only 30 minute drive from the dealership, then they said we could only have someone come inspect the vehicle at their location. We moved on and purchased another vehicle. Called to get the name of the person who refused to let us have vehicle inspected outside their dealership and Kevin called me back. He tried to convince me for 28 minutes as to why I shouldn’t leave review if I wasn’t purchasing the vehicle and how I was hurting a small business.. Also threw his salesperson under the bus saying that he (Kevin)wasn’t given all the details and that my salesperson gave me incorrect information. Kevin really should hire someone to do customer relations as he has no tact to deal with customers. When giving him feedback about my experience he just kept cutting me off to defend his point of view. (First that their cars are not covered under their insurance if someone else is driving them so I couldn’t take it myself to have it inspected, second that he didn’t know that BMW of Dallas or Plano did not perform PPI) Truly amazed at his level of unprofessionalism. Steve our sales advisor was super friendly and professional.

Out of State (would-be) buyer here. I called to get some more information about a car they had listed on Ebay. After waiting on hold for 15 mins I was put through what had to have been the most unprofessional Sales Person ever. I cant remember his name because his lack of manners put me over the edge. While I was asking questions about the car he continued to have a Full blown conversation with someone on the side. I mustve asked the same questions 5 times before finally getting a response from him. Hope he isnt the owner. Ill take my 35k elsewhere.

Bought a 03 Oxford White Cobra from this place a little over a year ago, the car has been GREAT to me! I can’t stand buying a vehicle. The whole experience irritates me. We drove 8 hours to San Antonio to look at what initially appeared to be the perfect car. Pictures lie. We left after 30 seconds to turn around and head back home very frustrated. On the way we found a second car that had some concerning issues. Third car we found looked very promising but the salesmen at that dealership was a slimy used car salesmen trying to pull a fast one on us. Deflated we began the return trip home. My son found a car at Driven Autoplex he wanted to look at so we stopped by. Initially the location worried me but once inside the building we were tremendously impressed. All of the cars were housed inside so they were sparkling clean and protected from environmental damage. All of the cars were very nice, well maintained, highly sought after luxury vehicles. The sales manager Chris met with us even though they were closing in 15 minutes. He was down to earth like a regular guy. Nothing like the car salesmen trying to push a sale on us. It was storming pretty bad so we couldn’t test drive the car however he drove it with my husband and son so we could get a good feel for it. My son quickly decided this was the one. I’m ashamed to admit I was standoffish and at times downright hostile to Chris due to previous car buying experiences. I simply didn’t trust him through no fault of his own. From start to finish it took minimal time to purchase the Dodge Challenger. Cue the next concern. I felt like the straightforward buying experience had to be a scam and really gave him a lot of grief. Long story short they delivered the car to my house so we didn’t have to drive four hours back to Dallas. Our mechanic has gone over the car from bumper to bumper. It has been better maintained than we anticipated. Our son is in love with the car. We drove it and found its in such high quality condition. I truly feel we were sold the car at an extremely fair deal. Anyway the car was delivered today and I can’t say enough about how pleased we are. I even called Chris to apologize for my blatant hostility toward him. This is the diamond in the rough for sure. Skip the standard dealerships and check Driven Autoplex out. Shady dealership. Asked for car fax multiple times and never got it, then texted about getting it after they assured it was clean and we put a deposit down (our mistake trusting them). Got no response or car fax (jeez I wonder why). We decided to run it ourselves, then once we pressed them they admitted it had one accident (was actually two). Said they would refund us the deposit and never did. Had to get the bank involved to get our money back. Steer far away from this shady dealership.Edit: it was intended for your dealership. Don’t worry about it, we finally got our money back from the bank and not you. Photo for proof, salesman was real responsive until I asked for car fax, and no response back.
