My new 2013 200CTH is not a used car, but it a chapter in my life that they became supporting characters in.This is the first time I have ever bought a car solo. Iβm so upset that I had finally been able to buy a (2008)Lexus. Albeit was second hand, I felt so proud. I didnβt know the dash was recalled and started having problems when recall was almost over but never received notice of recall. I tried to speak with Lexus several times in 2019 and they would not negotiate anything with me. Iβm heartbroken and embarrassed to drive around town with this ! The dash is so gummy that my solar screen is being ripped off. I had a towel on dash to help protect more but itβs a big mess. I tried to clean off dash for appearances but it doesnβt clean. Iβm a hardworking honest person / small business owner and would never treat my clients this way. I need another vehicle but need to wait til my last childβs tuition is paid off. Iβve never felt so unimportant as Lexus has made me feel. Spoke with Chloe the βtop of the line, the buck stops hereβ person who had the most unphased, flippant attitude told me there was no one else I can appeal to. Iβm working on making this as publicly known as I can. Will never make the mistake of doing business with Lexus again.
The team is always courteous. I bought a car here and they arenβt pushy for sales which I liked. Wait time for maintenance is accurate. Their coffee lounge is very nice.

I have taken my vehicle to Sewell for over 4 years and this time around, unfortunately, Sewell has disappointed me for charging me over $8,000 for a $750 fix on a loaner vehicle. I will not be taking my car back to Sewell Lexus after this incident, and my car has only been serviced by them since I bought it. I will be taking my car to be traded in elsewhere. I was looking forward to trading in my car for a newer Lexus at Sewell but that will no longer happen. Sewell does not care about the customer, they just care about getting money. Sewell prides itself in PROVIDING UNMATCHED SERVICE FOR GENERATIONS and I am sorry to say that it has clearly lost that with some of the people they have handling customer concerns and questions. The technicians are great but the loan car manager lacks understanding and compassion for Sewell customers like myself. They dont care to follow-up or make sure one will return in the future. Once again, its just about the money.

So I want a Hybrid SUV with Sport trim but only that I want it with Red interior yes RED!!! So after went to Lexus Sewell Ryan let me try a 450 hybrid with two tone interior very very nice SUV but not in love with it. He also offer me an option with red interior but not hybrid but the hybrid condition was a deal breaker for me. 3 days later I get a call from Ryan and he said that he got what I want and some how he made it he got me my Hybrid 450 with red interior but only that he got me a Sport trim!!!! And to complete the great process ever or like we said in my country βto put the cherry on top of my ice creamβ Grace the person to help us with the closing process was super prepare, knowledgeable, and ready for us making the process super easy and make us feel super comfortable like family. Sewell Lexus is quite possibly the best run business in the DFW area. My wife and I just bought our third car there and had our best experience yet. Emily Dahlander from Sewell guided us through the process seamlessly and answered my endless list of questions without hesitation or frustration.My 11 month old son and I went in to purchase the car as a birthday surprise for my wife. Bringing a young child with you to a car dealership (normally a long and frustrating process) can be daunting. Somehow though, it really was not. The whole Sewell team was so quick and efficient. I was left very impressed. The entire paperwork process took less than 15 minutes thanks to the help of Irene Chou, the business manager.Emily was key in building a fun surprise plan for my wife. She delivered the car to our home on a Saturday (the busiest day in the car industry), picked up Crumbl Cookies on the way, and brought a big red bow for the top of the car. It was a special moment for my wife made possible by Emilyβs idea generation and top notch communication. She then hung around to give my wife a 30 minute overview of the new technology in the car. Totally over the top and unnecessary.I am sure all of their employees are great, but if you are coming in off the street, ask for Emily Dahlander. You will not regret it.I really donβt know what goes into Sewellβs training process, but it needs to be replicated elsewhere. Sewell employees are similar to Disney World employees in my eyes. Their passion for the space is clear. The knowledge of the entire industry is immense. And most importantly, they make you feel important, educated and excited throughout the whole process.Sewell is incredible. Emily is incredible.Highly, highly recommend.

A very loyal and recently unsatisfied long time Sewell customerI have noticed multiple imperfections after bring my car to get it washed over the last couple of months. Β I brought this to the attention of Manuel (Service), JC (Service), Karen (Service Supervisor) and was told to bring the car in for exterior detail. Β The price of this service would cost 179. Β I was told as a courtesy for multiple issues and inconvenience I would only be charged half price. Β I brought my vehicle in on Monday 7/12 and was assured that it would be addressed and finished on Tuesday 7/13. Β With everything that I have expressed in regards to the issues with my vehicle I was a bit surprised at the proposed quick turnaround but with the great reputation and long history of good service from Sewell I relayed on my trust in the process. Β As I returned to pick up my vehicle I paid the clerk and one of the service attendants brought it to the front. Β After a through inspection of my vehicle I noticed that it was basically in the same state as it was when I brought it in. Β I was under the impression that paying for an exterior detail would address the multiple issues and would be different than the normal car wash that I have been consistently paying for since purchase of the vehicle. Β Karen (Supervisor) came out to take a look at my vehicle because of the great deal of concern and most importantly disappointment with the service. Β I began to point out all areas of issue to only be treated as if my concerns were uninformed, overlooked, and the one that hurts the most without education. Β I know that auto body is not my area of expertise but care for my vehicle is something I take personal and prideful. Β Being treated in this manner has really disturbed my faith and admiration for Sewell considering this is my favorite place to buy cars judging by how many I purchased and paid off.

So I called the service center because my rear view mirror was hanging lose off of my windshield because the glue came off - Bryan told me there shouldnβt be a cost and should be able to glue back it in pretty quickly so I DROVE 48 MINS to this service center, once I get there the guy told me itβll be like $80 dollars to glue it back and they have to keep it and give me a loaner. A service like this should be compensated by Lexus for its loyal customers who only drive Lexus. So I had to drive back 48 MINS with my rear view mirror dangling all the way because he said he canβt do anything about it and the person I called didnβt know - well thatβs not my fault because I called your service center and made sure before I came in so I did my due diligence.

Recently purchased a practically new LS from Sewell. Cross-shopped dealerships in San Antonio, Austin, and Dallas. Began the process on-line through cars.com. David Keilson immediately responded to my on-line inquiry. By immediately, I mean immediately. Excellent responsiveness.Overall experience: Overall buying experience was very good. Relaxed negotiating process with minimal pressure. Nothing negative on the buying process. David Keilson is a very good salesman with a pleasant personality. I perceive David as the type of salesman who thinks of a new customer in terms of a long-term relationship, not a single transaction. I will definitely call him for my next Lexus. Although the LS was practically new, I asked to see the car on a lift. Always inspect the underside of a car to see how it was treated and to check for possible body work. David accommodated my request, and his assistant (a well-mannered and pleasant young man named Jock) and I inspected the underside in the extremely clean, air conditioned service department. The technician that put the car on the lift, George, was very nice and answered my questions about a few specific items.Dealership cleanliness: This transaction occurred during COVID-19. All Sewell personnel wore masks. Hand sanitizer was available. All public areas of the dealership were clean. And the service bays in the service department were very clean. Restrooms were very clean.Scheduling: Scheduled an appointment to look at a specific car with David Keilson via email and text message. David was accommodating, and we scheduled an appointment to test drive an LS. I live in Austin, and Sewell is three hours away. I was in Dallas on other business and scheduled the appointment around my other commitments. My one gripe in the process is that the specific car I wanted to test drive was not available for our appointment. This was frustrating and wasted our time. Question: Why schedule an appointment to test drive a specific car and not have the car available? So we test drove a completely different LS in the wrong color with different options. Then, later in the week after negotiating over the phone, I returned to test drive the specific LS that interested me and purchased it. Car was prepared and waiting for me when I arrived on my second visit.Test drive: After copying my driverβs license, keys were provided to an LS and off we went. It was refreshing to have a test drive without a salesman. I hate having a salesman on a test drive. The low key, βtake the car and drive itβ approach was nice. We test drove a Lexus at a San Antonio dealership, and it was totally the opposite (think micro-managing paranoid salesman on test drive).Trade in: Traded in an Acura, and the trade-in value was pretty fair.Finance office: Low key finance representative named Laura Munoz. Very pleasant young lady with a business degree from A&M (I wonβt hold that against her as alum of UT Austin). The normal up-selling items such as wheel protection, extended warranty, etc. were offered, but without pressure in a respectful manner. I always decline everything offered by the finance department. My philosophy is: if youβre that concerned about warranties and coverages, you canβt afford the car.
Just wanted to brag on one of the best employees Sewell Lexus has. Mr. David Keilson recently sold me a second new Lexus 350L. My whole experience from start to finish was peaceful and fun! Mr. Keilson was patient and kind and walked me through ALL the options. I will never purchase another car from any where else! Thank you Sewell!!
Over the past few weeks I had an opportunity to be helped by Mr. Cole Bristow. I contacted Sewell Lexus and I was directed to him to aid me in locating a GX 460 in Nori green. Cole was incredible helpful and made himself available almost 24-7 to answer all my questions. He is pleasant, friendly and super professional. Anyone who gets his help will appreciate having him as your Sewell Lexus point of contact. Unfortunately the dealer could not find what I needed and I had to purchase elsewhere.
Michael, Michael, Michael This sales agent went out of his way to entertain my wifes choice of vehicles. 3 vehicles later and the deal was done.I and my happy wife both recommend Sewel Lexus of Fort Worth.Michael installed the phone app and even got us a new toll tag on the spot. His sales manager went above and beyond and matched another dealers offer for our vehicle we were going to sell, we came out better because of less sales tax due to the trade in. We also got a $1,500 cash credit which was a surprise that we knew nothing about until the signing when Michael sprung the $1,500 rebate. That was the icing on the LEXUS, they can throw the big red bow away and instead decorate the car like a surprise cake.HAPPY WIFE - HAPPY LIFE, Thank you Michael for being very understanding and patient.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP. My car was being worked on for two weeks; I wait 45 minutes at the dealership and they tell me my car is being washed. I finally walk back to the lot and my cars engine is being worked on!! I leave frustrated as I have to DRIVE TO HOUSTON tomorrow morning to take TEXAS BAR EXAM. To my suprise, AT 5:00AM a MECHANIC comes TO MY HOUSE with the car. I had left to Austin with the fully packed rental car. HE THEN CALLS THE POLICE TO REPORT A STOLEN VEHICLE. When I call the service women, she completely DENIES that she told me I COULD USE THE RENTAL CAR to get to Austin . I MISS THE START OF THE BAR EXAM DUE TO THIS FIASCO. MY SCORE GETS THROWN OUT!!!! Now I have to wait 6 months until the next Exam, without one apology from the dealership. They may act nice, but they are only after the money in your pocket.

I was so happy they were able to get me financed. This is my first car purchase and they walked me through the whole process step-by-step. My salesman is nice but the other people are rude. Nobody greeted me when I walked in and I had to walk around for about 15 minutes to find somebody to talk to me. Most people looked at me and then looked back down at what they were doing. Not a customer service experience I would like to repeat.
In July I bought a Lexus from Sewell Lexus of Dallas and it was a good experience from the minute I walked in the door. Alex Amaya was my sales person and he was great! He was extremely knowledgeable with all my questions and never once did I feel rushed. What I thought would be stressful (I had visited other dealerships) turned out to be very pleasant, thanks to Alex.

Wonderful dealership experience!!Recently purchased a new Lexus from Jacob Poteete and it was a very pleasant experience. No pushy sales tactics that Iβm usually ready to deal with. I actually felt a little bad, because If anyone was being pushy it was me. He did an amazing job at getting me the deal I wanted. Was very polite, and took care of me in every way. Highly recommend him for sure!! Dealerships will always make money in some way, but it was nice to actually get the deal I wanted, and leave feeling great about it.Just took it in for my first service, and went extremely well, with them taking care of me. I work 7am-7pm so the only time I can come by is on my lunch break. I got there dropped my car off and out with a loner in 15 minutes!! Couldnβt believe it, still had time to get something to eat. Thank you Sewell for that. Picked it up the next day and just as quick. The only thing Iβm not happy about is they cleaned and washed it, now itβs raining.. Iβm kidding of course. My family had bought a lot of cars from Sewell in the past. This was my first one and I see why they say, youβre a customer for life. Iβm sure like any other dealerships they will have good and bad days, as you can tell from other reviews. With Sewell they at least try to give you the best experience ever. Sewell is by far unmatched by any other dealership in the DFW area.

There was a bit of a wait at the end of the day to get to signing the paperwork, but that happens.Since I live in Fort Worth, they helped arrange for me to drop off the cashiers check at their closer Fort Worth location to save me a trip, which was above-and-beyond. I LOVE IT β€οΈI have also loved the experience Iβve had until this week. I had a service issue and texted my sales guy (Ken Brown..the best!) about it. I then received a call from manager Mike Davis. He was professional and receptive to my view, confirming that all was 100% resolved before our call ended. At Sewell, you really are important and valued, and I am certain of that after experiencing how management handled a hiccup that other dealerships would have blown off. I LOVE SEWELL AND MY LEXUS!β€οΈ
